Bains Crew stepped up and got a major recovery taken care of with no muss or fuss. They had the right equipment, training, and knowledge to accomplish everything we asked of them. Great Job will use again! Recommended.

Great prompt service! Driving out of a local campground we heard a loud noise. One of our leaf spring hangers on our trailer sheared off the frame and the other side had a crack as well. BTR to the rescue! Three hours after they came to our rescue they had us back safely on the road at a more than fair price.

Thank you so much to Brandon from Bains Towing and Recovery, truck 93! He came out quickly to assist during his own dinner and persisted in getting into my vehicle that was difficult to get into, and in the cold too. He was also super, duper nice! No communication, no timeliness and not people of their word. I expressed that I absolutely needed to be kept in communication because of my schedule (I drive a semi regionally) and never got calls until 2 hours after I called them twice just to find out they didn't do what they said they would do.

These have got to be some of the nicest most compassionate people in the industry. I recently rolled my truck and travel trailer and literally every single person I had contact with there is just beyond willing to help and customer service is above and beyond. I even had one of my nice watches fall out of my travel trailer due to the trailer being open and falling apart. The driver could have very easily left it, kept it or tossed it back into the rubble but he chose to hang onto it until the next day and let others know he had it and to make sure I knew so it would get back to me. It's something insurance would cover yes, but insurance can't replace memories attached to the watch so I was very grateful. Just and all around great experience with this company. On a side note they have super nice equipment from what I could tell, it was night when they picked up my stuff but looked new and clean. The yard when I visited to go through my wreck was very clean and I was helped immediately. The young lady in the office answering the phones truly has wonderful customer service. Literal thieves do not do business with this company. Had an extremely bad experience with one of the employees. Will never do business with Joseph or this company again and recommend the same to anyone else considering using their services.

Professional service you can count on. I highly recommend Bains Towing & Recovery. They have been kind enough to help me with a flat tire when I was in a rush to get to my destination. They provided sound advice and did the work swiftly. I would use their services in a heart beat again.

Incredible service and staff. Josh was within minutes of getting there on time. If we ever break down again, I sure hope it's in northern California so that we can use the same company. Good Sam was incredible with taking care of the whole process.

I needed a tow truck this afternoon after my car broke down. I called two other local (Yuba-Sutter area) tow companies & both were going to be over 2 hour wait time. I then called BTR- they told me they could have someone to my location in 30 minutes or less. My car was on the tow truck within 15 minutes of my call! Josh, the tow truck operator, was very courteous & took great care of my car & getting it to my mechanic s shop. I will definitely call BTR the next time I need a tow!

We were in an accident and our travel trailer was totaled. Randy came out and towed our trailer away to the BTS yard. He met us the next morning (on a Saturday), let us onto the lot, and helped us recover what we could from our wrecked trailer. He was a gem and made a difficult situation a little easier. Got our car back after it being here for a little over a month in a half from an accident got it back with a front window rolled down seat molded from it being down the whole time and a big gash on the back passenger side and they stole the stereo out of it!

I was heading out camping with the RV. RV's rear axle had some issue and required a tow to the diesel repair shop. After calling 4 other companies, Bains Towing was the only company that said they will come get me and the RV. They driver was there within 15 minutes with a heavy duty tow rig. And I had mentioned to them on the call that it was 3 of us who will be needing a ride as well; so the owner himself came and gave me and my family a ride home. God bless these hardworking people.

Cannot go on enough about this facility. They repaired my broken down truck in half the amount of time the dealership wanted to keep my truck (saved me money there as I could get the truck back on the road). The owner is very transparent and will do his best to give a FAIR and accurate estimate. I have this fear that all mechanics are crooks, however this fear was quickly dissipated once I actually took the time to talk to the owner. Will definitely be coming back here for my repairs as they have gained a life-long customer.

My heavy truck broke down close to Soda Spring, California. Highway 80 miles:155. After I called Bains Towing and Recovery and I told them a tow truck. I asked where the tow truck is, and they said Sacremento. They towed my truck and took me to truck repair shop. After, they charge me to much. They charged me $1650. Why did they charge me that much? Tow Truck Driver told me I came from Yuba City. When I called them they re from Sacremento. They took to much money from us. Next time, don t call these people. They re not trustworthy. I call them, but no one picks up. They re service is not good

Needed my boat towed home after a mishap with the trailer coming unhooked from the truck and ended up in a ditch. I called 4 other towing companies, everyone said call someone else. Great people to work with. Got work quotes from shops all over; these guys pinpointed the problem and didn't upsell anything like some others. That was 2017, been using them since and have sent friends here too for any work they need

Solid repairs for fair prices. I rely on my rig to earn me bread for the family n when it needs tlc I take it to BTR. They only do quality tires n parts. The old man there shoots straight n tells ya like it is. They some fine folks.

No access to restroom facilities.....Always really crowded and busy. Once they turned of my fidget an wasted all of my groceries I had just bought. Wasted over $100 worth of food.
