Regrettably, I must articulate our dissatisfaction with the level of service we've encountered at Yuba City Camping World. Despite clearly communicating our preferences for a travel trailer, we've experienced prolonged delays and inadequate communication from our sales representative.Our interactions were characterized by repeated attempts to steer us towards purchases that did not align with our needs, solely focused on securing swift commissions. Despite our efforts to communicate our specific concerns, there was a notable lack of receptiveness, with the primary emphasis being on closing a sale. This pattern persisted throughout multiple interactions, indicating a disregard for our preferences and an exclusive focus on maximizing sales revenue.Despite our efforts to express our concerns, we've encountered a series of unfulfilled promises. In contrast, our interactions with Roseville Camping World have been marked by professionalism and attentiveness, highlighting a superior level of service in comparison. Save yourself the trouble and look a little further out.

My father has had his RV there for over a month continuously getting the runaround about parts after being reassured that Camping World is nothing like all seasons RV (formerly in that same location) He was told when he took it in that it's the off-season (? early February) and they should have no problems. My father is a senior citizen and a veteran! Really Camping world you should be ashamed!!

I bought a trailer from them in August 2023 and have issues since. No one there talks to each other or knows what is going on. They have had my trailer for 2 months and they still have not got the warranty issues done. When I call and speak with a person they say they will call me back but two days later I still have not a call. Very disappointed with their service. I m ready to get my money back for the trailer and go buy it somewhere else.

The salesman was great. However after deciding on a trailer we sat down with finance and there was surprise charges that they claimed were mandatory. We didn't want to pay $1500 more for them to do a quality check on the trailer. Either your selling a product that is quality or not, but don't charge extra to make sure everything is in working order! We left without purchasing. Of course they called later and backed off on this charge but it was too late. We found a better deal at the other big rv place in town. Watch out for sneaky hidden charges!

The employees over at camping world yuba city are great! They made purchasing our first trailer seamless!Allie behind the front desk was so kind and we were immediately greeted as we walked. Our salesman Kyle and the manager Chris were both awesome!! Even Dan, the finance man was kind and made the process so easily by explaining everything to the T. 10/10 all around! Thank you camping world for giving us our first home away from home.

Larry is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when other staff wasn t. He s been very helpful and supportive over the years with any of our trailer needs or concerns. Larry has strong customer service qualities and deserves to be in a management position, especially in the service department.

All good reviews are left by customers purchasing. If you leave a good review they give you money off your deal or money to spend in parts. Ask your local community about their experience here before purchasing.

Nothing but pests and leeches. They continue to call and email me after I have told them both verbally and by email to stop contacting me at least 8 times in 2 months. Not a good way to get business. If only they would read reviews and posts online. Sadly it's not just this location but nationwide and there's many who will agree. Even realtors and car sales aren't this bad.

My rv has been there for 5 months. If and when I get a hold a service representative there's no progress on repairs. Full diagnostics still haven't completed. My insurance rep just needs part #'s for pricing and pictures of damages. These guys can't supply basic repairs

We just bought our first trailer and had the best experience ever at Camping World. Pamela worked really hard to find us the perfect trailer for our family of 4 and Chris got us the best deal! I highly recommend coming here if you are in the market for a trailer and working with them! You won t regret it!

I worked with Pam as the sales associate on the purchase of a Jayco 5th Wheel. Darren, Daniel, and Chris handled the back end of the deal and am very pleased with my experience at Camping World, Yuba City. I can't thank Doug enough for a thorough walk through and explanation of the unit. I am looking forward to many adventures and I will definitely trust them with all my future service and sale needs.

Although we did not end up purchasing our fifth wheel from camping world, our experience has been excellent. Matt has been super helpful. He has answered all of my questions promptly and even gave us a video tour of an rv we were interested in! Thanks again Matt!

Bought a brand new trailer and the fridge went out the next month in June they got it in to look at it in September got the parts and installed them in December I picked it up New Year s Eve it still didn t work and they knew it. So they sent someone to my house to get a list of all the parts they need to finish the repairs in January! For the last five months they have not returned a call or called to check on me. I bought it saying I was diagnosed and given 3 to 5 years to live and would like to spend the rest of my life traveling I wasn t worried about the price I just wanted one that I could rely on and they said it was the best in the business and the best warranty available! Assured me if there was an issue they would fix it quickly. Next month will be one year since my fridge went out and it s still not in working order! I ve been paying on this trailer for over a year but I can t take camping! No phone calls emails or notifications for the last five months! The salesman blamed the service department the service department blame Jayco manufacturing and manufacturing blames the service department. Worst purchase I ve ever made worst company I ve ever Bought anything from !

They had my 1 year old trailer for 2 months because of a roof leak I was told that between the extended warranty and the factory warranty it would be covered. Every time I called, I was told I d get a call back. Last Wednesday I called and they said oh ya the warranty covered it and the work was all done but they lost my paperwork so would call me back when they found it (Shelly). Of course she never called, so I called Monday and asked for a manager. He said the roof wasn t covered and no the roof wasn t done. Oh but for a couple grand of course they could do it. They sell garbage and then give you the run around!

