Stayed here several times now. We love this little gem. It's a bit pricy (especially when the weather is stormy and you can't enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces), but it's an amazing location, walkable to restaurants etc, fantastic and accommodating staff, and very very well appointed and thought out lodge/rooms. The included breakfast is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend.

We are in town for a dinner at The French Laundry. Instead of driving back to the Bay area we decided to stay a night in this beautiful quaint town. This lodge is about 5 minutes walk to the restaurant. The outlook of this lodge may look ordinary, but it is very well maintained and the employees at the lobby were so smiley and helpful. We were greeted with a glass of ros wine and a gift bag of snacks. We were also informed of the sculptures around town, the amenities here and also bicycles available (complimentary). It was pleasant. They have a lap pool and a jacuzzi and a gym. On top of that there was an in-house wine tasting which serves Napa valley wine. I had the cab sav. It was good!! The room has robes AND fluffy room slippers. Overall it's a full thumbs up!Only note that at the lobby, the heater is blasted so it was rather stuffy and the bicycles didn't have hand brakes. Only pedal brakes.

I almost cancelled my reservation. I planned to be in town for a music festival only a few days and thought this hotel would be too opulent for a single traveller. I was wrong, it was just what I needed. Beautiful location in a Spanish revival style, a picturesque courtyard with fountains, hammocks and a nice pool with personalized snack service. They offer curated wine tastings, complimentary bicycles to visit the nearby wineries of your choosing. Breakfast is a notable highlight with a wonderful selection of well prepared eats. The staff are by far the best part of this resort fro, concierge to maintenance to cleaning. They genuinely care about you having an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please book your holidays here. Sure, it's pricey but worth every penny.

Perfection! A beautiful property with well-appointed interiors and amenities. While the rooms are updated and very spacious, they manage to feel cozy and are beyond comfortable. I loved my fireplace and balcony. The landscaping and outdoor features including the hot tub, pool, lounge and firepit areas are outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a favorite--ample choices and so convenient. Friendly, attentive staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and that we had everything we needed. No detail is overlooked here. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a complete rip off. We have splurged and stayed in luxury hotels from time to time. When it is really lovely, you leave feeling great .Not at NVL!. It is a glorified motel. Small bathrooms and anything but a luxury feel, but with a hefty luxury price tag. Would never recommend. Then to top it off, they tried to charge us for wine from the mini-bar that we did not take AFTER we left and paid. This is an old hotel trick and often gets by the guest since it is after they have paid. Luckily for us the card declined the $43 charge!!!!! All the hotels are overpriced for what you get because they are in Napa Valley .but this was over the top bad value!

This hotel checks all the boxes. The location is absolutely perfect. It s walking distance from the best restaurants and short car rides to the top wineries. The staff was extremely welcoming. Their house keeping staff should get 5 stars alone. They really go above and beyond. The cleanliness at this hotel definitely shows. The complimentary breakfast was a great added touch. I was pleasantly surprised with how great our stay was. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful lodge within walking distance to the many excellent Yountville restaurants. CLEAN! Attention to cleanliness throughout guest accommodations and public spaces. 2 rooms totaling 8 nights stay pricey but worth it. In room coffee superb. Bedding really comfortable. Fireplace fun on a chilly evening. Breakfast was well done each day w/ fruits, juices, sparkling wine (mimosas) smoked salmon, excellent hot and cold offerings. Fire pits in courtyard as well as heated pool round out this great lodge.

The pros first, our spa treatments were fantastic. Very enjoyable couples massage. The breakfast each morning was very nice with lots of options hot and cold, nice setting off pool. The concierge was very helpful before our arrival with dinner reservations etc. Pool area well appointed and perfect for relaxing except when weekend couples partying after their day of wine tasting. It s a very small property that sits right next to busy highway 29.Cons- dated interiors, should have renovated during Covid, long overdue. Paid 1k a night and very dissatisfied with room amenities, really expected something more exceptional for the price. Would not revisit this property.

Too much road noise from all areas. We could hear it even with the door closed from our vineyard view king room. Lots of bird poop all over by the pool. Breakfast was ok, bed was clean and comfortable. Service was very good and friendly, it's just what they're working with in terms of location and amenities that's not. Cost is WAY too high for what it is (but after staying in Yountville I learned that just the general vibe of the place...).

Beautiful courtyard and pool! Loved the poolside service, fabulous setting and location. Fantastic breakfast in a gorgeous setting. Totally recommend! We usually stay at Hotel Yountville and this is very comparable at a much better price with breakfast included.Note: It would be amazing if they made this an adults only location.

Beautiful grounds, rooms and staff! Our room had a view of the vines a balcony and a fireplace. Breakfast daily off the courtyard, inside or outside tables, server yourself with a lot to choose from including mimosas :) The courtyard has a pool, hot tub, and tons of seating around the pool, and around 3 firepits among so many beautiful flowers. Staff offered bottled water, helped with luggage, plenty of parking on site (no fee). TOO MANY great restaurants within 10-15 minute walk (unless you want to borrow one of their bikes!) I can't wait to return.

Impeccable hotel in Yountville. The balcony overlooks the vines, it s a bit older than other properties in Yountville. Yet, the rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and very nice bathroom. They offer a great champagne breakfast, overlooking the pool and courtyard. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A must stay if you're in the Napa region.

