Everything good except the girl at cashier she was rude and unhelpful I had some questions about the rewards program and all she said i don t know i THInK we don't do it. Then I asked her if she could find out and she completely ignored me and keep on printing out my bill. If it wasn t for the warranty that I have to breen my truck here I wouldn t return.

I'm very very very happy with their service. We went to see about a clicking sound near the engine and they gentleman was very quick and thorough, he quickly found the issue and we had and appointment for the next day everything went smoothly and we were out of there within a half an hour. The next day we took our car in and dropped it if and they gave us a ride home a few hours later they came to pick us up and the bill was extremely reasonable we couldn't believe our eyes !!! Definitely going back to them with our vehicle's needs.

ALWAYS SEEMS TO TAKE CARE OF THIER CUSTOMERSI have been to this dealership a few times for regular maintenance.The customer service is always great, you get there and they helped you immediately. They always seem to have time to take your car in. We called in the morning, dropped the car off and the car was done by the end of the day.The only disappointment I had was twice now my car did not get wash when I picked up the car. I guess the guy that washes the cars takes off early.other then that, great place

Our previous truck was purchased from Dow Lewis himself 16 years ago...the quality of customer service has continued! Murray and Mark were awesome! It is clear to see why Dow Lewis Motors has survived for so long in out community...honesty, integrity and respect with their customers. We got a great used truck at a great price and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff, easy vehicle transaction, the ordering process was easy and whenever changes wanted to be made, it was an easy phone call to make it happen. Overall great experience.

I came in to buy a 1500 Denali I told them that I'm willing to pay cash if they came down on the price, the sticker price was 66k and I said I'd pay all cash and they told me they're willing to do 60k cash but on paper they said they'll write 50k "so we both save money on taxes" said by Murray the owner. After They did that I felt like they tried to scam me don't trust this dealership the only thing they care about is how much profit they can make out of you rather than being helpful and friendly, this is the most trash dealership all I been reading is negative reviews. I agree with more than half of those reviews because I've had a similar experience. If you can take the 30 minutes and go to Hoblit in colusa they'll take care of you and get you into the right vehicle and they wouldn't try and scan you out of more money.

Amazing service! They were fast, friendly and got us into an amazing car. I've bought many cars at many dealerships and this was by far my best experience. Will definitely be back when it's time for an upgrade. Mark & Rob were wonderful!

So far good! Brought my buick enclave in, my sunroof won't close!! We are in the rainy season so for now Tim suggested we get it to close and then I will return later on when not so busy to find out what really needs to be done. I am totally good with that. I appreciate the alternative solutions.

Racism at its finest. Came to the dealership for a simple oil change, however no one wanted to help me even though I had an appointment. I was told my appointment wasn't scheduled and they dont have time for an oil change for 6 months!! While I am walking out the door, the service advisor wecomes in a walk in oil change. Luckily for me, the walk in was a good friend of mine and we will both be posting our experience on fb to insure this place gets the treatment they deserve! I thought that was the end so i compined to GM and thought I would speak to the district manager. When i called and asked for the DM, I was connected to the same service advisor who stated, He doesnt have time for you ragheads . Never in 29 years have I been treated like this. I hope the people of Yuba City come together and shut this place down! Looking at the other reviews it seems like every person of indian ethnicity that enters the place has the same treatment! I blame the owner Murray for creating such an environment and letting it strive.

I worked with Roger over the phone. I purchased this AT4 sight unseen(pickup still in transit) but Roger made it very easy and I was confident I would get the best deal given the current automotive environment. They delivered the vehicle to Reno rather than having to get it. The pickup was detailed less some bugs on the front. It was unfortunate the dealership wasn't honoring the GM Supplier Discount or the Costco Auto Program I qualified. There wasn't any negotiation and I ended up getting a good rate through GM Financial. Roger has followed up a couple of times and I'm really happy with the vehicle.

I called service to schedule appointment the service guy named lou was so rude. Yes it 1 min til closing but all I needed to do was schedule appointment and explain my vehicle problem. I told him how I was still under bumper to bumper warranty just purchased vehicle from Folsom location 2 months ago. As a first gm buyer the customer service I received from him was so dissatisfying. I ll never come here for any service or any future buys. Due to his ugly attitude telling me I have to call the dealer I purchase vehicle from to verify my warranty. All he had to do was take my last 7 vin number he could seen his self.

To begin, my service was not on July 1 as this survey stated. It was the end of May.Scheduled 2 1/2 weeks in advance for an oil change and to complete four recall notices on a 2021 Denali. My vehicle was at the dealer for two FULL days and at the end of the second day was told only one recall could be completed but we DID change your oil. I was then told that they would contact me when the other recalls could be completed and as of this writing I have heard nothing. From the time I made the appointment to the point I picked up my vehicle it was far from acceptable. I attribute this experience on the fact that I did not actually purchase the Denali at this location but was trying to avoid traveling the 5 hours it would take to get to dealer in which I purchased it from. Should have known better and will go back to the professionals I originally acquired the vehicle from. If by writing this honest review am "flagged" in the system for my comments I will simply switch to a Lincoln Navigator. BTW - I witnessed another service customer having a worse experience than me while I was there with his truck.

