First time in this Sam's Club! We went to check some diapers for my niece and they were at a great price so we got them. I also loved that they are making sushi there! There was not a crowd when we got there and we really enjoyed touring the club. Will be back for the bakery (I saw lots of stuff I want to try lol) and gas prices are better than most places in town.

Even when usunh the app to purchase items at the cafe, waits are long. They definitely need more employees. I also see that they use the same pizza cutter for all pizzas, we have food allergies it would be nice if they used a separate pizza cutter for the cheese pizza.

Wow! Its been well before the Pandemic since I visited Sam's, and much has changed, and for the better I believe. Got a great deal on ground beef. I don't know why I buy it anywhere else, except...they close so early. But it is much easier to shop there...I like to check myself out. Not many do, so there aren't lines. In and out in less than half an hour. I can't wait to go back. :)

Recently ordered a 1/2 sheet cake from the bakery. The cake decorating was cute and fit the theme I needed. My two complaints are: 1. The cake didn t have a filling and 2. The cake was not secured to the plastic cover, resulting in the cake moving around and messing up the frosting. An easy fix is to place some buttercream on the bottom to cement to the surface plastic.

Sam's club is my club. This place has made itself into the perfect place to shop. I love the scan and go! Haven't waited in a long line there in ages.

Always great!I went to get gas, my light was in like always. I pull up and of course I didn't have my card, luckily I was able to pull my card up on my phone. Love the convenience.

Why was mobile ordering closed down before 7pm? It was so inconvenient for me. This isn t the first time either. What s the point of having scan and go for cafe if I can t use it?

They carry a lot of stuffs, very much like Costco. They do have items that Costco doesn't carry and some are cheaper than Costco. It was not too crowded and everyone was practicing social distancing.

went to get a flat repaired and wound up getting 4 new tires for my wife's car as they were 12 year's old, Jeremy explained that 10 years old tires need to be replaced, he was very knowledgeable gave us some choices and put them on in less than a hour, Sam's is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated employee, great personality also.

Nice warehouse store great selection in steaks, pork steaks, chicken, hamburger meat you name it. clean meat no excessive fat for weight

They have changed there handicapped parking. It's worse now. They still have pick up for online orders right up front. Should be back or side of the store to free up parking. There are many disabled people in the twin cities, and you have approximately 18 spots that are usually always full. I see elderly disabled walking farther away because they can't park closer. I'm not sure who made this change and is disabled but their thinking is all wrong. You have to be disabled to understand. My father can not walk at all, and most of the time, even early, I can't get a spot for him.The store itself is fine. I'm not sure their layout is good. They had most of what I was looking for.

Love this store especially the bakery get all my cakes here! Jaela in the bakery is always so sweet and helpful making it easy to order every time!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, huge selection of item's, large parking lot and store. Disabled parking section and electronic doors.

The staff is pretty nice. The food court is also pretty good and cheap. For a quick hot dog or a slice of pizza and a drink, its a great price!

Sams is stocking less on items such as dog food, and other items look around. They are trying to get on Amazons success. Also, by stocking less, people prepaying and ordering less help to reduce theft loss, and they hire less staff. This company is becoming greedy. I also noticed that the door greeters don't even bother with identifying membership cards. You can just flash a business card, and yeah, go in. So Sam's lacks security in this as well.

I buy gas here mostly. Only shop in store occasionally due to mobility issues. Didn't have to wait long this time!

Its always busy and the lines are long. They have 10 self service pay stations, but they don't accept cash. Only 2 regular checkers make the lines VERY long, and on a weekday morning too. I will only go back if absolutely necessary.

A cake was made Sunday morning I believe by Ashley for a wedding vow renewal for the Hull's. I wanted to express our gratitude. It was one of the best tasting cake that we have ever had. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to excellence.

Awesome place to shop for grocery or seasonal stuff, very crowded and busy, I used scan and go, I recommend to use it to escape the line.

Don't buy any tires from this location. The supposedly "technicians" are not knowledgeable at all. They install 4 new tires on my vehicle. They told my wife that during the balancing of the tires, the tires needed extra weights. That's all the explanation she got, nothing else. Very unprofessional and rude. These individuals need to be trained properly on customer service and doing their job right.

Had a horrible experience the afternoon of 1/12/23. The blonde gal working in the clothes department was so rude to the point I was gonna leave my cart full of groceries and take my business elsewhere. I was trying to find a size xxl for my granddaughter and the gal decided she would act all high and mighty like she owned the place and scold me that there is no difference between a size xxl and 2x when there clearly is. I asked if she could look in the overstock for a sweatshirt and she inferred that it was the end of the world if she did that. Someone obviously was having a very bad day. Definitely makes me think twice about paying the hefty membership dues and long lines for checkout just to be talked down to.
