I have a friend that I recommended the store. NO HONEST. They make him a fake report alignment. Car is even worst than before. Fake excuse. They wanted him to get new tires even it will need it, he will not longer go there. Best paid pro to do the job! My friend just paid a fake report and car still not fix but worst.

Very kind and amazing gentlemen. I just drove in from Texas and my tires read low. I only asked for him to check one tire, but he checked all and even though nothing was wrong with my tires, he went out of his way to make sure all my tires were good.Highly recommend this shop to anybody reading this.

It was time to upgrade on a tire that was becoming bald. The staff there informed me that my tires in the back of my vehicle were too large and gave me the proper size and a quote for all 4 tires. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I would return in the future for some of my vehicle needs.

I've been going to Rays Tires for over 20 years and here's why, they are very friendly, fast and have great quality and pricing. Free flat repair tire rotation and balancing, not only are they a family owned small business they treat you like family. I highly recommend them !

Excellent! Called and was quoted a great price over the phone by Ray, the owner, and said the tires would be in by 1:30 pm the same day, and they were, about $60-$70 cheaper then the 'name brand' tire places in town, but FYI ... it is a older shop and hard to miss unless you are looking for it, it is under a brown canopy just past DQ, no wait time either, just pull up to the open garage and tell them what you need.

It seems that all mechanic/automotive related businesses are not eager to serve, especially when it comes to small services like a used tire- which is understandable.I've been to tires 4 less off of palora for years, but you really have to catch them (the owner) on a good day to not get treated like butt.I just went to Neil's and while they weren't that bad, I was expecting more from a BEST OF YUBA SUTTER BUSINESS, as far as customer experience goes.Just landed here at Ray's right next to Dairy Queen, and I'm content. It's not super impressive, as there's only one guy working here today (Jesus), but he has been eager to serve us. At the other places, I felt that we've been lied to as far as tire availability. Even walmart said we have to get two tires because of the speed rating on our current tires (never really heard of that before - we drive a 2012 sienna with lower end tires).All that to say this: when you find an automotive/mechanic/tire business you are content or happy with as far as service and honesty, stick with them, because customer service and honesty is RARE.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Ordered chicken strips and literally 2 of the 4 maybe had a bite of chicken. The manager was sooooo rude when I questioned her about it. Seriously no meat to them just breading. I will never eat here again. It s was so expensive besides that. Poor business. You should be embarrassed Dairy Queen.

Be careful. I called and asked for a tire and they said they had it. Drove 20 mins to find out that the tire is bad. I didnt find out about what was going on until like 20 afters they removed my tire. nobody cared enough to say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. Bad service.. wouldn't recommend... neils tires are down the street and way better service and quality.

Friendly service. Prices are competitive. Service for tire rotations and tire repairs is unbeatable. In and out in 5 minutes usually for roations. Vehicle is finished before I return from nearby dairy queen.

Well I was pulling a heavy load on my tricycle trailer, when the tire on my trailer EXPLODED! I just so happened to be passing by Ray's Tire & Wheel. The attendant came across the street and asked if I needed help. He then suggested that he might have a tire in the back that might fit. He then ran back across the street. A few minutes later he comes back, jack in hand, and proceeds to jack up the trailer and takes the tire back to the shop. After dealing with a few customers he waves for me to come over. And he had fitted my wheel with a new HEAVY DUTY tire. And when I offered to pay him he said "have a nice day."Wow!

My tire got a giant nail stuck in it, and I explained the situation to them, they told me to bring my car around, sat and talked to em for a few minutes and all of a sudden my tire was done. Really? I was SHOCKED! Super cheap too! I couldn't be happier, everyone should go here!!!!

a couple years ago I came here to get new tires and they were very good so I tried to return this year to get new tires again I ended up standing there for 40 minutes waiting for someone to even say hi to me while he fixed some old guys Tire he walked by me about four times and ignored me and then finally asked me if I needed help rudely like I shouldn't have been there and I said yes I need someone to look at my tires and he said where's your car and I'm like if the only other car sitting here and he goes whatever and continue to work on the skies car and I waited a very long time for him to do something that should have only taken 10 minutes and he was really rude so I'm not going to go there again and I don't suggest you go there unless you got a lot of time to waste especially if you're a woman I seem to not like women over there
