Highly recommend this place! My car was hit in the quarter panel insurance wanted to cut off my quarter panel and put in a new one in but I didint want that. Solebees fought with my insurance to reshape my original one and made it happen they made my car look like nothing ever happened and worked around my air suspension and sound system equipment and even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get there car fixed amazing customer service amazing body work and amazing paint guys. Was really nervous about them being able to match the paint on my car but they did it with ease and you cant even tell the car was ever hit. I ask people all the time if they can tell if it was hit and they can t even spot where it was hit let alone tell that the car was hit. Best part about it is that they offer warranty and I was able to retain all of my original factory parts so that the vin number matches up with all my bumpers and light and stuff. if you want any work done on your cars THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO GO TO!!!!!

Being an extremely analytical, customer, and efficency processes individual, I am impressed how the office staff coordinate the intake and the output of vehicles. The amazing guys who repair our damaged babies, and ensure a quality appearance inside and even though they weren't responsible for any work on the inside. Thank you guys!I recommend this body shop to anyone who has an injured vehicle and wants their car repaired beautifully.

I've been taking my cars here for years, decades even. Cars I no longer have. I'm a big car guy and I consider them more of a partner in customization than a body shop since I've needed parts painted/installed more often than I've had accidents. They might be slower and pricier than others, but it's worth it. They make sure things are done right. Plus the staff is super friendly and approachable.

Honestly I dont have enough words to describe how good the service was with this collision center, you will be in good hands if you use these guys especially for newer vehicles. They will use OEM parts and will ensure that your car will be back to the same original manufacture shape.Difinitly will give more than five stars If google allows that.Thank you Tony Service: Body & Trim

Have had the pleasure of using twice after being rear ended (twice). Each time my vehicles came out looking better than before the accidents. The reps kept me informed on progress and had the best attitudes. What really impressed me was how CLEAN my cars were when returned. They took the time to clean the insides of my cars rims who else does that? Only Solesbee.

Waited over a year for window trim part and ultimately found the part for them after being repeatedly told it was unavailable. Gave them a second chance on my service vehicle and was sorely dissatisfied with both the quality of the repair and the attitude of the representative in charge of the work. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered that items that needed reacement were overlooked(front mud guards which were obviously damaged but never addressed) other items that could have been buffed out were instead replaced, still items that the vehicle arrived with were missing ( ie: the antenna) and they actually accused me of having delivered the vehicle without an antenna until I produced the photograph of the vehicle in their parking lot at drop off "with" the antenna then suddenly they produced the antenna. The paint applied was done over a caulk sealed gap indicating they never trimmed out the caulk which will now allow the elements to easily get under the paint and lift it away as well as leaving the vehicle mismatched on each side. They may have been reputable at one time but those days are long gone. Their technicians also removed the battery cable from my vehicle to charge the battery then carelessly just slipped it back on without securing it to the battery and nearly caused an accident when my vehicle completely lost power while driving resulting in the loss of steering and braking control. I'm considering legal action at this point since this happened after I complained about the poor quality work and in my opinion was no accident.

The absolute gold-standard in customer service, workmanship, and time to completion. This is a local family-run institution has been in business for decades and the exceptional fashion in which they service their customers has withstood the test of time. Its always fast, friendly, and professional service from their adjusters like Craig and Cameron, and technical staff like Mike. Its truly like a breath of fresh air. I hate to say this but I almost get excited when I ding up my car to get the opportunity to interact with these true professionals and have my car ending up looking better than when I brought it in!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Welding

Hands down the best auto shop in the neighborhood.First time, they fixed my Tesla after being rear ended. It was a long wait for the Tesla parts, they helped me keep track of it so we managed to get everything fixed before my rental expires.Second time, I got rear ended (very minor). They were kind enough to help me buff off the smudge at no cost. (I originally thought it was paint damage)

I hope I don't have to go back, but if I damage my car again...this is the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. You feel like you're part of the family. Nathan and Cameron helped me, although anyone there would be great to work with. I highly recommend Solesbee Auto Craft.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Car wash down the street damaged my door panel. I brought it in and Cory took care of it. They were able to buff out the scratch and now looks good as new! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied and great overall experience!

