Took it there for a windshield replacement on 10/7/23. On November 18th 2023 realized now that it was raining that my windshield wipers were not working properly where as before they were. I suspected the windshield replacement to be the issue as prior to that being done there were no issues. So on November18th I called them. I was instructed to come down. Drove down there, a technician came out and didn't look at anything but told me there is no way a windshield replacement could cause the issue. The issue persisted and I took safelite at their word so I took it to Toyota for diagnostic. It cost me $209! They in fact found that the windshield replacement left a film covering the sensor to the wipers which is why they are not working properly. Toyota did not repair the issue. I immediately drove back to safelite (this was on January 20th) and gave them a copy of the diagnostic and was told to wait for a manager. I spoke to manager Richard on 1/26/24 and was informed that because I went to Toyota for diagnosis they will not honor the issue. I only went there because they turned me away and I believed there was a different issue with my car. He also said there was no record of that visit (also not my fault they didn't document it)Manager from safelite said even though they told me they couldn't have caused the issue that instead of going to the dealer I should have just kept coming back to safelite which is absurd. So because I believed they didn't cause the issue they say I'm wrong for going elsewhere. I've filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair on this company and with my insurance company who paid for a fix that was faulty. I'll never go here again!

They installed our windshield on our car and everything was good until it rained and the automatic wipers weren't working. We called the yuba city store that installed the windshield and they said come on in. So we went in and they said there's nothing that they did that could cause this and to go to the dealership. So we went to the dealership and Immediately found that safe light had left the film over the detector on the windshield. We then went back to safelite in Yuba City and now they won't fix it

Yesterday I phoned AAA and was directed to your Yuba City location. The AAA rep couldn't give me the info I asked for and suggested I contact you directly, but all I've been able to find is online communication. Why don't you have a phone # for your location?I don't want to "chat with an agent," I want to talk to a person at the location that I intend to bring my auto to. I used to own a business, and personal engagement with customers and potential customers was (and still is) something desired; and appreciated.

They were DOUBLE the estimate of two other glass companies AND they insisted it would take a minimum of 3-4 hours to replace my windshield. I went with Dove Auto Glass and it took them 45 minutes.

Had our brand new car window broken 1 month ago, SAFELITE ordered window ETA was 1 week to put new one on, first time we went there on appointment day and they told us they misplaced the window, no heads up early before APPOINTMENT like we missed it, no apologies, very UNPROFESSIONAL, told us they going to look for it and will contact us no ONE called ever we had to make contact to check for any updates, ordered another one, couldn t get it on time so asked for appointment later in month, we still requested to give us early appointment we have little child, we don t feel safe with broken window car drive, and now weather is changing it s cold, another appointment and that s cancelled as well excuse is AGAIN that they don t get it yet, going to order another one!!!!!!!! GOD knows when ???????Very disappointing to see this happening

I am incredibly grateful for both my in office and remote experiences with the Safelite Office out of Yuba City. They were courteous, communicative, and caring. I am grateful for such high quality customer service in the Yuba/Sutter area! Other companies could stand to learn quite a bit from this display of professionalism and service!

Easy to book online, they handled my insurance so it was no cost out of pocket, got my car in and out in under 2 hours. The only way it could have been better is if they had availability to come to me to replace the windshield, but they didn't have any appointments before I needed to leave town.

Very welcoming crew! Quick and responsive. Fun to watch the work be done through the windows, really enjoyed seeing everyone smiling too! Even while they re working on a Saturday! Awesome work guys, thank you!

One of my best experience I ever hadVery polite and helpful people.I had an appointment with them for all day and I give them my excuse which I came from far away and it was my Eid and they helped me out and finished my work in an hour.I really appreciate that I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.Thanks again for such nice Customer service

They don t even deserve one star. Was there 2 weeks ago and the glass they had was scratched, made another appointment and they said the new glass had the same problem. Now I m out gas for two wasted trips because of incompetence. Not going back there ever.

They're not consistent, they leave you with an unfinished service and its hard to get in contact. Very wishy-washy. I will be contacting AAA not to do business with them..
