The work is pretty good and reliable,, but they can be pricey to uphold their decent warranties. I have been thankful for their tire repair warranty and have been satisfied not having to wake up to tire trouble. Today they fixed my tire without an appointment and no charge. The serviceman worked hard on finding the issue and I appreciate it because working on tires all day is hard work.

Amazing friendly staff, quick to greet and help. They were able to quickly fix a hole I unknowingly had and only went to have my tires aired up. Fix for free one not a long wait either. Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great variety of tires and products. Great pricing and very good sale items. Nice waiting area, restrooms and large, clean location. Easy access off main street. Love it when you purchase Les Schwab tires and other items, they will check pressure whenever and at any location and fix it.

Les schwab is really going down hill one store at a time. I went in to this one at about 4:15 there wasn't anyone there they had a car and pick up in the bays and two car outside . I needed a simple tire rotation on the front two tires she said they were booked up for the rest of the day . I have had a les schwab account since 1980 when they use to go out of there way to help a customer. I guess it's time to find a different store to buy tires from .

Alex is awesome. Just met Anthony ? I think his name was he went out of his way to order my wheels. I appreciate this entire crew! The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable while I was waiting. Thanks Yuba city les SchwabUpdate on Saturday I came in for a tire inspection. I m a teacher and I work very very far away out of town. I expressed my concern about my tire going flat. They assured me my tire was fine. Sent me on my way today. My tire is flat and I cannot make it to work. I m very upset that you guys didn t have safety as a top priority went to work and my tire blew out I would be suing you guys 100%. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this store. I have brought every single truck I bought here I ve spent over $5000 at this store just because of some kids laziness, they lost my business. like at first the kid didn t even believe me when I told him that my PSI was low I told him that I am aware that tires do fluctuate in the winter and in the summer. I m very very very very vehicle savvy. I understand everything about vehicles so he dismissed my thought of having a nail in my tire which is the case currently I m going to America s tire that s down the street from them, great job pushing customers away guys

I go here for all my tire needs for both my vehicles. I like the fact that if you purchase tires from them, they provide free tire rotation, free flat repair, and offer warranties on their tires ...the yuba city location is always really busy, but they work me in in a reasonable time period. The thing my wife and I don't appreciate about this place is that my wife's father passed away 18 months ago, and we kept his vehicle, and needed new tires because of tread separation, and they were under warranty, which wasn't the issue. The issue was that we asked them politely several times on several occasions to not call my father in laws phone number, or mention his name while calling to let us know the vehicle is ready. I asked them to remove his name from the account, after providing a death certificate, and the manager said that they weren't able to remove his name, which isn't right. Her Dad hasn't paid for anything at les schwabb in almost 2 years because he's dead. The vehicle is legally in my name and my wife's name, and no other company has had an issue removing his name from any account, so why the hell can they not do that ? The warranty is done and over with, the tires he previously purchased have all been replaced with OUR money. So that is the only reason why we don't like them,other than that, they're decent people and a decent shop

I have been taking my cars here for many years and I have had good experiences overall! Although the last time I took my truck in, an employee had reassured me that the warranty would cover the service. When I returned later to pick up my truck, another employee stated that I would have to pay for the services. Long story short, Bryan (I believe was his name) was very professional, calm, and he reassured me that my services would be covered under the warranty since it had been told to me before the services were started. He was absolutely amazing and I m so glad he was very understanding and did not hassle me about this! Excellent customer service in my opinion!

My mom is a senior and wanted to spruce up her van, Ed at the Yuba City Les Schwab took SUPER GOOD care of her and was even considerate of my special needs brother! It's the little things

I made an appointment in order to not have to wait! Still had to wait and I had to cancelled the rest of my day appointments! I have never had poor service with this les schwab , however first time at bridge st store rotten !!! They lose paperwork and make customers wait and watched office gal just shrug her shoulders at the customer! What is that all about? Wow

I came here January 10, 2023 to have them check out why my tire light was on and to take off my splash guard because it was dragging. They said only one tire had a screw in it and the others they refilled and my plate they said they would put in the trunk and it was not. Now, I went to Jiffy Lube the next day and they said I need to get my tires checked out urgently they HAD to be replaced. I didn t want to believe it since my tires were just checked out by tire specialists so today (1/26/23) I took my car to the Les Schwab on Madison in Sacramento which is WAY out of the way for me, but they have always been reliable and honest. They now have to fix the alignment AND replace all 4 tires that were allegedly just fine according to the Yuba City Les Schwab. If you live in or around Yuba don t even waste your time here take the time to go to the Madison location they are super friendly and get the job done right the first time.

