We started going here since it is close to home and they were cheaper then going to a dealer. It's always busy here and they have a lot of return customers. The dealer was going to charge $250 to clean the fuel injectors. I knew this was a rip off, so I called Rose Auto and was told to just put injecting cleaner in the tank with 91 octane, no need to physically clean them. It's great when a repair shop helps you out and doesn't do unnecessary work on the customers dime. I will be coming back when repairs are beyond my expertise. Just know they are a busy shop. A lot of folks like me trust them with their vehicles.

This is the most honest mechanic that I have found in the SoCal area. Several times I've taken my car to other places and been quoted $1,000+ for repairs, only to take it to Rose Auto and learn that almost none of the repairs were needed. You can trust this place. Excellent Mechanics. I brought my 2001 Toyota Camry to this shop, recommended by a neighbor. Gave me a quote, very responsive, did everything I requested in a timely and efficient manor. They have a contract with Hertz rental car. Alex, has a body shop, I'll need to take my Camry too. I love the work they did on this vehicle. So well worth it.

I'm not sure why this place gets so many five star reviews. Six months ago, my car needed a new belt. It was obvious. I had to tell them that, they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I told them to check the belt. Sure enough when they went back in and checked the belt and the tensioner were worn. Now, six months later the car starts making terrible squealing noises at startup and I have to take time off from work to have the belt and tensioner looked at again. I do not recommend this place at all, they don't seem to know what they are doing.

i just wanna change one brake theymake my brake hub broken another time just mantance after few days my engine light become yellow

They did an excellent job at fixing my disastrous car repair in my Mercedes that had flooded from several leaks coming from the sunroof. I was never so happy to pay for a car repair after my car was fixed because they actually lowered the price from an already very fair quote . They are very honest and I can see why it took a while to get my car done because they obviously are meticulous. I will never go anywhere else again! They're amazing!

The best experience ever! I had multiple repairs done and after comparing pricing from another mechanic I saved over $1,000 dollars!! Service, communication was awesome! I highly recommend their services and I will be sending everyone I know here!

Always quick and up front with me about costs. Hard to find good honest repair shops. I've come back here for any issues my old car has, and they keep it on the road running great.

I ve taken my car to Rose Auto Repair for several problems I ve had. They have fair prices and don t try to sell you extra things you don t need. Service is fast and they have always fixed the problems. They do get a little busy, so just call to make sure they have room for you that day. Would highly recommend!

Most dishonest unprofessional mechanics I ever met. Owner of the shop gave up on repairing a car like any other and just wanted easy money. I would rate them a 0 if it would allow me!!!

Honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Had a small leak coming from the transmission of my high mileage VW Jetta. One shop wanted to pull it out an put new seals in for over $2,000. But the guys at Rose sussed out the problem - a washer around the housing had to be replaced. They did it for zero dollars and I was on my way in a few minutes. Taken other cars here and have been very pleased. Best shop in YL.

Wow really rude people here I get it you guys "know stuff" we non mechanics don't know but c'mon learn how to talk to people that are trying to figure out the problem and how to spend their money wisely. Won't be coming here or recommending for any services just based on phone conversation.

Was going to buy a car from them and had a deal all set out and they sold the car while I was on my way to pickup when I received a text saying the car had been sold. Very poor way to do business and treat customers.

Great ServiveThank you Rose Auto , took my Prius that had an issue with my battery , took it to rose auto repair they repaired and fixed within a week. They Saved me 900$ !
