Did top end rebuild, wasn't thorough enough to complete everything. Upsold me $800 without asking. Had to bring back for thermostat issue, throwing code, never recharged my ac, short 2 qts of oil when engine "complete".Recent fix, I had to have 02 sensors replaced on truck, easily accessible, especially on lift, I didn't have time to do it, I purchased factory oem, dropped off to ED. Calls me & says complete about hour later. Hands me invoice for $360- .First words out of Ed's mouth, ""I charged you book time" .6/hrs each sensor x4 =$360- It took tech 1 hr!! Over priced & will take your money even though not earned.Personally, no moral business code, get as much as you can from customers & don't feel like it's wrong, cover it with a smile......NEVER SEE MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN.

Ray's Auto Care is as good as it gets!!! Ray and his team are honest, will give you great service at a fair price. Eddie will greet you and keep you updated with what they find and pricing. The other mechanics Steve and Joe are very knowledgeable and do what it takes to get your car working right, and quickly! I have been a customers of Ray's for years now, and he will not fix something until he knows for sure what it wrong. Finding a mechanic with integrity is hard to find. I completely trust Ray and his team. Thank you for giving us years of amazing service!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. The mechanics are all very honest and knowledgeable a combination that can be hard to come by these days.I took my car in for a break service, the price was fair and the turnaround was fast. I will use these guys in the future.

My family and I have been going to Rays for 20+years. Never had an issue with them. All of these negative comments on here are worthless. If anyone know anything about cars its these guys. Alot of the issues i have read from the negative reviews all seem to stem from electrical issues which are the hardest to diagnose. If you know nothing about cars, then trust the experts. If they say you need a new battery after recharging and it load tests fine, chances are you still will need a new battery due to the fact that most vehicle batteries are ment to be kept at a 12.4v range. Once the battery has been drained once, that battery will only operate at half life. Kill it again, and its done. Anyways, I trust these guys and only these guys (besides myself) to work on my cars.

Rays auto care has taken care of my vehicles for years! Clean facility with a very friendly staff. Its hard nowadays to find honest people in any industry and Rays truly makes you feel like family. I take my Ford F150 for regular and all scheduled maintenance. If you are local or in surrounding area Rays Auto Care is a great place to fix your car or find out whats wrong!

Rays your typical throw a part at a problem dealer. Sensor bad? No problem, incompetent personal will play the part guessing game all while your repair bill keeps climbing. Just look at the California Bureau of Automotive Repair for all the complaints.Don't learn the hard way!
