I always get fantastic service at America's Tire Company.The staff is very knowledgeable and they have access to a wide variety of brands. They will tell you all about the pros and cons of each, manufacturer warranties... etc.I was also impressed with their knowledge of the OEM tires (mine were discontinued) and the current equivalent and how it is matched with the capabilities of the vehicle from the factory (I have a 4x4).They were able to intelligently discuss the differences between All-Terrain and All-Season tires. Ultimately I opted to go with the same set they had installed previously- the Yokohama G015.These tires lasted nearly 70,000 miles and were immediately put to the test on a road trip to Dallas, Texas during Monsoon season. I was able to pass most cars during those crazy storms safely due to their superior capability. They also were extremely capable when viewing rural property up in Browns Valley and Oregon House.

Very pleased. The same can be said for Ren and James both. Spoke to me with respect answered all my questions. Gave me details on my payment options. Most of all they respected my car the way I do. Start to finish was a good experience. Didn't push hard for add on warranty, I know they have to ask but didn't annoy me when I declined. The only thing I would suggest is to have some disposable cups for the customers waiting. They have a drinking fountain available but cups would be nice to have available. Can't please everybody all the time but I was with my experience.

Sent my wife to American tires today after another tire shop told my wife she needed 2 tires after she got a leak in one. The other shop told her that the back tires should be replaced because they were old and cracked. At American tire she spoke with a young man named James. He was wonderful to her. Honest when he didn t have to be. I will shop here the next time I need a tire and would 100% recommend to a friend. 5 stars for the shop 10 stars for James !

Super clean office- waiting area. Very nice staff. I went in for tire rotation. Needed new tires. Got a sale price and was back on the road in 90 min

The company I work for uses America's tire, and I liked how well they took care of us when we brought our lift truck in, so I came back with my personal vehicle. Their prices are on par with others, it's their service that stood out to me. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, walked me through tire choices, looked at my vehicle and were very thorough explaining everything. I got an appointment for the next evening, and took my vehicle in within a few minutes, and were done faster than they estimated. I definitely recommend America's tire, and I look forward to doing business there again!

Iv always had good experiences as America's tires shops. The most recent visit was impressive, however. As soon as I got out of my vehicle, a staff member came outside to greet me, and already knew I was there for my riatation appointment at 5:15, took my keys, and let me go inside and have a seat. I went to the restroom first, and by the time I came out, my truck was already on the lift. I got a rotation and new wipers & was in & out in 30 mins. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great prices & great service.

Eric Ferris ordered my tires and installed them very quickly. He knew details about my tires and what I needed to replace them for the weather in my area. Cannot stress how Damien, Joshua, and Eric saved my Thanksgiving. On my last night at Yuba City, my tire pressure was extremely low and I had a looong drive ahead of me. With the nearest Lexus service center about 45 mins away in Sacramento and a 2-3 hour wait, America s Tires greeted me immediately even though they had a full house, serviced my car, and had me out of the lot within 10 minutes! Not sure when I ll be back in Yuba City, much less have auto issues there, but the town is lucky to have such a professional and proficient service center.

So kind! I got here 1 minute before closing on a Saturday evening. my check tire light had come on And they did not give me dirty looks. But instead they greeted me with a smile And Joshua said no problem we'll check everything out! I was so relieved Because I did not wanna make the hour drive home without knowing if i was gonna get a flat tire! Thankfully, it was all 4 of my tires, and Joshua explained to me that that happens when it gets cold, and the temperature had just dropped the last 2 nights, so he filled them up and put me safely back on the road

Ok, I have to say that the guys at this particular America's Tire are friggin awesome!!They went above and beyond, far more than they needed to, to get me straightened out. Extremely professional, and the manager, Ren, has been truly outstanding.I had some vibration issues, and they helped me get to the bottom of it, and did so patiently and professionally. My GX470 is riding like a dream again.It was a frustrating process for me, but not because of America's Tire. They were great about everything.Everyone there was super understanding and helpful. To say I'm thrilled with their customer service would be an understatement.Couple of things:The Pathfinder AT tires are basically Hankook Dynapro ATM's, and having owned over 5 sets of the Dynapro ATM's, they are just as good as the Hankooks.They were NOT a compromise at all.They are NOT a "cheap tire" despite the reasonable price.I legitimately consider them better than Michelin's. I know that's a big statement, but I stand by it all day long.One thing about these Pathfinder tires and the Hankooks is that the road manners are phenomenal for an AT tire.They have a shoulder ply, and while that may seem like marketing, having tried other tires, you can DEFINITELY tell the difference when it comes to cornering, and handling overall.That's why I kept going with the Hankook tires over and over.I tried other tires, and they just felt super sketchy in corners. They all had a "squirm" to them, by comparison. The Hankooks, and these Pathfinder AT's, feel super planted, comfortable, and quiet.The reason why I went with the Pathfinder AT, instead of my beloved Hankooks, is because they had a passenger rated tire in a 285/70/17, which as far as I can tell, is the tallest Passenger rated All Terrain you can get that I would consider decent. Hankook doesn't have that at this time.Why does that matter? Weight and pliability.I went up two sizes on my Lexus GX470, and with the weight of only 43 lb per tire, rather than 60 lb per tire (LT rated), the ride quality is outstanding, and I didn't take a hit to my fuel efficiency at all.It didn't get great mileage to begin with, but I'm still getting an average of 16 miles per gallon. For having basically a 33 inch tire, that's truly outstanding. I really didn't expect that to be the case, but I couldn't be happier!If you go off road at all, when you air down, a passenger rated tire will conform to the terrain easier than an LT will. This equates to more traction. And I don't think there's much difference in sidewall strength between Passenger and LT.My GX weighs about 5,000 lb, and really the only time you need an LT is for a 3/4 ton or heavier.If I would have put on LT's, it would have killed the ride quality, both because of more rotational mass (weight), and a stiffer tire in general.The best way I can describe it is the difference between running with purpose made running shoes, versus trying to run with mud caked boots. Heavier, stiffer tires really make your vehicle sluggish, and kills your fuel economy.I had passenger rated Hankooks on my Titan, and had no issues whatsoever when it came to towing or hauling.So I'm definitely happy with my new tires, and beyond happy with the service.