I had a great experience with them. A woman hit me and destroyed the passenger side of my car. I met with Cameron, the service writer. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to be helpful! The insurance company told me it would be a 3 week repair. It took 2 weeks and a day. One of the staff even offered to return my rental car so I didn't need a ride. I highly recommend this business!

As long as you can get off your entitled high horse and accept post-Covid circumstances (the possibility of car part shortages, shipping delays, etc.), Solesbee and Andy are deserving of 5 stars. Very happy with the end result of their quality work!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. These are either competition owners or people who cannot be pleased. I'm very picky and make my living in the customer service world. These guys are top notch in their service and ONLY use new manufacture parts. I've gone to cheaper places and had many mixed results. Some people don't like that the owners are Mormon, but I'm not there for church, I'm there to get my car fixed. I'm okay as long as they are not Muslim.PS...they left my car spotless too.

I've always had great service here. I've had multiple automobiles repaired at Solesbee over the past 15+ years. My daughter always goes back when she has a question about a scratch or some debris on her paint and they always help her to correct the problem...most of the time at no cost. Being a customer of Solesbee means you are a member of their family. I recommend anyone to visit Solesbee when getting an estimate in North Orange County. FYI, there is an Enterprise Rental Car only a block away - very convenient.

Girlfriend took car here for the 2nd time first time they were good but this time they told her, her car will be ready on Friday 01/07/2022 and they will give her a call to let her know what time she should pick it. Well never got a call and they are closed on Sat & Sun. I don't know how I have missed reviewing Solesbee's. I have had my cars made new again by them more than once. They go beyond to ensure perfection and complete satisfaction. I have referred several people to them and they never disappoint.

Son's car was rear ended, took it to Solesbee's like we always have in the past. The car was dropped off on December 5th, and was estimated to be done December 20th. After leaving messages for the service advisor Phil, finally got a return call on the 22nd saying the car wasn't done because their parts vendor (a Ford dealer), sent them the wrong bumper 3 times. The car was due to be completed Tuesday, December 26th.After no return calls, received a call on the 27th saying car was done. I went to pick up the car as my son was working, signed the paperwork and told the car was being brought to the front. After waiting 5 minutes or so, both Phil and a manager Cameron came out to tell me that the car was NOT done after all. There was a check engine light on that they couldn't get to go off and they would have to send it to the dealership. 2 days later, December 29th, the car was finished and we picked it up. I let Phil know how bad the service was this time, and how their vendor/repair issues cost my son money for a rental car. He said he was willing to reimburse 4 days of car rental fees, not enough of a gesture to me, but acceptable to my son.Only 2 days were eventually reimbursed, and after calling Phil for an explanation, was told he would correct it and call me back. 3 weeks later still no call, no reimbursement. 2 weeks after the repair, my son's car is now running rough at start up and leaking coolant(something they replaced). The Ford dealer that now has the car is saying that they can tell the work was done wrong and the repairs might not be covered under his warranty on his 6 month old car! Family, friends, neighbors...all former Solesbee's customers, are now no longer Solesbee's customers after all of this. Their website talks about treating customers like family..... what a scary thought.

Quality work, professional . I was very happy the way Andy took care everything and kept me informed. Pushing the insurance company to pay for parts and services to make my car new again. I appreciate all his efforts and good work.

Solesbee was great getting my car repaired. The quote, drop off and pick process was super easy. Answered all of my questions as I had never had to get any of my cars need body work. Would have given 5 stars but the communication as to when my car was ready wasnt the best. I do not believe this is a systemic issue more so an individual issue. Hopefully I will not need a bodyshop anytime soon, but if I do Solesbee is where I will take it.

Went there after a car accident because it was recommended by my onsurance company. they did a horrible job. nothing the fixed was to an even passing standard. we had to drop off the car again to get it fixed properly. before knowing what type of quality they put out i was hit in another car and brought it to them. this time they broke an expensive key holder and instead of at least telling me i had to bring it to their attention. theu to rhis day have not replaced it as promised and it has been a few months. please take my advice and find another body/repair shop. it is sad that companies are still in business with such poor standards in work and customer satisfaction.