Louie Cisneros, in the service department, was very helpful and professional. I had several issues with my pickup needing attention. All the issues were corrected in a timely and quality manner. This is the second truck I have purchased from Dow Lewis. Although purchasing a vehicle is rarely quick, the salesman and finance rep were on the ball. There was no wasted time. The vehicle was as indicated in their inventory and was ready when we arrived. We will definitely contact them first the next time we need a vehicle.

Went just to look at a Tahoe they had and the guy that "helped us"I think his name was Roger or something like that really wasn't helpful at all. Actually talked me out of the deal. Didn't run credit or hear about our situation before telling us we need 20,000 down or our payments will be 800 for a used tahoe.oh ok ha! Good luck doing business.

I just bought a new GMC 2500HD from Dow Lewis Motors. I special ordered my truck and they went out of their way to make this a great experience, from the initial order, keeping me informed throughout the build process, and ease of delivery and paperwork. Thank you Murry, Ted, and Jordan.

The most incompetent and unprofessional dealership I have come across. Wasted 6 hours of my time just to tell me they can t service my truck because they only had 2 technicians working and only one of those technicians was certified to look at my HUD unit. After sharing my frustration I was told that I was never allowed on their lot again. Never stepping foot inside a GMC dealership again. Ford & Dodge have never treated me such.

Do NOT buy from here!! They lied to us about cost and rebates. They told my husband that he would get an extra rebate for being a veteran and we never got it. I regret buying from this location!! I do not recommend them.**follow up** the sales agent called and was not happy I was dissatisfied with his service so he hung up on me. Then the sales manager called me and told me they gave me the best deal possible, ignoring the fact his sales agent was a liar, and to be happy he saved me money. I won't do business with these people ever again. Dishonest immoral dealership.

I initially had an appointment to install automatic side steps for my 2021 Sierra 1500. I was quoted 1500$ and set an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the cost would be much higher. One gentleman said the woman that gave me that price is new, the other walked in after and claimed they do not have a lady that works in that department. So I decided against giving the dealership my money moreso for the dishonest people than the price hike. When I booked the appointment I had mentioned a concern about my starter running continiously and engine not firing. I asked them to check that out and fix a broken piece of weatherstripping around the truck. At first one of the advisors who also claimed he was the manager tried to pull it out. When unsuccessfull he went inside and said he had to order the part. I asked him to do so and then provided him a bullitin number to help with the ignition issue. He became very hostile at this time and accused me of trying to get a buy back � also swearing heavily. At this time I decided to record the interacrion for my safety.� He said it would take 3 hours labor to do the bullitin and simpily said he is not doing it and take it back to Elk Grove. When the truck was sold to me I was told I can take this truck to any GM dealership. It is dissapointing to have this issue with a brand new truck that has less than a couple hundred miles but it is disheartning to be treated the way I was.

After months of research on multiple car sites for a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali, I finally saw a listing for one which checked all my boxes at this dealership. The price was right and it had low mileage. I called first thing the next day to see if the vehicle was still available. Mark Tompkins answered and told me the vehicle was still there . I told him my husband and I would be there in a few hours. When we arrived , Mark greeted us as soon as we walked in and the vehicle was ready and waiting for us to look at. We took it for a test drive and Mark told us about the car, some of it's features and also mentioned it was a lease return so all of the maintenance had been done at the dealership. I knew I wanted to go home with this car. Once back at the dealership, the buying process began and it went seamlessly. As my husband and I sat in the waiting area, every employee who walked through the area said "Good morning" and asked us if we needed anything. My husband knew I was in good hands so he went out to his car to get his laptop and did some work while we waited. When I went back to sign the paperwork, the finance manager Rob Schmidt had everything organized and thoroughly explained each form I had to sign and asked if I had any questions. I had the keys in my hand and was on the road in a little under 2 hours. If they didn't have to wash the vehicle, it would've been even sooner.About two weeks later I drove my newly purchased vehicle to the store and when I went to leave, it wouldn't start. Thinking worst case scenario (because I'm a woman and don't know a lot about cars lol), I called the extended warranty company. The representative I spoke with said she couldn't find any record of warranty in the system. I called the dealership and spoke with Sonja and told her what happened. She explained to me that while I had purchased the extended warranty, they usually process them as a batch so mine hadn't been sent off yet. However she worked with the person at the dealership who handles them (sorry I can't remember her name) to push it through so if needed, I could use it. This was all handled within the hour. My husband arrived and was quickly able to see it was just the battery *face palm* I've never felt so silly! He gave me a jump and I drove to a local GMC dealer where they confirmed a new battery was needed.You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then they don t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don t try to push anything on you. They re helpful. They listen. They re accommodating. That was my experience with Dow Lewis Motors, Inc. I would return to this dealership in a heartbeat!
