Completely disappointed in our local Kubota dealership! Tried to get some warranty work done, and the service manager strung me along for months with absolutely no help, Only empty promises and lies! I would strongly recommend going to the dealership in Sacramento! I made one phone call to them and they picked my Tractor up the next week and took care of all of my problems under warranty! Shame on this Yuba city service manager and shame on this dealership!

Sales Rep Terry helped me purchase a Kubota L2501HST with front loader bucket along with LP rotary mower, pallet forks & box scraper. Terry was prompt to respond to my voicemail, letting me know that he'll have a quote for me within a few hours. Shortly thereafter, he followed up with his quote, gave me a great price on a harvest rental along with some implements. He explained the Kubota Corp rebates/offers/options.Terry's office provided his cell phone number from the beginning and he was responsive from my initial call to my many follow-up questions via text and phone call. I'm very impressed with Terry's excellent customer service and Holt Ag's pricing.I grew up in NorCal on a farm, and after 20+ years, I recently decided to ease back into farming. I also have several friends who farm, so I did my research and checked prices from Kubota dealers all over central and NorCal. Holt Ag prices blew away all the Kubota competition! With Terry's outstanding customer service/responsiveness/information and Holt Ag's pricing, they both have earned my constant referrals and future business.I should have my tractor delivered on Friday and will update my post/review once I get it.

Went there to get a wheel for a cat skid steer.i was working on .got the wrong part went back order it again and got the wrong part .so my boss had me drive to plesant grove to there westsac office and I got the right part.these guy knew what they were doing and were nice and tryed.it must have been some kinda computer malfunction or something or even bad info .but regardless tractors fixed my boss is happy a I get to keep my job

Bought replacement tractor keys at Holt for $13 when they sell for $4 from my out of state kabota dealer. Last place to go to..way over priced.

I rent a jackhammer for one day and still am waiting for my email invoice they told me will send you over the email and I didn't get yet it. very poor service.