My husband passed away and he always took care of this stuff. From the time I spoke with Peter on the phone i knew i was on great hands. He said YOU'RE NOT ALONE. Don't you worry about a thing. You call me any time. He took the weight off my shoulders. Victoria went above and beyond also, explaining the process and even taking my car seats off for me. I would go back in a heart beat and tell all my friends as well. I hope this helps someone on need

I came here once before. This time I had a horrible experience and definitely will not come back. Chad Naber is just Awful ! If you happen to come here and he is assigned to you, just turn around and run. He will milk the insurance for as much as he can while telling you, you need to repair everything he says otherwise it won t be done right. Bear in mind that State of California allows you to go to any repair shop. There are several repair in a 5 miles radius which works with many insurance (Mercury, Century 21, State Farm to name a few). Here s a list to be aware of:- You must repair everything on the insurance estimate. FALSE, the insurance will pay for the damage (aka Loss ). You can decided what you want to repair. I had a very good reason for not changing out a panel on my bumper. A reason which is perfectly understood by my insurance company and anyone else I spoke to at the shop. The insurance will still pay you for the damage. For some reason Chad Naber just doesn t get this.- He won t add items on the initial estimate to the insurance if you decided not to get certain things repair. This is AGAINST insurance policy. They are REQUIRE to report what they find (visual inspection is perfectly fine) on the initial estimate. This is a scare tactic to get you to repair everything so he makes more money.- I told him I will just have the insurance pay me directly and I ll pay him for their repairs I want to have done. He tells me now, I m a cash customer and now I need to do all the work in dealing with the insurance . Anther lie. I actually got fed up and switch to a different person. Long behold, there were extra clips which were needed and the new person was able to seamlessly communicate that with the insurance (hey they want to get paid remember).- Most of the conversation about starting the repair goes like this, The estimate is $1,xxx.xx. Do I have permission to do the work? . Uhhh. NO! I need the break down. After my request, it took over two hours just to get it and that s after two follow-up calls and one email. This happen twice, one before the insurance came out and again after I told my insurance about the issue and request them to come out to estimate the car themselves.- Insurance estimate was between 10%-15% lower. He knew it, no argument there on this side.- He calls me at 5:27pm. At 5:30 pm while speaking with him, he shuts down his computer and says I shut down my computer and don t have the estimate in front of me anymore . Don t call a customer if you can t spend 5 10 minutes on the phone going over the what needs to be repair.- Chad tells me there policy is to tear apart the vehicle in order to provide an initial estimate. FYI, DO NOT let them do this. They make you sign a statement saying that if they tear apart your vehicle and you don t get the work done there, it will cost you $150 and up to 30 days to return your vehicle. Basically another tactic for them to insure their work. Insurance require them to provide an initial estimate WITHOUT taking the vehicle apart.- When the car was finish, panels are not flush and you can see gaps between them. Also there paint is flaw with a bump (almost like the surface was thoroughly clean before painting). So much for getting it done right the first time. I mentioned it when pickup my car and the response was We ll you bound to see something wrong. It s a car. . Contradictory to what was initial stated we do it right the first time to get your business. This is not related to any of the people in the front office because obviously they are not working on your car. It s the repair crew and thus shows the LACK OF QUALITY of their work for any vehicle.

Solesbee is one of those companies where the work speaks for itself. From the initial estimate and interaction, to the delivery of what looked like a brand new car, everything is excellent. A very rare whole hearted endorsement from someone as picky and particular as me. Great job, Team Solesbee!

I give solesbee an excellent review, not only are the people at the front counter kind and courteous, they are also very experienced and professional in all aspects of auto repair. my estimator cameron really took care of all my needs every step of the way, he was very informative and gave me updates on how the progress was going every step of the way.. I Would highly recommend Cameron and the solesbee auto repair team to do any work you need done on your car, they are the best of the best... not only in customer service but in quality too. my car looks better then new. some people are very knowledgeble but lack customer service skills, and some people have great customer service skills but seem to lack knowledge. Cameron and the team at Solesbee were both knowledgeable and attentive when it came to all my needs. As a consumer I will continue to recommend solesbee to all my friends and family..

Not the competition. Two times, two different vehicles, two absolutely horrible experience. Met with different stories/excuses and run around. Owner states: quality of work is what he stands behind. So be it. To bad you can't have honest service, and good quality.

I came to this place after being hit from behind, it was referred to me by my insurance company, it was definitely a professional looking auto body shop, the service was very knowledgeable during the write up and the whole staff inside the main office was very polite, was offered coffee or drinks.
