I was referred here by another shop to get a new tire because the replacement tire was limited throughout the region. My tire pressure light keeps coming on. I brought my car back in after my install. The associate lacked customer service and assured me they knew the issue to correct. Again my tire pressure light comes on. They have a useless warranty insurance and not able to fix issue.

Went to Just Tires to have a nail removed. Not sure who the employee was, but he came out to simply repeat, can t do it . Wasn t sure who he was speaking to, come to find out it was about my tire. He proceeded say there was two nails, one was about an inch and half from the corner of the tire. Wanted to sell me a different brand tire in stock. I said no and how much for the special order. Was quoted $400! Yeah, thank you NO THANK YOU! So took my care elsewhere. Well come to find out it was A TACK and found the same tire I was quoted at $400 for only $175 at Walmart. This business is unscrupulous and NOT TO BE TRUSTED. BEWARE!!

Called an hour ahead and was quoted $30 per wheel/tire for mounting & balancing. Was charged $45 per wheel & an extra $40 to reuse my tire pressure sensors....Basically a $100 up charge.Installer did a great job.

The worse tire shop I have experienced in my 18 years of owning a vehicle. Made an apt 2 days prior to my apt online and even called to verify they had my particular tire in stock which they did. I am active duty in the navy so like most military personnel do, I should up to my apt 15 mins early 4:45 and my apt was at 5:00. I was told my car would be ready in a hr to a hr and a half but my car wasn t even pulled into the garage until a hr and 15 mins had passed (6:15). Long story short I didn t get out of there until 7:15. I usually don t write reviews but I didn t want anyone to make the same mistake I did. If you read this I m telling you go to another tire shop. Their customer service wasn t bad as far as politeness and I received and unlimited amount of apologies but they obviously are trying to get every dollar they can without the proper staffing which the customer has to pay the price. I m addition to all of this I drove to work the next day (today 14 JUN 22) and caught a flat I though on the highway. When I pulled over to Morelos tires and brakes in garden groove they informed me that the tire was not properly but on and the air leaked out the inner seal. Lucky for me were able to help me and get me back on the road.

Just Tires was kind enough to install two tires I purchased from Amazon. I am happy with the install except for the unexpected inconvenience I had to dispose of the tires myself.If purchasing tires on Amazon, I would recommend paying for the installation service Amazon offers when purchasing the tires. The offer is $20 per tire as opposed to the $25 I was charged at Just Tires.

Had my tire puncture repair done for $40 here. I was in and out in 3 hours on a Sunday morning. Repair work has 3 months warranty. They gave a call to explain what repair they are doing and my options in case additional repair was needed. The front desk guy was grumpy and not suitable for a front desk job IMO, but no trouble was caused.

I bought my tires here, and i love how they take care of your tire needs throughout the life of your tire. Flats, low air pressure, etc. They will take care of you. Sometimes, it gets extremely busy, so I always just hope to come in at a good time. Appointments would probably be more ideal. Long story short, I will buy my next set of tires here and for the foreseeable future with this level of service given.

No type of customer service. Big dude at the desk looked like he doesn't want to be here. I asked a couple questions and he just rolled his eyes. I was just wondering what the work is since they just started working on my vehicle without telling me the issue. I gladly paid but for sure last time don't bother coming here go to neels or big tires

So I went in after a surprise need for brakes. The man at the register helped me through everything, did a slight upsell that was logical (add rotors as that was the surprise! No sensor noise just brake to grind, and it was not much more at all). While I was there, they cleaned the waiting area, sanitizing it. The bathroom was a bit rough, but I kind of expect that in a place with really only men working. They have water and coffee, as well as plenty of plugs to charge a device if needed, they were kind and fast, and they were honest that I didn t need things I knew I didn t need. I find these people, at least those I interacted with, trustworthy in a field that is known to take advantage of women on their own. Nothing extra added, not at all bad pricing (both brakes and rotors for 2 wheels less than 400 for my personal car, which will obviously vary based on what your vehicle is), and no one was rude. I said the word sir and I was immediately responded to, not ignored. Not something super important, but impressive that the gentleman was able to both work and pay attention around him. Zero horseplay, professional, and it was nice to see people do things well and right. Thank

Everybody at this location is amazing but Eric particularly is incredible. He s been doing alignments for over 25 years and makes absolutely certain that every one of his going mechanics and technicians is doing a great job and that every customer leaves happy. I ve been coming to this location for years and especially if you have a lifted off road truck and you ve been struggling to find a place that will get your alignment dialed in to prevent rubbing this is the place to go. Strongly recommend doing their 3 years unlimited alignment deal it s definitely worth every penny.

