Randy was super helpful with all the information and made sure he gave us all the correct information after every question we asked. Honestly if you re trying to get a car, go with Randy and his personality is beyond super amazing you won t regret it! & also customer service was just immaculate.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO IT WITH SANJAY PUNIAN. Guy is an absolute prick that needs to be checked by his higher ups. Didn t even call us back when we applied for a loan with him, and didn t add 75% of our income to the loan application even though we told him BEFORE he filed the paperwork. Avoid doing business here at all costs. Go to Yuba City Toyota, they re actually professional.

The attention and service from the person who took care of me was amazing. Service was finished at around 4:30 when my appointment was at 3:30 so that was quick. Taj also provided a really good personalized service, I appreciate you guys, you know how to do business, and the fact that you care for your clients is top-notch! I will definitely be back!

I have nothing bad to say except your oil change price went up to $61. I m paying $18 for the guy to change my oil. I found that ridiculous I probably won t be going back. The last two times that I ve had my oil change they forgot to reset my oil light, so it never even came on so we ll see what happens this time.

I brought my car over because the battery was bad. It was only 1 year old. It was still under warranty so they replaced it and washed my car for me. It was a great experience for a bad situation.

Service advisor meet me at my car fast. Took my request down and the service was great. Would recommen them to my family and friends no problem. The work was great and on time. Car was returned washed and clean. Very happy with my visit.

I had my oil and filter change + decided to get my tires rotated. At home I found out I was missing a hubcap. Either 1) they didn t put it back on or 2) installed it incorrectly and it fell off. This is the second time something like this happen. When I went to get a new battery, they forgot to put my battery cover back on. Luckily they still had that but my hubcap is nowhere to be found this time. A little upset because I know I went in with 4 hubcaps but found out the next day I only had three.

The service manager, Tajhinder was great!He had my truck washed even though it was for a minor maintenance repair.As always, I'm treated very nicely at Nissan of Yuba City, CA.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue 2023 from this dealership, and they sent me home with a car that has a different color paint job on my back door. When I approached them about this issue I was ignored, gaslit, and ultimately told after months of pursuing the issue that it s not their responsibility as I took the car off the lot in that condition, and I should have said something before taking the car home. This is wild to me considering I was sold the car very late at night and it would be very difficult to notice a different paint job at night on a white car. Now I am at a major loss considering I have a damaged car that was supposed to be new, I paid sticker price. Don t buy a car here, save yourself a lot of trouble.

I got my oil changed here twice in a row and had a mechanic working on it a few weeks after the second oil change and he asked if I had EVER had an oil change before because it was all thick like it had never had been changed before

Oil change service was quick & easy, I had a problem with my passenger side seat-belt and they were quick to get an inspection and a replacement. It took a bit longer than expected but they were very nice & even gave me the option to have a rental which shows they give more options than just we re keeping your car overnight sorry for the inconvenience . They handled everything with good problem solving skills and amazing customer service.

We can in to trade our cars and get rid of 2 payments. Our guy randy made 100% easy. We understood everything and if we didn t he explained it perfectly. He s a really chill outgoing guy and we loved talking to him. He even stayed up all night making sure we felt comfortable including our kids who went with us. Highly recommend asking for RANDY.

Let me start by saying that the sales rep and the sales manager who worked with me, made the sale happen. so I'm happy with that. Now the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because, I had a concern with the car prior to the purchase. that concern was hazing on the paint on both passenger side doors. the sales rep assured me that it was a wax/polish residue that that detail dept did not do a good job removing as he was wiping some spots off. he assure me that if I purchase the car, that it will be taken care of. The day we purchased the car, we couldn't take the care due to the car key was lost, so we were told to pick it up the next day and they will have it detailed and clean for us before we pick up the car. Picked up vehicle, haze is still there, called sales rep and we were told to call the sales manager on duty. he was busy so we left a message, took the car home. We didn't hear back for 2 days. I contacted sales rep who did not return my message, talked to sales manager that we purchased the car with. He told me that he will talk to his manager and get back to me. Now, here we are 2 weeks later and still haven't heard back.My point to this is, what good is their word if they don't keep it. Another business with no word of honor, just to make a sale.

I asked via phone call, via text, via voicemail - is EVERY THING DONE? I want to be sure all I am doing is coming in and signing papers. I had an appointment!!! I got there - no one came out to greet me - so, I texted after 10 minutes - "I'm here". I was told there were customers ahead of me - so, lets take a test drive. OK - during the drive - I said, I really needed to get this paper work done. I'm in a hurry. We get back - I had references to fill out. I asked why this wasn't given to me before - "it's standard" - well - I had asked SEVERAL times - is EVERYTHING done. THen, no one in finance was ready - nothing was printed - they didn't even know I was coming. I rushed through the paperwork - have no idea what I signed - and then - they still needed to find a screw driver and switch out the plates. My expected 10 minutes there - was TWO HOURS.I've emailed the finance guy - 3 times now - as - I was told I had to finance a minimum of $7K - and if I financed - I would get $500 off - that was forgotten about. AND I was told I would get $500 for waiting 2 hours - not sure if I'll ever see that. And I had a question about my warranty. NO RESPONSE.The office was so hot it was miserable. No one greeted me when I got there. I had paper work still to do when I had confirmed it was done. Nothing was printed and ready for me. The plates weren't changed. ANd no reply to emails from finance.NOT ONE WOMAN WORKING THERE - the entire experience felt like I had been held hostage in hell (it was so hot). And you already had my 17K - there was nothing I could do.I WAS HELD HOSTAGE!!! Horrible experience!!! I am due, $1,000 and a reply email - still...

Update:4/20 : They dx the problem as a low battery.They charged us an additional $245 to replace a battery THEY drained and claimed to check while repairing the vehicle. We picked up the car around 6pm today (4/19) then left to pick up a family member in Fresno and got as far as Elk Gone, when it died on the highway and we are currently waiting for our 4th tow in 5 months, on the side of the road at midnight on 4/20. Tow #5 to Nissan at first light.4/19 : We have had our 2015 Nissan Versa in the Yuba City Shop 3 times in the last 5 months, to the tune of $6,000 in repairs. $5500 of that just done last week. Leaving the gym today it died again and will not start. We towed it back to Nissan today and we wait to see what they'll fix and not fix this time and how much they'll charge me.

Lack of customer service and integrity. I went into this dealership for an appointment to sell my car through KBB partners. First thing I noticed when I walked into this place is how staff seems to ignore customers. I stood at the service area literally in front the counter and there were at least six staff behind the counter. There may be one customer chatting with a staff and the rest just didn't bother to look up or even do a courtesy greeting or ask if I needed help. Definitely need a lot of training here. If they worked for me, this won't happen. Management may be the issue. Staff is a reflection of their managers.Back to the selling process through KBB connecting me to them... In the end, they really try to lowball me on the vehicle, even for a dealership, it's extremely low - I walked the f out. Now that I have time to look at the other reviews on this dealership and with regards to selling your vehicle to them, I recommend you "steer" clear of this place and drive farther to Elk Grove or other dealerships. Remember, you have options!

By far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My salesman Greg was very helpful with every question I had and all around awesome guy. I didn't feel pressured into anything and was showed nothing but respect. The manager Serge is a great guy, very thorough and helpful with all questions as well. I will definitely be a return customer and sending people your way. Keep up the great job Yuba City Nissan you guys Rock!!!

After completing the appointment set-up, I proceeded to take my vehicle to the local Nissan for the required service. Once I met with an advisor, he stated to me it would be done at a certain time, but I was shocked at how quickly they completed my service, 4 hours less, than they completed the required service.
