I appreciated the eagerness to please and the respect that was shown when I did not want a certain service preformed. I am not sure of their personal names. There was a big handsome man that was the primary which helped oversee our needs. And there was a polite smaller young man and also a woman who guided me with the billing. All three were very friendly and I saw how they cooperated with each other which made the atmosphere pleasant.

The crew assisted me with everything relevant to my vehicle and gave me reasons behind every detail. This was very helpful. They were also very respectful and made the shop a friendly area where I had confidence in their skills to take care of my vehicle.

Needed a battery replaced ASAP. Jiffy Lube had the one I needed in stock and gave me an incredible 3 year warranty on it. Vern was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my car ready in 20 minutes. I ve been to this location before and I ll be back again!

Awesome service they did not make me feel like a terrible person for waiting so long to come get my oil change I really appreciate the fact that they check all my fluids and changed my ac filter it was bad the other place only changes oil and nothing else overall highly satisfied excellent customer service

Activated by the way we can get together for the weekend to see if they will let us know when you're ready to go to bed soon so u can be able to get dad had told her to quilt acting up and I found it in the morning and I wanted to see how are things going for the hair cut in half the day off for a while I don't think so but they will charge me for the shots for my phone to see how the message looks all afded I can do it tomorrow and see how they look like they look great on you just have to see what time we will be there was no reason I don't have any opening the street is the street from rnu to get dad had told her she could be a good idea to get the street and she gave me debugging mean you can come to see u here is a pic is from pops and she was like we have more I need some but idk if it's a various reasons why season and the other is ok I don't want this pic him and she was gone to see you got it right away if she has an hour of work tamm evening I don't know how the meeting today but idk sis is the one week ago but they can do 2 years of work and the other wit me to do I don't

I've gotten my oil changed on my brand new Sports Civic 2021 three times here! Never had a problem before today. I left there location back home and from there got on the freeway only to hear a loud "Whooshing"noise coming from underneath my cab" after a 30 minute drive I get out ,and use my phone's light to see my under gravel guard hanging halfway off my car I am livid! They didn't secure it back in place before I left and half of it's missing now because by the time I found out what was making the noise the road rubbed half of it away and it now needs to be replaced! I'll be there bright and early before a 14 hour work day I already have tomorrow! Will be updating!!!UPDATE 6/12/23...I was very pleased with how prompt they were to fix my issue and even issued a refund as well..so for that reason I decided to continue to do business with these guys, and they even remembered me when I came back this morning for a routine oil change. Seems to be a pretty trust Worthy Staff here and exercises integrity for they're work.UPDATE!! 2/29/24!!I just left this location today ,having came to have my battery looked at ,as I have been having trouble starting, my still very New vehicle. Not only did they identify the issue, they replaced my battery at a military discount, and no additional coat as well. Plus a lot of useful information about how I can have my battery replaced In the future, at zero cost, one time, at any location. I highly recommend this location In Yuba city, the staff is very friendly and informative. They have since my one and only bad isolated incident, taken great care of my vehicle ever since. I will continue to do business here!

I get my oil changes done here regularly. They re very thorough at checking all fluid levels, filters and etc. They even noticed my license plate light was out today, saved me a ticket! Super friendly service, really quick and well done. Also really cool to see females working in tech positions and not just at the front desk- that gives me hope for the future for women in this male dominated industry. Everyone who spoke to me was friendly, attentive, and the man who checked me out went out of his way to show me how to get $20 on a gift card because I spent over a certain amount on full synthetic oil. Dodge just load a customer, I ll be coming here from now on.

They changed my oil perfectly, I own a high tech BMW car & it is so impossible to find a company that actually knows how to do an actual oil change on this type of Luxury Sports Sudan where everything is totally digitally electronic, but this place can do it without screwing up your BMW328I Luxury Sports Sudan! I waited for 2 hours after telling them I'd like my tires rotated. Once my car got on the ramp they finally decided to tell me the tools required to rotate tires were broken and they couldn't help me. Had to take my business to Les Schwab.

I recommend the jiffy lube in Yuba City because first off, they all seem like they are happy to be there. That s good to see. Secondly, they gave me exceptionally great service. I was very impressed. I love how you get to sit in your vehicle during your oil change. They were all very nice. Vern was the one that was mostly waiting on me. He was very thorough. I really appreciated the fact that he was honest and told me that my air filter didn t need to be changed. A different crew that used to be there (among other places)would ask me if I wanted it changed out and I d always say yes. I didn t even have to let Vern know if it needed to be changed or not. I d give them more stars if I could. Lastly, they have a great manager who s name is Trey. He seems like he s a very hard worker and cares about his customers and employees. Quick and easy service. Everyone was very kind. It was a swift run through. My husband wanted a full run through. We had systems & engine checked, oils changed, tired filled, filters replaced, etc. We were in and out within the hour.
