Quality work and wonderful employees--I called and 45 mins later my request was fulfilled (was supposed to take twice as long). I went to another highly rated exhaust shop in Fullerton earlier the same day and they did not provide the same work ethic or service that Yorba Linda Muffler did. I recently brought in my 2011 Mustang GT to get a muffler delete, and I couldn t be happier with the service. The weld quality was more of an advanced level quality compared to other Exhaust Shops that I ve taken my previous cars to, and I noticed the attention to detail they kept when it came to leveling each side of the exhaust and keeping it perfectly symmetrical. Apart from the actual quality of the job, the customer service was also amazing in my experience. When I first brought my car in I had requested a specific set of black tips that they would have to order. They completed the first half of the straight pipe, and I gave them my contact information to let me know when the tips would be delivered. Throughout every step of the delivery they kept me updated on its status, and when the tips got delayed to later in the afternoon the following day they went above and beyond by keeping their shop open for an extra 2 hours just so they could add the last aesthetic piece to my exhaust. As a customer it felt like I was being prioritized which is honestly why I decided to write this review. They were super friendly, and seem like genuine hard working people. I ll definitely be recommending my friends and family to here in the future!Service: Exhaust
