This auto body shop has been the best by far! Joe is super helpful and professional! I was having issues with my insurance and he helped me deal with them and got it taken care of! Definitely recommending them to everyone, if I ever need work done on my van or any of my cars again I m bring it back to them! Thank you so much Joe for everything you did! The owner, Joe, is awesome. He helped me get someone to replace the Key cylinder to open the driver's door. Since they couldn't fix it the first time, he didn't charge me for the labor it took to diagnose the problem. Once we had the correct parts, they did the job and it works great now. Joe and his guys are amazing. Very responsive and always gave me updates on the repairs. I was very frustrated with the adjuster to the insurance company but Joe stepped in and told the adjuster what was going on with the repair. My experience with this company was exceptional. I took my vehicle is for repair Joseph was very professional and explained everything in detail about what needed to be done and gave an accurate time frame of when the job will be completed. Which was precisely as he specified. He has exceptional people skills and is the most friendly person I have ever met. And trust me I know I have utilized other body shops! If you need services this is the company to accommodate your needs with professionalism and complete trust. I give them a 5 star rating. Joe and his staff are top notch!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and they don t gouge you when it s time to pay!! Needed my headlights adjusted after the original installer said there was nothing else he could do (they literally pointed straight down) and Joe took my car and came back to the shop after dark to adjust them and NOW I CAN SEE!! Joe was amazing, everywhere else I went said I needed a new front bumper for my Maxima, just to fix a piece underneath the front end. Joe worked with me came up with a solution and got me on my way, did a awesome job on my headlamps too. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest bodyshop. Where do I begin? Such an amazing shop. I have never met such a trustworthy business. I have trusted both of my vehicles including my treasured prized diesel F250, with Joe and His Crew. And can promise you will not be disappointed. You can leave your vehicle in their hands knowing they are well taken care of. A good mechanic and shop is hard to find, but lucky you. You found them. Cost: Inexpensive! /better than reasonable/ FARRR better than the competition (Exactly as quoted!)Srv time: Exactly as said; Fast! Three days for convex dent fix and perfect gloss paint match!Product: Perfection! Invisible repair!Customer Service: Outstanding! Joe, the manager, was honest/candid friendly, and responsive.Story:�A few weeks ago, my wife, who recently obtained her CA DL, was hugging the edge of the garage and pulling her car in slowly so we could fit both vehicles when my impatient 6-year-old threw open the car door. The stucco edge dented a convex seam near an inch deep and tore through the door paint from near the passenger door's window to the bottom of the door. The scratch was ugly and about 4 inches wide. My wife, excited about her new car, was near tears when she told me what had happened. She works hard as a grocery clerk, and I am an unpaid intern; she knew we could afford an insurance increase or a costly fix. Still, I thought I had better try, so I called NorCal Auto. Joe said he would try and get rid of the scratch, but the dent, which went in about an inch, would not likely be possible. He did more than fix the scratch; he fixed an ugly one-inch-deep dent on the convex section and made it new! Completely invisible! Joe is the kind of guy that makes his friends proud to be his friend and I cannot recommend this place near enough! NorCal is awesome!

Norcal Auto Body does great work gets things done in a timely fashion keeps in touch with their customers and the insurance company work hard to get your vehicle in and out very fast I was very happy and impressed with the work that was done on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler they went above and beyond their service I'm very happy and would recommend this shop to anyone they also listen to what the customer wants and what their needs are to have their vehicle put back to factory specs their customer service is greatServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I removed the old emblems from the back of my car and some of the paint came off, plus there where 3 holes that I wanted filled and covered from where one of the emblems was removed. I was not sure how matching the paint and covering the holes was going to turn out, when I saw the results I was pretty pleased. I also noticed after I got home that they touched up a hairline crack on my front bumper that I was not expecting to be done, the did an excellent job. Thank you every one at Nor-Cal Autobody for a Great Job.

Had more damage then they could see. Told me 759 then emailed me price 1100. Didnt say anything about roof dented. Didn't want me to get other quotes. 2 other quotes 2400 2800.
