Just called about a tune up at this location. I have used Jiffy Lube for years to get oil changes on all of my cars. More recently I had one done at a different location on one of my cars and it went okay. I called this location to service a different car and the guy who answered was extremely unknowledgeable. First he quotes for an oil change. Then when I let him know that I said tune up, he said, "Oh, well, ummm I'm going to have to ask my manager because we don't really carry that here." Okay, so I guess different locations provide different services?

So fast and friendly. I've been there before, so I knew it wouldn't take too long. But I'd forgotten just how quick they are! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They performed an oil change, filter change, rotated the tires, added air, vacuumed the floor and cleaned the windows. Oh! And they honored a $15 off coupon I had! Customer service needs to be improved. Please take 30 seconds to introduce yourself, ask the customer their name and how are they doing. Instead of you here for a oil change? Go inside and someone will be with you. 30 minutes before anyone said anything.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went here 2 days in a roll. One time waited an hour, and not one vehicle was finished.Went the next day at 4 pm and only 3 vehicles in line. Employee came out and asked what I wanted. Told me to go inside and talk with person at the counter,Person at the counter gave me an estimate of a 2 hour wait time once he found out it was a fleet account.This was is a joke. Won't be going back and will be letting my company know why.

I would give ZERO star if I can, AVOID this TERRIBLE place!!! You pay hundreds of bucks for scratches!!!Came here for oil change in the past few years, the team was good and professional. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill, and the experience this morning was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!After paying hundreds of bucks for oil and radiator fluid change, a fresh scratch is added to the driver side door. Photos and videos are provided to show there's no scratch this morning right before doing the service, but the employees and the manager just told me it's IMPOSSIBLE that�they did it, and told me there is no guarantee to fix it!!! This is how this place treats their customers!!!SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!Service: Oil change

Used to be my go-to place for Oil changes but that changed this past Sat. I was surprised at first that they didn't have my oil filter in stock for my car ( MB C250) but on top of that asked me to go buy one up the street at the local parts store which I did figured I'd get a discount. Nope they even charged me for the filter too. Lol. All I can do is laugh now. Won't be going back to this place ever.

I was very impressed by this location's service. Friendly staff and got me in and out so fast even though they were so busy. David helped me at the front desk, he was very knowlegable and when I left to get in my car to leave all the staff in the garage said bye and acknowleged me. This location is literally the best I have experienced.

Bait and switch to use coupon to get customers to store and then blame them for not reminding clerk to process discount. I showed coupon during estimate. I called store at 7am the next morning to explain. They would not honor coupon when mistake was noticed less than 12 hours later. It wasn t even a busy period and service took less than 30 minutes, which is the excuse they gave me for mistake. Why bother offering coupons if store won t honor. This Jiffy Lube location at Rose and Yorba Linda Boulevard did a nice job changing the oil and rotating the tires.They were friendly from the start, informed us of our options, and delivered the car back finished in virtually no time. Thanks for another great experience.

this place is great!! everyone was so nice, it was so fast - they changed my oil and rotated my tires. i paid a little more here than other places i've gotten my oil changed, but i've never had a better experience, faster service, plus they vacuumed my car, wiped my windows, replaced the filter, and they gave me some service suggestions as well as laid out the price differences without being pushy. and that is something i really appreciate, since it's seemingly impossible to get that in the automotive industry. truly great people, thanks guys!!!

David is very helpful and service is overall efficient. For an oil change on a Wednesday it was done in less than an hour. Future projects were explained to me thoroughly and they let me look at the car to explain the problems. Will definitely come back again.

Needed a same day synthetic oil change. Found a $20 off coupon online. Drove over and the employees were nice and accommodating. They wrote up the estimate and I put it in my purse. My fault for not asking or looking first. When car was done WITH the coupon discount I paid a little over $100. That did NOT include a tire rotation. I think it's too expensive for what you get. I can get an $80 oil change at my dealership that includes tire rotation and car wash. Just be aware of the cost.Service: Oil change

This Jiffy Lube shop did an excellent job with my car. I originally came here to do a standard oil change. When I went into the office, the employees suggested me to perform a coolant fluid replacement too. They noticed that my coolant fluid was contaminated and needed replacement. They all the performed the repairs in a timely manner.I am highly satisfied with the finished repairs. I recommend this Jiffy Lube shop for your car repairs.Services: Tires, Oil change

Fast and friendlyDavid provided great customer service. He was honest and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.At my last oil change at a different shop I was told I needed to replace my brake pads. JiffyLube checked them and said they were fine. I appreciate their honesty.

Daniel was very kind and professional. I was in and out very quickly and they did more than just an oil change, which I was very surprised. It turned out to cost more than I expected but no fault of theirs. My car takes 9 quarts of oil instead of the normal 5. I would definitely go back!! Great service!!

Great experience getting an oil change for my daughters car. Because of the Covid-19 they did offer contactless service and the option to stay in the car during the oil change which I did. Yay! They were so polite and so quick! They did ask if I'd like my car windows cleaned as well I did tell them I had a discount coupon from their website to which they said they'll look at it when they finish and are writing up the final paperwork. I did have to go in to use the machine to run my credit card for payment but it was very quick. This was one of the BEST oil change experiences ever!I highly recommend this shop!
