I never new about this place until I rented a vehicle off this new app my daughter turned me onto called TURO. The host reached out to me to let me know that he needed a oil change and if I could help him out with it and I'm a cool person so I did it. If my car was fixed this would be the first place I'd join to have my maintenence serviced. Great customer service from start to finish, very informative, does not do any extras until explained and if told too, Drive thru service with complimentary drinks. I was/ am impressed with this business. You must try them out also there affordable.

Jerome and his crew are top-notch. I never thought I'd write a review praising an oil change service, but these guys are on point and the best I've ever experienced! Very polite, courteous, and fast!

Great experience. They're quick. They're also very matter of fact and professional. They tell you the recommendations and how it is, but do not pressure you to get anything done.

I have been coming to this location since before they changed ownership. Each service technician is friendly, helpful and always makes me feel comfortable. I had a little issue today and I called to speak to Jerome (the manager). He got right on it and helped me get back on the road within a few minutes. I will continue to come to this location because of their service, friendless and just the fact they are so knowledgeable. Thank you to everyone that works at Premier Oil Change, you guys are awesome!

When I pulled up I was greeted with optional drinks.They were very nice and told me about each procedure they took and it was just a good overall experience. The prices were very fair.Only went there once today but in 3 months or my next oil change I will let you know how it goes later.

Everytime I come here I am impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. Prompt and professional service, complimentary beverages and you don't have to get out of your vehicle. They will try and sell you engine and oil additives but other than that it's a great deal.

Been coming here for years just because I don t have time to change my oil but i can rebuild motors and work on just about anything they said me rear differential fluid was milieu on my brand new 2023 f350 so I brought it home and checked it still looked like new so then I check to make sure they tighten everything the hose clamp to my air filter was flopping around would have allowed dust into my motor do not go here they will sell you everything that s you don t need and cause more harm to your vehicle

Fantastic customer service! We were very excited to find a fast oil change that could accommodate our high roof van with a ladder rack on top. Alexander helped up get our oil change service started and JT changed the oil and checked our fluids. Very through with every detail and JT explained what he was doing every step of the way. We could not have found a more pleasant oil change service and I highly recommend.Service: Oil change

This was my first visit here. And it was nice being able to sit in my car while my oil change was being done. It wasn't too long of a wait either. I expected to pay a lot this visit. I knew I was over due and needed additional services done. I'm happy with the service here, I will be back

First time going there at the great place. You don't even have to get out of the car. They take all your information. They change your oil and of course they're going to try to sell you at. It is and service your transmission in other stuff but all you have to say is no. If you just want a simple oil change, they're very professional about it and they don't push the issue. And again everything they do they show you whether it's the oil filter that's being put in. It's new air filter. They'll show you the old one in the new one so that you know everything is being done right. I really like them. Fast service again and very professional.

The staff at this location are top notch. They are kind and helpful, and very patient. Milo, in particular, provided excellent customer service. I found myself needing to put air in my tire this week, and Milo kindly and quickly added air without hesitation when I pulled into the lot in a panic. I sincerely appreciated his actions and his empathy. I will be visiting this location for all of my oil changes in the future!Services: Tires, Oil change

2nd time coming here. They are under new owners and company. Each time I have has to wait over an hr. Today almost an hr and a half and there were only 2 cars in front. I worked at a lube shop and if we got these kind of times corporate would be calling. Honestly they don't need to be chit chatting with every little thing they are doing. People want to get in an out. Time is money in my job.Service: Oil change

Have been here many times, I will not go back. Under new ownership and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get a simple oil change. Ridiculous. Will try the other places in town. If you decide to go here, you better have a lot of time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The service is not cheap, but they are courteous and professional. Upon arrival I was greeted and provided a "complimentary" ice cold Coke. $75 out the door for a basic oil change (as of April 2023).

When I checked it out I noticed my bill was exceptionally high, I looked at my bill and notice two false charges on it, I asked him about it, and got the deer-in-the-headlights look. They refund me approximately $50 and said sorry see you next time, I said I don't think so, have a nice day. Beware!!! Beware!!!!!!

Really appreciate this place. They let you stay in the car while they change your oil. Works out great for me. I have a large pup in a crate in the ba ck so they make it easy.

Been here twice now and they're fantastic! Very knowledgeable and fast and kind. I ask a lot of questions and they always patiently answer. Definitely my go to place for maintenance on my vehicle.

Awesome service as usual. Through this pandemic they have been patience and thourough helping customers do the drive through oil change operation. They are detailed in instructions on how do do what they need us customers to aid in. Very pleased. In the beginning of the the pandemic was another time I needed my oil changed. They didn't have one of my filters, knew I didn't come to town often, they called a supplier to bring one. All was quick and I appreciate it. 6-24-22 Still awesome..always helpful

These guys are the very best. So kind, so professional, they always go above and beyond. I cant say enough good things about them. They make things easier even when I have my special needs kiddo in the car while they are servicing it. We take both cars to them and they have always done the best work on them. We trust them 110%, when a local dealerships service dept in town messed up, Sierra lube fixed it right away and helped us understand what to do and watch for. Again, they are absolutely amazing. We will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys for doing what you do.Service: Oil change

Stay in your vehicle, complementry water or soda, and quick prompt service with "suggestions " of other services your vehicle may need. They now have a points program to redeem for services. Recommend.

Best place to get oil changes in Yuba City bar none! Not the least expensive but you feel like you're in good hands with about five or six guys all on your car getting everything done highly recommend!Be safe not sorry this is the place to go!Professionalism and its finest!Which is a rare thing in this day and age!
