Had an amazing experience working with Rico and Alex to help me with figuring out the best car for my growing family with a 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid.Rico was so wonderful to work with as he was extremely knowledgeable of each of the cars I was considering, was completely transparent on pricing, and did not pressure me into making a rushed deal with them. I would be 100% comfortable with giving them my business for years to come as they were the best type of dealership to work with.

Awful experience. We booked an appointment to get our bronco fixed due to it having issues with the gear selector and when we arrived TO OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! We were informed we can t be seen as the mechanic has gone on lunch a won t be back for an hour to an hour and a half..?!Why schedule appointments if you re not going to stick with them? I m frustrated and angry as I cannot safely drive my vehicle due to your awful services! We will never use you again or recommend you to anyone.

It was a great experience! All the times I've been to Geweke has been exceptional. On this particular day, I suddenly heard my name and turned to find the sales person that sold me the truck standing there. It's been a year and he remembered who I was.The service advisor was really nice, professional and helpful. He took the truck in immediately, as promised, and I was in and out in an hour and a half. That's great for having your vehicle in service; I should know, I worked service for 10 years and hour and a half is nothing.Thanks!

The last 2 times I've been here to have the oil changed in my car, I had an appointment and still ended up waiting 3 hours before they even started on my vehicle. Ridiculous. This place has no respect for my time. If they weren't going to start on the vehicle till 5 when my appointment was at 230, they should have let me know. I could have stayed at work longer instead of taking time off to sit there.

I have to give Geweke Ford Service Department and Service Writer RYAN YARTZ a 5 star review. They completely saved our Christmas vacation on December 20, 2023. We were headed to our annual destination with our Diesal Dually F-350 and our 45ft 5th wheel RV and a caravan of 2 more from Chico. We just barely got 45 minutes out of town when we got an oil pressure light coming on. With a phone call to the service department, Ryan was ready for us when we got there with a spot big enough to park one of our smaller rigs while the F-350 was being worked on. He got it up on the lift and had it diagnosed right away and then was able to run to another location to get the parts that we needed. I'm not sure how he was able to move enough customers and technitions around that day to accomodate us so that we could get it fixed and back on the road as quickly as he did, but he figured it out. He was so friendly, efficient, quick witted and willing to do whatever was required that day to help us. We are so happy that we finally found a dealership that in our opinion is credible, fair, and personable. I have not been happy with other dealerships that are closer to our home so I have not taken my Shelby near them since the day I bought it. (It doesn't need anything) BUT I feel totally comfortable that I can take the car to them when anything needs to be looked at or if there is a recall. Juan at the service desk was very helpful when we brought in Kta Niro. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. When we came back to complete the service 5 days later, he remembered our names and answered questions we had asked on the first visit. GREAT JOB JOSE!!!

Negative stars! Do not bring your RV here for service!!! Sadly, this is one of the shops Ford gave us to take our RV in for warranty work. We had more than awful experience and that's being nice. We got our RV back in worse condition than when we brought it in. They had our RV for 2 months and when we finally got it back none of the mechanical issues were fixed. In fact, they caused a new issue with the "repairs" that were done. We now have a whining noise in addition to the others issues. And to salt the wound, when we got it back there were scratches on the coach and the bumper. They somehow put 103 miles on it, burned almost 1/2 tank of gas and for the cherry on top, they were using the bathroom. Not Cool!!!

Jay was amazing!! As soon as we stepped on the lot we were greeted with a smile. He was never pushy and was on our side from the start! He helped to put us in our dream car and was beyond professional and helpful the whole time. If you are looking for a Ford I highly recommend you come and ask for Jay so you know you are in great hands!!

They tried to drastically overcharge me for a vehicle I wanted to buy back in 2022. They tried to overcharge me by at least $7,000 because they thought I was a naive young adult. They also were talking to my boyfriend and not directly to me the entire time. I m the one with the money and the one who is going to own the vehicle, not him. I thought it was pretty sexist to assume he was purchasing the vehicle even though I was the one who originally reached out. I left and drove all the way down to Dublin and got the same exact vehicle for only $30,000, the price I wanted. Geweke also tried to make me buy warranties and things I just did not need. This is not the way to have people buy your vehicles and to keep coming back. I get that this is a business and you have to make money, but overcharging people is not the way to do it. A few months after I already bought my vehicle from the other dealership, the salesman from Geweke tried reaching back out to me because his numbers were down and needed to make a sale. However, the service department is exceptional, the sales department is just highly disappointing. Go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle but come here for servicing.

