Elisa (owner) was so kind! She offered great suggestions for what I was looking for. Also it was near closing and so I thought I had to come back the next day but Elisa jumped right on it and promptly had my order ready when I returned from my errand. The chocolate dipped strawberries look great! I can t wait to gift these to my friends!Thank you Elisa + YC Edible Arrangements team for the kind and courteous service!

Never disappointing! They make sure everything you order is top notch:) I m constantly getting treats from there and I can safely say they re the best in town. ESPECIALLY that cheesecake anyways! Friendly staff and Elisa is a great owner! Would highly recommend Edible!

Ordered over a month ahead of time for my husband s birthday. On his birthday I decided to call the Yuba City store. I was told that day , they don t deliver to Loma Rica. They had over a month to let me know . But never did. Not only that,, the lady said they didn t have any champagne as was included in my order.that I paid for. They had over a month to make sure that the order was complete. She said they left several messages. I never received a email, voicemail, or text message from anyone there. His birthday was totally ruined. I m so thankful I called to check. Very irresponsible and very unprofessional. Never will do business with them ever again. Ask for a refund. . Who knows if I will get it.

Ordered online on a Saturday for same day delivery & paid extra for delivery. The order did not show up. Waited the next day to see if it would show up and it didn t show up until the end of day. Never received a phone call from EA to let me know it would not be arriving on the supposed day. Tried calling the store multiple times and left a message, no one answers & no one calls back. Very frustrating.

I absolutely love edible arrangements! The fruit is always fresh and the strawberries are delicious! They have the best salted caramel apple wedges and even gourmet popcorn now!! Oh and did I Mention flower packages!

My husband placed an order of over $100 on 12/2 that was to be a surprise for my birthday on 12/3. There was no update from the business, no phone calls, etc. So today 12/4 I called very upset explaining that the item was to be a surprise for my birthday and that I waited all day and did not commit to plans I had because this delivery was supposed to be coming, I explained that it was a big problem on their part. The girl told me she had no explanation as to what was going on and that she would call her boss and call me back.... No phone call, just an email saying they refunded the money back... I did not ask for a refund. I asked for an update and an explanation! I still wanted the gift my husband ordered for me! Very unprofessional!

Really good treats unfortunately their times and day that they are open is a hit or miss you never know when they will be in. Online says they are open and you go and they are closed.

I have ordered from them multiple times and have not been disappointed! Everything is always fresh! Today my husband received the anniversary gift I got him, to our Auto Service Shop and he was very pleased he called me to thank me and we had our special moment, and part of that special moment was thanks to Edible Arrangements because they were able to deliver! Thank You!

I am so impressed to say the least. I am ordering from out of state and wanted something delivered same day. I had called basically all of the florists in my home town. Cost was not an issue. I was told immediately that same day was not an option from every other place even before I could explain my situation. This establishment was more than welcoming and went above and beyond. I attempted to tip the person that had originally taken my call and order and was not able to because apparently she is is the owner. Please let my tip be this review. Top notch service. Thank you all so much for helping my sister in law have a better day and me to expedite my order flawlessly.

I ordered the Mother's Day Indulgence platter. My brother drove from Chico to pick it up. When my mom opened it today, it was seriously lacking from the website photo. The website picture has 30 berries and at least 15 visible grapes. The one my mom opened had only 20 berries and 5 grapes. I get that what you get won't exactly match the example but 10 less berries and grapes is too much of a difference for what I was charged. Super disappointed. Mother's Day fail Edible Arrangements The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is that the berries were perfectly ripe and nice.

I don t think I have ever been treated so nicely in my entire life. The customer service was astounding. I felt so welcomed and no trouble getting what I wanted. It was super fast and simple because of the amazing service that was given to me. The product was excellent and the prices are amazing. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

First time trying edible arrangements and I will say I absolutely loved it! They completely changed my mind about liking pineapple. I had the pleasure of sampling the chocolate dipped pineapple and it was DELICIOUS! Fresh, very juicy and definitely a fruit I ve been missing all these years. The new owners are very kind and extremely helpful. The arrangements are freshly made and the chocolate dipped bananas and strawberries are a must try! Perfect for any party or get together or even just to have at home for yourself. I received a mixed berry box and had to share with my neighbors because they were that GOOD! Stop in and try them especially with Valentine s Day coming up for significant other or family will love it!

I've ordered from these guys multiple times, all last-minute, and they have delivered on time with quality products. I especially LOVE that they have options/bundles with FRESH FLOWERS!!! Very pleased with their service, and plan to use them more frequently.

Do not support this business. I purchased an oder for delivery but then decided to pick up instead. The owner stated I would be refunded for the delivery charge in a few days, no big deal. Its not been 16 days without a refund I contacted the owner and she states I was refunded yet by bank statement doesn't reflect that. I went into the store and spoke directly with the owner and she refuses to refund for a service that she did not provide. I Contacted my bank and they do not see a refund. I'm reporting this establishment for fraudulent activity. Because at this store the owner is shady. It's not about the money it's the pricple. Don't get ripped off like I did!

Ordered a birthday arrangement for a co worker. Found out the day before that she was taking that day off and wouldn't receive it. Called the store and they were able to deliver it early that same day. She loved it!! Thanks for saving the day. Excellent service and the item ordered was perfect

Owner is friendly and willing to work with you when ordering. Great gifts and small bites. $6 dipped mixed fruit cups are awesome with 10 min notice.

I called over to see if there was any chocolate covered strawberries, wifes request. Not asking anything about delivery options. Just would like to know if there was any available to just walk in and get some. But when a lady answered the phone she seemed like she had attitude. And said there was no more requests to be made today. (Never asked) Totally understand. She then proceeds to say there are no promises, (okay, cool I get that)& to come back in about 5 hours there may be some. My first time ever calling them or even checking out this place. Heard good things about this place. But what I encountered over the phone says otherwise about the people. I most likely will never refer or come check it out in person.

BETTER OFF FINDING SOME ONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Was the worse thing ever had promised my wife one she was super excited even called them the morning of and they said it was ready just waiting for a delivery driver and completely lied. Called back just not at 3 pm 6 hours later. Still wasn t done and can t be here for another hour witch now we have wait to leave to dinner just to get the stupid fruit smh. Horrible service horrible much.

you just missed out on an order for telling me it couldn't be delivered same day when I called the Edible in the location I wanted the order to go to and they had NO PROBLEM sending out same day! In fact, all my future orders will now go through the edible in this OTHER location. Better customer relations needed here in YC all it would have taken is a phone call but you are too busy with "valentine orders" to help me today, a week ahead of Valentines Day...

I just called and spoke to stephanie and m.o.d. They would not give two orders off 6 chocolate dipped strawberries. Only 12 strawberries. Hello two orders of 6 equal 12. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Extremely disappointed. Placed the order online for next day delivery which was supposed to be free delivery. I was still charged $9.99 for delivery so I called the local store. They said they were unable to help as they just receive and fulfill the order. Will not be ordering again.

Stephanie was very helpful over the phone and explained everything very well! I love the customer service and they provided me with really good information. I love how creative they are with when it comes to holiday seasons!!!