They did more damage while not taking care of the biggest issues it was brought in for last month. They had it for over a month. They damaged our fridge and the casing it is housed in, ripped our awning to the point it can't be used, didn't deal with the water damage from the leak in the bathroom. Said they can't recreate it but they only ran it for a few hours rather than listening to what the actual problem was coming from. A bathroom leak isn't remedied by pulling the fridge out a second time then putting it in wrong and breaking the case. One closet is now separated from the wall and the disenfecting we were told was happening did not happen. The windows leak because the weather stripping is bunched up, and water gets inside because of it. They tightened screws instead of changing the outside weather stripping so I expect the first rain to once again cause the same problem. I'll post photos later showing before they supposedly worked on it and after. The only changes appear to be the damage from them hitting something while moving the rv.

Not happy with the service we received today in the service department. The used air tools which they were not supposed to ended up breaking something and I still walk out of there with a $500 bill in my truck and trailer still sagging. Flipped the hitch and it didn't work to raise it and now they want me to get airbags put on but don't even know if my truck already has air bags installed after last week they told us no airbags needed. Would not bring our trailer here agine.

Oh my gosh we re they amazing! We are traveling and had an issue with our Jayco. They were not only understanding & quick to help. They were extremely friendly and during a stressful time, couldn t be more appreciated. I wish we lived close by, we d only come here. Highly recommend this place

Holy smokes, what a waste of time and gas..all I needed was a hinge($70) and with zero help pinpointing the broken part I was holding, I was told that only the whole door ($300) could be ordered. Incorrect.Until the customer service improves I suggest an alternate outlet..

Bought my trailer 4 years ago & love it. Had some small problems & had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, drove 30 miles to drop it off. 10 days later I had to pick it up for a trip & they hadn't even touched it. Took it in 6 weeks later & 3 weeks later I called & they were just starting to work on it. They called 3 days later & when I picked it up it was filthy. The repair price outrageous! The part for the the non key lock was $5.95 & they charged me $47.50 to install it. When I got home I realized they put the wrong part on & it won't stay latched. I will never go back. I have complained & they completely ignored me.

I wish we would have purchased our RV from this dealer... the service center is excellent. Great customer service, very communicative..they let us know every step of the way about our warranty repairs. Will definitely use them in the future.

We were searching online for a 5th wheel to replace our wonderful 2004 Laredo as the grandkids have gotten older and larger! We found a new 2019 Hideout that seemed to meet our needs at All Seasons RV. The facility was new and well organized. Jennifer was wonderful in listening to what we were looking for when my daughter and I arrived at the facility. She directed us to the unit we were interested in as well as a couple of others. I told her I would return with my wife the following day for her approval. The second day my wife and I looked at the rig and a couple others to be sure. We told Jennifer that we wanted to think about it overnight. We called her the following day and struck a deal with no difficulty. There was no pressure through this whole process. Wonderful! There were a couple of things that needed fixed on the rig and the service department had addressed those prior to delivery as promised. Working with Kim in finance was delightful and the parts department is very well stocked with parts and accessories. Our experience with this family owned and operated business was outstanding. This is our 3rd RV purchase and has been the most pleasant of all of them. I can readily give All Seasons and Jennifer 5 stars!

I highly reccomend you do NOT!! I REPEAT NOT! Take your trailer here. Absolute worst customer service (Jason and Larry will lie and not keep their word)/ maintenance technician I have ever expierenced. I dropped my trailer off was told it would be done on 4 different occasions finally was fed up and went down there to get it to find Standing water in my under storage ! My door will not close! all my fuses are blowing now when I never had that problem before my floors are warped .. I csnt even use my generator monitor water heater nothing and my trailer is now in worse condition than when dropped off for repairs but none of it is their fault ... again do not take your trailers here they will ruin them and have no idea what they are doing. WORST BUISNESS EVER! THANKS FOR RUNING MY HARD EARNED TRAILER!

Bought our new Jayco travel trailer in May from Darin and just completed our 9000 mile plus trip from Ca to Pa and return. Upon purchase, we had a few issues to include faulty power jack and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. Both problems were fixed in a timely and professional manner thanks to Tracey at the maintenance shop and the shop manager.We had a wonderful trip and did not experience any major issues with the unit. Upon return, I returned the unit to All Seasons to repair a few minor flaws in the slideout and all concerns were addressed promptly and properly thanks again to Tracey and her manager.Overall, I found the sales staff, in particular Darin, to be very professional and helpful. Additionally, I was very impressed with Tracy at the maintenance shop as she went out of her way to meet all our needs. Very positive experience.

I wish you could rate someone with negative stars. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star. I was told before we brought in our motorhome to be inspected that it would be 1-2 days, additional time if anything needed fixing. Well it was almost 2 weeks to inspect, they didn t fix anything they found wrong, missed out on selling the motorhome because of the delay, and now will have to fly back down from Alaska to deal with it again some other day, costing a bunch more money and time off of work. Took about a week & 1/2 just to change the oil, but they didn t think to have someone doing the repairs they found needing to be done while they had to wait for the one and only guy to change the oil. Every time we were told one to two days, over & over again. Finally just had to pick it up with nothing done to it. CAN T STRESS ENOUGH, WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY MECHANIC SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!!!!!!! P.S while we were waiting for our motorhome to be pulled out, another person came in that had just received service and they hadn t fixed his problem either and was driving around with an annoying beeping alarm in his rig (even though they said they tested and test drove his vehicle, obviously not) And they also gave us someone else s key to a motorhome in addition to our own. Thank goodness we re more honest than this place and we returned they keys, or it could have cost someone else more money and a big headache.