I will start with a positive the best part of my experience was the courtesy shuttle driver she was very friendly and prompt all else went down hill from there customer service was awful trying to get a hold of them was a joke than when they would call me back there was always an added problem ..the recall department was the main problem the initial problem with my car was fixed rather quickly than the service guy called me and asked if I would like to fix a recall I said sure while they still had my car I was sorry I had the recall problem fixed..when I finally got my car back two days later , the service guy told me he was going to talk to his manager about the recall dept .. whether he did or not I will never know .. I will not be going back to Geweke again

Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Showed up at my appointment time to a NIGHTMARE check-in, only to be told that they neither check for, nor account for, online appointments. We were told it would be at least a few hours. Absolutely unacceptable. If I didn t absolutely need an oil change after moving across the country, I would have left.Vincent told me that I should call in the future. Immediately no. That s some ableist nonsense. Not everyone can use the phone; that s what the app is for. Their inability to do their jobs properly shouldnever impact customers. No worries about future appointments, though, because they absolutely will not be made at this dealership.UPDATE: Tina took over our care, was friendly and AMAZING. She got us out in just under an hour and a half. I would come back to see her again, but never Vincent.

Where I can say that my experience here was better than other ford dealers that I have dealt with, I have to say that there is room for improvement. Over the phone was told they could do my oil change at 9:30. When I get there, I am informed that they were still working on their 7:30 appointments. The left hand didn't seem to know what the right was doing. Then I sat for 2 hours with no update on my car. Then was told it would be 15 minutes. 50 minutes later they close out the paperwork, tell me they were washing it, and 10 min later they give my car back. A half hearted attempt to wash it was made, but still had bugs all over the windshield. The first woman I dealt with at the dealer was rude, but the man who finished it out, Pao? Was great. I will probably be back, but I will definitely make sure that I have a book to read and lower expectations.

I live in Sacramento and drive up to Yuba City about 30 mins just to buy my vehicles from them. I have purchased about 4 vehicles and I've never had a problem with any of the staff everyone is always ready to help you get the car of your dream's. Tony, in the finance department is one of the best. He is always there to help you and to get you the best deal. Even after I bought my vehicle's If there's a question I had or needed help with something he has always been there to help me. I love this dealership I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Thanks to all the staff at Geweke Ford for all you have done for me.Christine05.25.2023

My daughter and roommate had the best experience buy cars recently from them as I sat in. Jaun and Art are amazing. Why would anyone go out of town to buy a car when we have a local Ford dealer that's awesome!

The service department was excellent! They got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Jen who drove me in the shuttle was so sweet, I loved chatting with her as she drove me to work. I would have given 5 stars had the lady who checked me in been nicer. I felt ignored as I told her what I was bringing my car in for. Everyone else was amazing!

Even though I scheduled an appointment and stated that I would wait for it my car was there from 10:30 until 4 pm. All staff was kind and polite. Poa was great and the shuttle driver was very talkative and engaging

We had Geweke Ford come to our home and fix a recall, they were nice, polite and quick. We loved that at the end of their vist they went through what they did and answer all our questions. They accidentally broke a small part while finishing up and right away let us know about it apologized and made a second appointment to fix the part. Would totally recommend.

So unprofessional. We drove out from Sacramento to purchase a car Eddie told us the car would be ready today. Turns out the vehicle had not even passed inspection yet blaming their internet department for the mistake. I would have never agreed to run my credit, if they had told me the truth upfront. The manager claimed calls are recorded, but when I asked they play it back. He just walked away. Don t believe ANYTHING they tell you. Complete waste of time. The car was filthy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took the my vehicle in for a problem with my AC. Quoted $180, but I asked if it was covered under the warranty. Renee Parks told me she was too busy to see if it's covered and couldn't help me. What is the point of buying the best warranty if the service team cannot help you? Asked to speak to a manager but was told she was the only one there for the day. I told her I would just come back another day and instead of trying to fix the problem she just said "well, bye."