The breakfast was simple yet nice (includes mimosas!), the pool and hot tub were great, the rooms were very spacious with a fireplace, the staff was nice, and the bocce ball court was fun. My favorite part was the location: we were within 30 min walking to most restaurants we went to for the 3 nights we stayed, which was such a nice treat. I d definitely stay here again, despite it being pretty expensive for what it is (though that s most hotels in Yountville).

The rooms were updated and super clean. The bathroom was amazing. Lots of attention to detail Loved their slippers. The breakfast was excellent. Standard but everything you need. Loved lying on the hammocks by the pool during the day and hanging out in front of the fireplaces at night.

The level of detail at Napa Valley Lodge is simply next level. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by all the special touches that you simply don't see in a lot of hotels - the glass of bubbly upon arrival, personal note in my room, warm choc chip cookies, winery pop up, peloton in the gym, inviting outdoor fire, heated pool, in-room fireplace ... the list goes on. And the complimentary breakfast the next morning was a highlight of the trip -- delicious eggs, homemade protein chia pudding, espresso and iced coffee bar, gluten free options and more. I can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Napa Valley Lodge. It was completely renovated in 2020 and is quite lovely. We had a room on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a furnished patio overlooking the pool. The bathroom was large enough for 3 of us to get ready at once. There s complimentary breakfast every morning, with an espresso machine and sparkling wine available. We enjoyed ours by the firepits and pool. I think there are 3-4 separate fire pit areas. All are landscaped beautifully with roses and climbing vines, comfortable furniture, and blankets provided in baskets. It was really quite peaceful. We also would wake up early and work in the lobby, which is very cozy and there is coffee available. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Yountville was a great location to reach wineries all over the valley. We looked into several higher priced hotels in the area, but are glad we went with Napa Valley Lodge!

Napa Valley Lodge is one for the record books. Impeccable customer service and cleanliness abounds. The breakfast is top notch as well. Anytime I had a question, the front desk offered to call on my behalf and set reservations for restaurants or car service. Perfect location within Napa. Within 20-30 minutes of almost all the most desirable wineries in any direction. And the dining options cannot be beat. Stay here and you will wanting to come back the minute you leave. Thank you, NVL!!

Napa Valley Lodge is centrally located in Napa Valley in the famous town of Yountville. It is easy to drive to anywhere in the valley and perfect to walk to restaurants for dinner. If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Napa or St. Helena but still want world class restaurants this is the stop for you.The lodge is beautiful and our room was perfect. The King Junior Suite had a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, wet bar with wine fridge and coffee maker, comfortable king bed with fireplace, large TV and couch. The sliding glass doors lead to a small porch looking out to the pool which was perfect to enjoy morning coffee in the cool weather. Each morning a big champagne continental breakfast is served. It included unlimited Champagne, pastries, eggs, waffles, fruit, smoked salmon, waffle maker and more champagne. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi each morning and evening. It was the perfect setting to bring a bottle of wine to sit by a fire pit enjoy in the jacuzzi. The only reason the lodge doesn t get 5 Stars is because it doesn t offer a full selection of amenities. There is not a full service bar, restaurant or spa on the property. Overall we had an amazing stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the hotel staff is really nice. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was lovely, with a great variety of food, including hot dishes, nice fruit and waffles. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was being repaired and we were given a bottle of wine as a compliment.

Would have given this place a 5 star but the room had a terrible smell from the fireplace. We ended up having to leave the slider open 90% of the time we were there. They need glass on the fireplace to stop it from smelling up the room. That being said, the place is clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast , and a wonderful pool. Would go back if there was a room without a fireplace.

Good: Great location, full breakfast included, nice pool and surrounding area, helpful and friendly maintenance staff. Not so great: Motel feel of room entry, Issues related to the second floor specifically, such as a room full of smoke if the room below uses the fireplace. Also no elevator. *Update: increasing review to 4 stars as management gave us a room move/upgrade for our inconvenience once one became available. Definitely thankful for the attention and made our stay pleasant overall!

Second time staying here. Both times have been great and everything went well. Great place to stay and perfect location. It wasn t until after I left was I charged a random 1000 dollar charge on my card. I called staff and they said they couldn t see any charges as it was booked through a third party, which makes zero sense. Had to wait on a line with Amex for an hour to get the situation resolved. Evidently they mistakenly charged my card. No apology email was sent.

Outstanding from start to finish! Very comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially Alex at the front desk. The location was perfect for starting our wine tastings each day as well as the close proximity to all that Yountville has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!

Such a great place to stay for our honeymoon! The staff had rose petals and a bottle of Chanon waiting for us in our room. The location is amazing, you can walk all of Yountville and get to many of the amazing vineyards within minutes. The view from our room was unbeatable with vineyards right out our door! The pool is a great oasis to wake up to during their complimentary breakfast and a great place to relax after a day of wine tastings. We loved everything about our stay!

Our travel agent recommended the Napa valley lodge. We stayed Saturday through Thursday and highly recommend this relaxed, refreshed inn-like hotel. Everything from the front desk staff, cleaning staff, breakfast buffet, hot tub and the room amenities was wonderful. We stayed in the main building and had a courtyard view of the pool, fire pits and clubhouse ( where they serve breakfast every morning). We paid around 500-600 per night in early March and I think the price was right for this location and the amenities. The only thing we would do differently is request a 2nd floor room due to the noise of people walking above us since we had a ground floor (number 11) room. The noise wasn t awful, though, and we found it to be very relaxed and quiet for the most part. Breakfast was yummy each morning and the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. We ll definitely be retuning to the Napa Vally Lodge next time we visit wine country.
