Best prices in town! We use them for all of our printing needs. Quick turn around time and friendly staff. Becca is the best! They will work with you til you get the design looking the way you want. I went in originally with just a crappy photo and they designed something amazing!

Honestly, I really hate complaining, but I started my journey with precision 1 Back on June 30th. It really has been a journey even though I haven t gotten anywhere with this company.Initially Keith was very helpful in explaining things and showed a knowledge about his profession that gained my confidence, so I sent my professionally made logos over and he assured me that it was a project that he could handle because of all the intricate designs he s done in the past.He said it would take a few.After several weeks I reached out to P1K and they said they were still waiting on the digitizers. I gave it another few weeks and called several times and left messages with the girl answering phone calls requesting to get an update from Keith.It s been more than 3 months and I m no closer to my destination than when I began.If P1K is not capable of handling my project, they should have just said so from the beginning.In conclusion, I d still be willing to do let them work on my project, because I do believe they are capable of doing what they said they could do, which is great work, but at this point they get a low rating because their customer service, communication, and the amount of time it s takento get anywhere has left me speechless and dumbfounded.

Super fast and a life saver. I had a last minute meeting and I needed some swag. Keith did a great job and saved my program. Challenge him with coming up with a cool promo and don't worry!

This place is a great one stop shop. Banners, signs and excellent quality custom print shirts, they have the best customer service around. I wouldn't go anywhere else in northern CA! Love their products!

Told me he would digitize my logo , and didn t care enough to follow up. Seemed too busy to be concerned with my order. So I had to take my business else where . Which has actually been successful for me .