We were traveling in our RV and had a mechanical problem. Krista Glassgow the Commercial Service Advisor took excellent care of us and did everything she could to expedite our repairs. I've never been treated so well at a dealer before. The workmanship of the repairs was also very professional. If I lived closer to them they would get all my vehicle repairs.

You ve got a real jewel in Tina the service writer. I gave you five stars because the service was done very quickly and I showed up a little late past 5:45 to pick up my vehicle. The wheel balancing equipment you had wasn t working and that was a disappointment.

Well I messed up turning tightly destroying two of my storage doors. I took the RV to Geweke in Lodi California and they did an excellent job replacing my doors and matching the colors. I was welcomed by the employees and treated like a customer that's been with them for decades. The job was done fast after the parts arrived and the work was awesome. I will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I like the service at Geweke Ford. They ve taken care of me, but they don t have enough appointments available. In the Fall of 2022, I had the transmission go out on my 2016 Ford Fusion at 154,000 miles; I had to leave it on a Sunday and the female service advisor gave me a hard time about not having an appointment. My t r a n s m i s s i o n went out. It was all I could do to drive it to the dealership. Of course, I didn t have an appointment. You don t have to make a federal case about a client who doesn t have an appointment. You just have to say that you can t guarantee when it can be worked on. You don t need to create a circumstance in which the client feels bad about bringing the car in when they already feel bad about not having a car due to my major car repair. Be nice. Other than that they give great service.

Great staff , especially Ricky Estrada. We drive over an hour just to bring it to that location for service. There s another Ford dealership not more than 5 miles away from us but that s how much we appreciate the extra care that we get at Geweke.

Let s start off from the top. I want to first bring recognition to Kellie the manager, she was absolutely fantastic.We had just recently purchased a brand new Ford 2022 Explorer and within a month the transmission broke (due to being improperly installed by the factory). We did not purchase the vehicle from Gweke but rather from the Ford dealership in Woodland. That was apparently my mistake. Woodland Ford couldn t care less that they sold my family a broken vehicle and essentially told me that they would need over a month to even diagnose the issue due their technician being gone on vacation (apparently they did not have other technicians). I can understand scheduling issues but to add to the delay they would not provide me with any type of loaner vehicle or even assist me with procuring a rental, even though I purchased every protection plan they offer. To add insult to injury they never even offered to see if another Ford dealership could repair it. Luckily the manager of the Chevy dealership next door recommended I look elsewhere because the time frame for repair was excessive.Well this brings me to Gweke, I reached out to Gweke and was able to get ahold of the manager Kellie. She was compassionate, caring, and empathetic and also determined to assist however she could. Kellie provided me the resources to get the vehicle towed to Gweke and ensured I was placed on the loaner vehicle reservation list. I can not speak highly enough of her service and commitment to ensuring I wasn t brushed aside.Now to the service department. These individuals (unfortunately I don t have all their names) worked diligently to make sure my vehicle was repaired and returned to me in the quickest amount of time possible. Even with unfortunate delays, I felt that the ground level people were prioritizing my repairs and working as fast as possible to remedy the issue.Lastly, the only reason they did not receive a 5 of 5 perfect review is because of one individual. Every person from Gweke I spoke with, minus this one person, was absolutely respectful and empathetic regardless of the time of day. Unfortunately, our contact at the service department (I will not demean her by using her name) was unprofessional and rude. The young ladies attitude was short, accusatory, disrespectful, brash, and as far from empathetic and caring as possible. Every time I spoke with her she seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by every conversation. I wish I could say that maybe it was simply a bad day or a bad week but I had multiple contacts spanning multiple days and weeks and all the same behavior displayed. Then the kicker was, as I went to pick up the vehicle I got the unfortunate pleasure of meeting her face to face. Just before she assisted my wife and myself, she assisted an elderly couple that she treated just like she treated me over the phone. She was trite, rude, and disrespectful with her communication and her countenance. I will say she is consistent, because when I stepped to the counter her behavior remained the same from the beginning to the end.I ll be honest Gweke is a great business, but if I am forced to deal with that individual again I d rather not return. It s such a shame that a business that has so many fantastic employees and managers is degraded by one sour employee.