A great cimpany with an awesome crew. Went in to get tires and have others things checked on my car. Found out that I have a real serious issue with the front end. Gave me estimates for the repairs and all with a friendly smile. No cranky people here.

Went in for a quote on some tires for my truck, the young lady was very nice, showed us physically the look of the tires which I like and told us about all the bells and whisles that come with the purchase of the tires, which is very helpful, and they had them in stock, gave a written quote to take with us, she was very kind and very generous and took time to explain everything . Thank you I will be back

Best service ever.Had a blowout on 99. One lug nut was messed up I couldn't get it off. They sent a tech asap and he helped me within 10 mins.Best shop in the county

I've come here twice. First time was for new brakes, second time was for new tires and an alignment. Super happy with the store. The people are all really nice, and honest about what you do and don't need. Will definitely be back any time I need something, and will recommend to friends!

Had an appointment for 430pm, but got there 1.5hr early. They still accepted my vehicle and got me out of there before my scheduled appointment. Front desk were helpful, polite, and professional. New tires look great. I would return and I would recommend to a friend.

I stopped at Les Schwab to get my tire pressure topped off on all tires. I pulled up to a bay and was greeted by a mechanic with a mask asking how he could help. I asked to have my tires filled and with no hesitation he filled them. I like that about Les Schwab. Even though I didn't buy my tires from them they help with no attitude. That's why I purchased tires from Les Schwab for my wife's car. So you see, I'm not a customer but I am. Whether they know that or not they still help. For me that will always be a 5 star review.

The team at Les Schwab were fantastic! Great customer service, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.The price was outstanding, the work on our car was completed on time and with excellent workmanship.Ask for Alexis, he is knows his stuff!

Not happy this time or last year. I already voiced my concerns and opinion to them in person. Won't be going back. I'm within warranty and doing my part per that and not gonna purchase two tires from them. Got burned not even a year ago. And the year before that same tire. No I'm done.

Love their customer service. Personally I enjoy the smell of rubber when I open the doors and I can enjoy buttery popcorn while I watch tv while I wait. They give a 30 warranty on everything including my alignment check up which cost me nothing! I'm like wow, totally cool!!

I am amending my previous review to show 5 stars. The reason is because the management reacted to my post and has stepped up this business to the level we expect from Les Schwab.We were met in the parking lot and helped by a friendly technician. Our vehicle was serviced promptly and the price was reasonable.Thank you Les Schwab for reviving my trust in your brand. I will be back to put tires on all my trailers and trucks.

Bad tempers and don't take responsibility for their actions. Took my truck in for an alignment and got a call about thirty minutes later saying they couldn't do it. Naturally, I told them I refused to pay for it since it wasn't accomplished. The tech working on my truck obviously wasn't happy. Upon receiving my truck back I saw that my gear shifter was well above the park position (column shifter). After I tried shutting my truck off, the key no longer went to the off position and I couldn't remove it. After informing the manager about the hissy fit his tech threw (it takes significant force to break that), I was told to submit a claim. I deployed three days later. I gave them an authorized contact, who they stopped returning call to and ignored him. Six months went by and went I came home, the manage told me to submit the claim again. I get a call from their loss department and a letter not even a day later saying the aren't paying for the damage. Good quality service right there. Don't go to Les Schwab or at the very least, avoid the one in Yuba City. They're horrible. I recommend going to Firestone for alignments. You can get lifetime alignments for $200. It's worth the drive to save you this store's nightmare.

Delt with Anthony, he was friendly, knowledgable and understanding. He helped me from beginning to end, listened to my thoughts and concerns, gave good advice. Bottom line I was pleased with the end result, would highly recommend

Went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. Saw my tire pressure was low on the way. So I asked them to take a look and repair whatever was causing the leak, they found nothing was wrong...... Took me less than 1 minute to examine the tire and find the problem. Inexcusable for a "professional" company that works almost exclusively with tires.

I've always been treated extremely well. Whether I've bought tires, lug bolts or ave tires checkedbecause my low tire pressure (light pops on). Wonderful people. I've dealt with a few and all trained well customer service.
