Drove right up on a Saturday morning and pulled right into a slot. Didn't have to wait .Jesus Zuniga helped me and was super fast and customer service top notch!They also worked as a team..and cycled through each of the three bays.These guys are good...TY I will be back...P.S. Standard oil change was $112.93 and I was in and out of there in 13 minutes and 23 seconds.

I'm not coming back here again. Either Drew or Evan spilled oil on my battery and inside my hood. Monica claimed she had them clean it but didn't double check to give it a good clean like hard workers do. On top of this they forgot or maybe didnt care to tighten my radiator cap! I drove 20 miles with it off. Becareful who you trust. Seems like they only care when the reviews get to low so they bring them back up just to bring them back down.

Awesome service, I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, explained everything, offered some optional services but weren't pushy about them at all. Will definitely come here again for my next oil change, it was absolutely painless.

Slowest location ever. Been going to Valvoline for many many years. Well over 1hr wait here, 11am on a Monday.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Is it a bit pricier? Yes. BUT they do the job right and you don t need to get out of your car. Their honest and trustworthy always on top of it and know what they re doing so you don t have to worry about driving off and them messing anything up. I ll always come here because they re so helpful and friendly

Love the convenience of a drive-thru oil change service but hate the constant upsell from staff. I know zilch about cars and wouldn't feel comfortable coming here without my car-savvy husband. The wait-time can also sometimes be long and they aren't the cheapest in price either.My husband usually does most maintenance on our vehicles but brought one of our cars in here for a routine oil change. That was a few weeks ago. Today, he was working on our car and noticed that the Valvoline staff never secured our skid plate back in place. We are missing some screws and the plate is incorrectly attached to the plastic instead of to the body of our SUV. Now we have to order those screws so we can reinstall the skid plate correctly. We're surprised the plate didn't just fall off.Scary that we would not have found this had it not been for my husband.We're now wary of going back and would caution others about trusting them with servicing your vehicles!

Went here for help putting in a new bulb for my front headlight. I couldn't get the thing out to replace it so I needed some help. Took four guys to get it out as it was really, really stuck in there. They were awesome and only charged a small fee (under 10 bucks) and they also topped off the oil in my car for free. Love this place.

Very fast and efficient!Kevin was very helpful and answered all my questions to where I can understand.I don t know the other man s name but he was wonderful as well.I had a serious problem not knowing what it is with my air for the last few months and they just fixed it and I m just so amazed and it s in time for summer!I have a medical condition and get very sick in the heat so they just saved me a lot of pain and misery that I don t have to deal with I m pretty happy right now.Recommended for anybody that doesn t know much about cars and what they need because they will explain and tell you if you really NEED something or not.This is my Second time here I ve had a great experience both times ! highly recommend.Thank you Valvoline Team

Review is for Anthony! He was awesome in explaining to me that I was early to get an oil change;. 3000 miles early. Using the max life oil in my truck which lasts longer. Didn't try to push to get a sale and was honest. We need more l people like him working there. Dude deserves a raise. When you go ask for him and he'll take care of you!

I always use this location when I need my oil changed, but recently I stopped in to see if the could replace my headlight low beam bulb. I had tried to do this on my own but could not get my hands into the correct position to change it. They changed it for me and told me the it was no charge!! Who does that?! Anyway, there is no way I m going anywhere else for my oil changes and now I m more willing to have them do some other services for me also! Thanks!!Service: Oil change

Was not open 30 minutes into business hours. Called into customer service line to find out that manager wasn't present. Further told that shop can't open w/o manager present. Poor planning on the side corporate. No blame for staff as life happens.

I bought a battery here at this location and Christian was the young man that helped me out. I needed a battery badly!! He was SO friendly and very professional!!! I m a very happy customer and will definitely come back to this locationThank you Christian for saving my car

So fast I couldnt believe it. Super nice staff, did a great jobSaid fifteen minutes but it felt like 5! And you stay in your car for the full oil change! Fantastic and totally reasonable prices and no upselling or scams!

Charged my wife over $100 for an oil change! The dealer charges less than this with a tire rotation included! When I called to ask why so much, I was told that they use "special synthetic" oil. They used the same Valvoline synthetic that you can get everywhere else for much lower. Then the clerk/manager proceeded to tell me that they charge more because they use fresh oil and other oil change places use "used oil"! When he realized that wasn't working, he proceeded to tell me they charged more because they check all other fluids as well. News flash...so does every other oil change place! While they never said it, the feeling I got was "this is our price, take if or leave it". I live in this community and as a small business owner myself, I try to spend my money in the community with other small businesses but this is one location has seen the last dollar from me as there are plenty of oil change locations within 5 miles of this place. I will take my cars and my money to someone who appreciates my business.

This place offers a drive thru service which was convenient. But at the same time, they started to work on my wife's BMW so quick that I never got to find out what the oil change was going to cost until they were already done. Pricing isnt easily visible either. It was a lot more than what I typically pay for an oil change. The whole time, there was a young kid that tried to upsell - i get it but it was a bit too much.

These guys know exactly what they're doing, and they're super polite. I've had dozens of vehicles over the years and usualy do the work myself, but for the time and effort I go here for oil changes. I have a turbo charged car, and take care of what I drive. I didn't know they report milage, oil, and filter type to Carfax, and even gave me the most recent Carfax page from the previous owner's history.

Good place for a quick oil change only downside is that's pricey you'll pay twice as much if you go somewhere else. It's great for people that are super busy and that can afford it, maybe that's why they can afford it

Always quick and they report to carfax. They do try to provide some additional services but I always tell the guy I just want an oil change and he's cool.

Not sure I ever thought I could have amazing customer service at an Oil Change but I did. Some great people work here and Dylan is the man in charge and makes you feel like he paid you for the service.
