The take care of our John deere riding mower and tractor. We buy our weed Wacker and chain saw there. Experience but you get what you pay for. Good equipment and service.

Transmission rebuild on my 4650 was great.The mechanic-Bob was easy to work with and explained well the problem he found and other issues that we re developing.The tractor was fixed well with no lingering problems and in a reasonable amount of time.The price was reasonable considering all the labor and parts involved.I was happy with the service departments friendliness, communication and progress updates.I would recommend Valley Tractor to a friend.

I ve had the pleasure of working with Dave and team a couple of times now and it s been great. Very courteous and reliable.Sales department has been great too!Was hesitant about buying from them because I live an hour away and there s another tractor dealer near my home in Loomis. This is the place for anything John Deere. I came in for a home service kit for my John Deere riding mower and couldn t find one on the shelf. The parts person asked if needed help less than thirty seconds in to my search. Unfortunately, JD doesn t make a service kit for my mower I was told by the parts person. However, he put a service kit together for me. Now is that Great service or what?

These guys are top notch! Travis Baker was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and helped us pick the right tractor for our needs! He followed through on his promises, including a Christmas Eve delivery and walk thru! He and the other staff addressed all of our questions and continues with follow up a couple of times to make sure our tractor was meeting our needs and that we were understanding it and the handling/operations. What a great place. After considering other make (especially kubota) we are pleased with the value and sturdier build of our American made John Deere!

Did a lot of research and narrowed it down to two brands. Couple things that helped make the final choice was the sales people and service department.I am willing to pay for good service and equipment.When the equipment is almost equal in performance and maintenance. Then it comes down to service and available parts. So instead of negotiating price I interviewed the service manager. Great guy and team.Tylor the salesman is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out he has been out to my place twice when he could have easily said I need to come to him.If your looking for a tractor or equipment give Tylor at Valley Truck and Tractor a call!Tell them the BassKing sent ya

My salesman Tyler did awesome job with the purchase of my mower! He explained everything about it. It is easy to use,and does a wonderful job. I can mow my yard in under an hour! It took almost five hours with a self propelled lawn mower. I could not be happier with the John Deere 120 s.

Barney is just the BEST! While John Deere equipment somewhat sells itself, Barney is the best salesman and TEACHER one could hope for. He fully explained all aspects of the financing, servicing needs and warranties. Then when he delivered the tractor and mower he took all the time I needed to learn how to operate and maintain my new toys. I couldn t be happier with the entire process - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Valley Truck & Tractor and ask for Barney.

My first visit to VT&T. Friendly service, good inventory; if you're looking for a tractor or a riding mower. I was not.Instead, I was looking for a replacement needle to repair the carburetor of my John Deere riding mower. It's a common part I expected to easily find at an authorized John Deere dealer. No.The part was not in stock, it had to be ordered.By happenstance, I drove by and saw Clark & Sons on Starr Drive. What a little gold mine! The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I was looking for, just from my description of my problem. He went to the back and returned with the exact part I needed. Now I won't have to wait a week to fix my mower.

Sales staff went way out of their way to get us the specific zero turn john Deer mower we needed.They went and picked it up from another distribution center. Even delivered it and gave a thorough product demonstration. appreciate the full tank of gas also.WouldHighlyRecommendThemAnd John Deere ProductsGreg and Dr Paula Maness

Spent a week researching prices and benefits of the various brands, came to the conclusion the John Deere 1025R was my best bet. Garrett was straight forward in dealing with the info I needed and gave me a fair deal. He went above and beyond after the sale and I will recommend dealing with Valley Truck and Tractor to everyone I know in the market from now on because of my experience.

They got ok products but the customer service is really pour as soon as you walk in the door if you don't look like a farmer they don't even react . Then try and tell you what your looking for is not in a store any where near here then proceed to try and sell you something not only more expensive but rebuilt . Lol I was looking for a new one I went to ace and got the exact one I was looking for and the exact price on the website.. and let's talk abt there website they have no pricing up so you have to call and talk to some one that is just trying to sell you everything they own I won't be back and I'll definitely will try and talk every one I know in to trying a different place

I believe the Service Dept. at Valley Truck and Tractor could use some serious improvement.My wife's family have bought mowers tractors and tools from Valley T&T since before I've known them (20 years). I recently took our riding mower to them along with a Stihl chainsaw. The turnover time on the mower service was two weeks ( after being told 5 day minimum). I myself have worked in retail product service and repair for five years.My problem the service dept at VT&T is that not once did anyone there seem to have a clue as to the status of my service after waiting a seven days to contact them. I understand a place being busy. You stay in contact with your customers. On day twelve of 14 I called and asked about my mower and was told the tech had only just started on it, I could pick it up the next day. I called before going, I asked if they could go over everything that was done only to find that two things (replacing the battery and sharping the blade still wasn't done. I picked up the mower day 14 with no acknowledgement on the part of VT&T that anything was wrong.I won't be going back.And the chainsaw? ...9 day turnaround on a general tune-up service. They service tech was kind enough to knock off the labor charge for replacing the chain...for my inconvenience.In my opinion..VT&T prioritizes farmers, and people that buy their heavy equipment.Middle-age African American customers go to the bottom of the queue and are low priority.

Very professional and friendly. Garret was extremely helpful and informative when he sold and delivered my JD tractor. He even sent me a video showing how to attach the 3 point I will continue to do business with Valley Truck & Tractor Co.

Needed a new lawnmower and decided to try the John deere this time around. The staff at Valley Truck & Tractor were very helpful to me, they explained each lawnmower to me and made my decision alot easier. two weeks ago on a Wednesday I called to see if VT&T could fix my Gator. The female did not ask what was wrong. She said "bring it in and we will take care of it this week". After more than week I called again to see how things were going. They called back to say that they were waiting on a part that would arrive the next day and it would be done. It has now been two weeks. I called again but had to leave a message. No has called back. No impressed with their lies and false promises.

Very professional and knowlegable....delivered and ran through everything the tractor did as well as the attachments..met all my needs...constant contact on factory added accessories.. if looking for a great tractor i love my 1025r..thx Tyler