I had a flat tire with a lug nut lock on it and my key was missing. James from Yuba City Tire Company drove all the way out to my home in Plumas Lake to remove the lock and they matched the price we were getting at Sam s Club!! Highly recommend the Yuba City location and their excellent customer service.

This was my first time dealing with this company, and i can honestly say after my experience I'll never go anywhere else. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got a great price on some excellent tires, and they also informed me that my OEM lug nuts were not ideal for my aftermarket rims. They said they had a spare set of spline type lug nuts, and ask if I'd like them put on. I ask how much, and he said free of charge. He said they were just laying around, and he didn't want me driving off in less than ideal shape. Needless to say i was blown away by this. How often do you get that kind of consideration, and concern? A rarity for sure. If you need tires go here, and you'll be taken very good care of. Excellent!

Shawn was counter fella I delt with via phone an when I arrived, an man let me tell ya, he was victim 2 being 2nd call in about checking warranty, well due to wrong info I was given 2 of the ways to check didn't work but I ask to check via license plate he was skeptical but gave it a go, an boom we was in business i brought tires over an was in an out in 45mins or less thanks again yal!! These employees hustle and provide great face-to-face service. These employees, even when understaffed, maintain composure when speaking and haste when servicing your vehicle. They know what they re talking about. Ty is an informative customer service rep. He can balance working the shop along with the lobby. The longest I saw someone wait to be assisted in the lobby was about 5 minutes. With an appointment, I was assisted the moment I stepped in the door.

I only buy my tires here! Great customer service! Their certificate program is a money saver. When you buy a tire, you have the option to purchase a certificate for that tire. The price varies based on how expensive the tire is, but if your tire ever gets a flat, they ll fix it for free. If it s not repairable, they will replace it! I ve had occasions when they replaced two tires within the same week. Just be sure to have your tires rotated with them every 5000 miles (also free) and you keep your tires longer and you keep your certificates valid.

If I could leave 20 stars I would. Got a quote over the phone, it was the same price when I went to pay. They fit me in the same day. Nice and polite, hi how are you, nice to meet you. Handshake environment, clerk at the desk and technician were great. Fast and efficient work, they handled my truck with care. Was able to drop my truck off, go shopping and come back. They said I can come back for a free tire rotation even though I didn t buy the tires from them. Very pleased, and will definitely be back. I highly recommend America s tire

I ordered my tires online and set an appointment. I was about 45 min early, but that didn't matter to them. They immediately knew I was the 8:45a appointment, greeted me with a smile and got started on installing my new tires right away. I brought in a different set of wheels and tires and requested the replacement tires go on those wheels and the old wheels/tires on the truck could be tossed in the back. After installing the new tires on the new wheels they found out the lugnuts I received from the seller didn't fit and the old lug nuts wouldn't work the new wheels (beveled end). I suggested they just toss the new wheel & tires in the back and I would just swap them when I could get the lug nuts in. They wouldn't have it and immediately offered to put the old wheels and tire back on, hold onto the new wheels/tire and let me return to have them installed once I had the right lug nuts. They could have easily just sent me on my way, but they really considered me as the customer and went out of their way to help. I got 32 new lug nuts overnighted to the local Ford dealership and by the next day was back at the shop to get the tired installed. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a "welcome back" as they knew who I was from the day before. Without delay they got my truck in the shop and new tires installed. They're customer service is outstanding and I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you need tires! Thanks fellas!

I accidently placed my online order to the Modesto store instead of the local store here in Yuba City. When I arrived, they called the Modesto location to make sure my order was cancelled. Meanwhile it took less than 20 minutes for my car to enter the bay and have two new front fires installed. Before I even made it home just a few blocks away, I already had the Modesto order refunded on my card. Absolutely amazing service.

UPDATE:JUST AS GREAT AS THE FIRST TIME! 11/23Fast and excellent service always!!!Needed new tires for my new toy. Set me up with a brand new set of Pirellis for under $700!!! Always great customer service and free air fills always.Appointments aren't necessary but be sure to set one to beat the crowds.

The guys on the phone were already super friendly and scheduled me right away. Paid $513 for all four tires, installation, and extended warranty. Walked in and EVERYONE there is extremely friendly and efficient. Walked out in about 15 minutes good to go. Now I can actually go out for the weekend. Extremely greatful

The only tire shop that can properly balance my wheels for my 1964 vw bug. I have no more shimmy in the steering wheel thanks to them and now i love to cruise it. I trust these guys with my wheels money well spent thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!
