My 2017 GMC Terrain was just serviced by Neels and what a great experience! Neel was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and personable. No extras, no surprises and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Can't say enough good things about the customer service at Neel's. I'm from Tennessee but the last two times I've visited California we've had issues with my mother's car. They've always made time for us and been kind, efficient and fair in the process.

Same Building, New name Awesome owner. Neel has been servicing my vehicles since i moved to yorba linda. my honda, toyota, and my infiniti, super great service. everyones polite. the local community loves the team. im glad he was able to pull together and open up his own business. Same location and building as the previous meineke. it is always a pleasure to come have our vehicles serviced by neel amd his team. Congrats on the business Neel! hope to see you in the future

A TRULY HONEST MECHANIC. I towed my mom s car there and Neel took care of it. Neel should be the standard that all shops are required to abide by. Unfortunately we all know that s not the case. He s the best.

Superlative experience at Neel's this morning. They were able to replace the taillight in my 90 year old grandmother's car quickly and with great customer service so we could safely continue our trip. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for reliable car care without being overcharged.

We've been trusting our car maintenance to Neel for years. The service is always quick, friendly, and trustworthy... I don't have to worry about him trying to sell me something I don't really need. He even gave us a great recommendation on a reliable tire shop. Even though we only see him twice a year, he remembers us and always asks how we're doing and about the kids. Won't trust anyone else with our cars!

All the stellar reviews are true: Honest, quality work, competitive prices, great personality!Neel was very responsive on Yelp when I inquired about a brake service on my mom's minivan. I brought the van in a couple days later, and it was completed quickly. Also brought in my car for an oil change, and he DOWNSOLD me from full synthetic to synthetic blend, explaining that my car likely wouldn't benefit from full. Then, when I said another family car might need a brake job, he informed me that there was actually a wear indicator--turns out it didn't need one, and I didn't have to waste time bringing it in.Finally I've found a solid shop! I'll be bringing all the family vehicles here.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great place for any car needs. Awesome people and very friendly staff. They are not rip-off guys like others. He will fix what is needed and not charge for unnecessary work. I have changed a few mechanics, and so far, out of all, he is the best. The owner, Neel is awesome and very friendly, including Hector. I don't go to any other place.

Though there was a definite wait on parts, that didn't deter me. Everyone is having problems locating parts because of Covid.Neel's work was excellent. My car is running like it was new. Very good service. No arguing about the price agreed to. Pleasant interaction between the staff and myself. I'll definitely go back.

Neel was very good with me. I have a lot going on with my car and he took the extra time to go over several things with me that he didn't have to fix but he did. He just wanted to make sure my car was safe for me to drive.. Thank you so much Neel will see you again in a few weeks. You will be my go to auto person for anything that goes on with my car. We've been taking our cars to Neel's for close to 10 years (back when it was a franchise shop.) Neel and his crew are the most professional staff. They treat you with respect and explain what is needed, always willing to answer questions. They never talk down to me or my wife (which can be a common occurrence at other car repair places).On one occasion, they forgot to order a part for me. Neel immediately took responsibility for it. He didn't blame a distributor or a shipping problem or anyone else, just owned up to the fact that they made a mistake and corrected it. You can see the pride Neel takes in his shop.I 100% recommend them.

Several years ago a friend recommended Neel to me for an honest assessment of my vehicle. To be honest, I'm very skeptical of mechanics. I can't tell you what a relief it was to find Neel. He is in a class of his own! Neel NEVER recommends services that are not necessary. He is honest, straightforward and reasonably priced. He handles all of my oil changes, brakes and mechanical issues. I have a business fleet that consists of three cargo vans, a work truck and between my kids and husband, we have four personal vehicles that I wouldn't trust with anyone but Neel. He goes the extra mile and always accommodates my busy, difficult schedule. We found a gem when we found Neel's Automotive. He will exceed your expectations and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Neel for always taking care of us!! Perfect, five star service every time!!

Neel is my go to mechanic and trusted car advisor. He is the most knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy person and he gets the job done quickly and reasonably priced. Only 3 guys there today. A lot more than 3 cars. These guys are machines and Neel is a great guy. Neel definitely prioritizes customer service. Dudes a great guy and everyone loves him.

Guys were fantastically honest and saved me a bunch of money by taking a quick look before my smog that I couldn't do that day. But I will be back!!They really know Prius and other cars too! Came highly recommended and now I know why!

I have been going to this repair shop as it was meineke, now it is changed to Neel's car care. It does not make any difference to me as Neel and his mechanics are great! They take care of my both cars. I would continue to take my cars there and definitely recommend this repair shop.

Terrible if you don t know your stuff about cars don t take your car here I was told that a part was messed up and i knew it wasn t so I brought my truck to the guys at my shop and the part that they said was bent wasn t even bent it was a completely different part. Terrible