Overall they were good, on this visit, it was a free tire rotation and a road hazard repair, they were quick and efficient.The demerit is because I discovered when we bought the tires last year, they did not calibrate the Tire Pressure Monitor again, so when we had the road hazard leak, it kept telling us the wrong tire, which is kind of the point of the monitoring system. My wife kept putting air into the tire it said was low, and it never went up, so she gave up and was just driving around with 60PSI in a good tire and 20PSI in the one with a leak, and the TPS light on.

An Honest shop. They are great for: Anything to do with Tires and Brakes. I bought new tires and a 3-year alignment. Every 6 months I've taken it in, they've aligned and rotated the tires. They make sure the brakes are still good and PSI is good all under the 3-year alignment warranty. My car has never been so happy with a tire company before.

This place is awesome, I've been going here for tires and alignments on my cars and my kids cars for almost 6 years, Carlos the manager has always been polite and Curtis, this time he wasn't there but was another manager, he went out of his way just to tell me that my truck was almost done! I like just tires and highly recommend it

I had a slow leak in my tire and needed to find out what was wrong. They found that my tire had a metal piece stuck into it but they were able to repair instead of buying a brand new tire. Thank goodness because the tire would have cost me $450-$500 instead it only cost me $45. Fair, honest, and pleasant people. I'll definitely go back to them for any service i need for any of my cars. Lauren, who works at the front desk, does an amazing job making customers feel taken care of. I have been to this location several times for oil changes and minor fixes. Recently when I had a few tires replaced Lauren patiently explained all the options to me and provided helpful insight to guide my decision. And My last visit to replace front brakes she again helped my out and told me up front all of the info that I needed.Great job Lauren I really appreciate your customer service!

went to change my breaks and this young man helped me i believe his name was martin he was very kind and helpful 100% recommend this place i ve been to others and i always feel like i m treated rudely but martin did an amazing job!

Just bought a used car, tire light came on 2 different times. These guys were great, they showed me where the powder coating on the bead was leaking. I'm going to have the powder coating fixed by the company that did it.

Love this shop for it's staff and service!Every time I've had a tire issue, the managers have seen to my satisfaction and the technicians have solved my troubles without fail.I highly recommend this shop and am a loyal return customer.Thanks guys!

First time here and last time.I asked how much will the charge for patching my tire it was $30 dollars that's what the customer service advisor said and the tire tech said that probably he can drop it to $20 but wasnt able to. I asked if they can just replace it with the spare but the tech said the CSA might charge for that service also. The Auto Tech Armando I believe so did help me on putting air on the spare. I asked him if it was ok for me to replace the tire in the parking lot and he said yeah there shouldn't be any problem unless the CSA says something and that they close the shop in 10 minutes so I have until then. While replacing my tire for a spare in the parking the employees just watch me work. Where's the customer service there? Didn't offer to help or anything while I had my 2 year old with me. At my shop we do help people in need. I work at valvoline and we don't specialise on tires but when a customer needs help on replacing a tire or needs coolant or needs anything on there vehicle we do whatever you can to help them. That's real customer service.

Went in for a patch. They were slow, expensive, and a little lazy. To Just Tires: The reason I told your employee that the nail was right by the letter D in Bridgestone was so that you would NOT put the giant white mark on the sidewall of my tire which I was unable to remove even with scrubbing. I'm sure it will come off eventually, but maybe you guys need to use something that cleans up a little easier.

My cheek tire light went on so I stop to have it check and it was right before closing and the young man that help me was so nice he took his time and checked all 4 of my tires and adjusted all of them he told me that 1 was to low and 2 had to much air and didn't even change me any thing for his time/work and I didn't even buy my tires there but when it comes time to get new ones I might just come back and get them here

I walked inside, and the big guy inside didn't bother to greet me. Just sat there looking at something. No biggie..... but then he didn't look like he wanted to help. Didn't seem like he wanted to work ! So I chose to go next door to Allen Tires.

I had no problem with this location eveytime ive gone in they have been great to work with. Even when i just brought my car in for tire rotation. I was not told they will not touch my car because the tread was below a tread marker.
