Jorge and Richard were amazing! My car would not start and I needed a new battery. AAA wouldn't change my battery and Jorge changed my battery for me so I could get to work. I m so happy and relieved! Great service here! Very helpful and compassionate!

This evening's experience with Yuba City's Riebes Auto Parts was a exceptional. Richard behind the parts counter and Stephanie at the cash register were friendly and very pleasant to deal with.Richard handled my parts warranty very quickly and also made sure it was the correct part number.I give this store a 6 out of 5 star review!Thanks again Richard!

Steven is the associate who helped me. Others helped as well but Steven finalized the transaction for a serpentine belt I ordered online and I asked him to check my battery and to do a load test on the Alternator, Starter and battery. He performed the task without question and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Steven!

Thank you Richard for helping us out. Our vehicle died as we parked. The alternator had quit and the battery was discharged. Richard had the part we needed and found a way for us to have the part replaced, the vehicle started and we were on our way. We were travelling from out of state and were in a tough situation. Richard really went out of his way for us. Thank you for being such a great person.

Battery was toast.....went in for new. They tested the old first.....very cool. So paid fornew one. They lent me tools to change there..had no luck removing mine....but Richard came out and helped me out. He was amazing....thank you Richard and for the great service. All praise

Great customer service.... Richard really knows his stuff I will definitely be going back. The environment and vibe in the store was very refreshing... Felt like I was visiting a mom and pop store where they know you by 1st name and known you for a long time... It was my 1st time in this store... Good job!

I don't know maybe it's just the auto parts industry or something but they all seem to forget why they are in business to start with, it's the customers, take care of the customers that are in the store, the line is always long and the people behind the counter are always on the phone and they really don't care about the line, never friendly and seem to be put out if they have to help you, I heard the guy behind the counter on the phone saying just come on in yeah no body's here no one wants to work, well I wouldn't want to work there either, by the time I left I didn't even want to be a customer there. They need someone to answer phones so the parts people can get you your parts.Oh don't get excited because you got your parts, now you have to take your parts up front to pay, OMG.The lady at the check out section was nice until that guy from the parts department came grumbling through, she tried to say something nice to him he just got all snappy with her, just seem to think he was better than everyone else or have some chip on his shoulder, a customer ask him to come out front for a minute saying if you could come up front I'd like to ask you a question, he said, stomping off up front, I can do what ever I want, I'm a free American.Just a bad vibe in there.

Richard, an employee, changed the light out on my vehicle after helping with the sale of the correct products. He jumped right in and saved me time and $$ by taking into an antibody shop. Went above and beyond. Great job!

I was helping a friend with her car and we previously went to Autozone, but they sold us the wrong part. Their online parts database said the switch we needed was compatible with her 2016, but the part was for a 2012-2015 ND wouldn't fit. Ended up at Napa and the guys there got it right and had the OEM part I needed. So if your car's push to start stops working and you need a brake switch, go ahead and call to verify compatibility.

Was greeted immediately at the door and ushered to the back counter where.the most efficient gentleman helped research the part I needed. He found it in their stockroom very quickly, and checkout was speedy too. I'll definitely be back, and will refer friends to this location as well!!

Very helpful, I had a brake light out. They came out and told me what type of bulb that needed replaced and they put the new bulb in and even texted the lights to make sure they worked. Excellent service.

Went to Riebe's Auto Parts shortly after visiting Auto Zone for the same exact part. Completely different experience how helpful the employees were and the employee who helped us went above and beyond to explain what we should do step by step. I will switch from visiting Auto Zone to heading to Riebe's for what I need from now on. Thank you for being so willing to help find exactly what I need and for being friendly!

Walked in and approached the counter..I was immediately asked "can I help you sir"...I told the associate I needed a battery for my vehicle..after giving him the type of vehicle and engine type, he responded with the type of battery and the cost. I responded that I need 2 (my truck requires 2 batteries). He proceeded to put 2 batteries in a cart and escorted me to the check out counter. In and out on a matter of minutes. Fantastic service!!
