I reached out to Integrity Motorcar to have them perform some maintenance on my car and also to figure out some issues that I have been dealing with. I dropped my car off with Sevan who really took care of me and my car.The customer experience from the beginning to the end was not only professional, but also very informative. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with the car, gave me very reasonable options, and let me make my own decisions on how I wanted to proceed.His knowledge on European cars was incredible. It was very obvious he and his team were very experienced and that they had been doing this for years and years.He and his team kept me updated every step of the way via email/phone/text/etc. The level of communication was over and beyond.The car was returned back to me WASHED! That was an unexpected surprise for me since I've never seen an independent shop provide that as part of their service!Overall I am truly impressed by the whole experience! 10/10

Great care was taken when working on my 1999 BMW z3 (24 yr old cars aren't easy to work with for multiple reasons, I trusted them with mine completely....)-Clear and transparent communication regarding required vs optional repairs.-Never pushy-Always respectful-things are done "by the book" per BMW standards with appropriate equipment and parts-pricing was great and better than other places I looked-clearly itemized what was wrong, diagnosis, parts used with prices, and labor required-pictures were taken clearly delineating what the problem areas were, including leaks and worn out seals\supports-I'm planning on coming back moving forward (this was actually my second visit, for good reason)

Sevan at Integrity Motorcar helped me get my bmw up to safety standards and took the time to educate me on my vehicle needs. He is upfront about what needs to be done and emphasizes safety and manufacturer standards. He does not take shortcuts and does everything by the book. Due to his extensive knowledge on European cars, I would not want to take my car anywhere else.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

I highly recommend Integrity Motorcar, Sevan was very upfront about the issues he found on my car after the inspection, no hard sells, just plain facts. He was willing to do what he could within a set budget. My 2004 BMW Z4 feels much more stable after all the work Integrity Motorcars did. My experience with integrity was great! Management is knowledgeable, communicative, very professional and kind. The owner stopped me off at a nearby Starbucks until my car was done. I brought my Audi Q5 in for routine maintenance. All in all, I paid 300$ less than what I would have paid for at the dealership for a THOROUGH job! The business really does have integrity as I wasn t taken advantage of (being that I am young + women).Service: General repairs & maintenance

PORSCHE enthusiast here. I own a 2015 PORSCHE Cayman S. Since birth, she has been serviced at each of our local PORSCHE dealerships and beyond, which has been Okay but not great. There was something missing. I reached out to a few local PORSCHE owners for service suggestions and was directed to Integrity Motorcar. I phoned Integrity Motorcar and Sevan, the owner, answered the phone. I told him I needed a Yearly Service for my PORSCHE. Sevan asked if I had any service records, if so, he would like to see them so he could see where I was and would perform the recommended PORSCHE service and catch me up if I was delinquent in any needed service. What? a mechanic that wanted to know the service history of the car prior to any work being performed. I was sold! Long story short, the yearly service was done along with a few items to bring her up to date. Choosing Integrity Motorcar was correct. My PORSCHE will not see the dealership again. Thank you Sevan!

I Recently had my 2009 BMW in to Integrity Motorcar for maintenance on my aging, but well loved, car. Savan, the owner, is wonderful in ensuring he explains what will be done, what should be done in the future, as well as what can wait. You are never rushed to make decisions nor pushed for extra repairs. I will never take my car to a dealer again.The shop is pristine and the techs are experts with German made cars. My car drives like its brand new again. I highly recommend Integrity Motorcar if you are looking for a trustworthy repair business.

Sevan and the staff at Integrity Motorcars are complete professionals. They gave me several options regarding the work needed on my Mercedes E500 and explained to me in detail the difference between those options to help me make the right choice. After having several less than pleasant experiences with MB dealerships, it is refreshing to have a local shop with both the knowledge and customer service you expect when it comes time to service your German automobile. Keep up the good work!

I've been here several times now for routine maintenance and small repairs for my Mercedes and my BMW. Extremely satisfied during every visit. Sevan and Juliana are very professional and really know their stuff. It's obvious they take pride in what they do just by taking a look at the facility. The shop, that is visible from the lobby through a big window is always clean and organized. I'm impressed more and more every time I come here. Prices are reasonable and the work is always thoroughly explained. They even offer courtesy loaner vehicles! Integrity Motorcar is the real deal. No more Dealerships for me. I am proud to say that i'll be a lifetime customer here.

Excellent service. Everyone at Integrity is customer focused and is willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure a great experience. They really care about you and your car.Updating my review. I've continued to take the car to Integrity Motorcar and the service continues to be top notch. It's never cheap, but given the investment a car represents, it's worth it.

Sevan is extremely knowledgeable and direct. He can back up all his service recommendations with technical explanations. I get sticker shock sometimes but that's because he insists on maintaining the cars up to a very high standard. Whether you like that approach or not, it's up to you to decide. His E46 3-series loaner car with 270k miles says a lot about doing it right. The shop floor is clean and free of distractions (not even music). Ben is a great tech and pays lots of attention to detail. I once did a PPI here and the report included a blown light bulb in the frunk of that Cayman. I am so happy I found Integrity Motorcar! I moved back to Yorba Linda a few months ago. I was concerned about finding a good mechanic to work on my BMW. Im not concerned any more! Sevan and Julianna give you that extra personal touch!!! Sevan even took the time to take me into the shop, to show me my engine. The BMW dealer said I had a engine leek. It would cost over $3,000. to repair! Sevan said it was a tiny leek, the repair could wait. Integrity Motorcar could do the repair when needed, for less!!!Integrity Motorcar even has a driver to take you back to the office or home, while your car is being repaired or even a loaner if your on the go! They'll even wash your car!I will not take my BMW anywhere else!

Sevan and Julianna are consummate professionals; their customer service, honesty and friendliness are second to none. I brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection, and will be bringing my car here for all subsequent maintenance and repair--they are that good. Sevan's depth of knowledge is astounding and he explains things easily, and that is where trusting your mechanic starts!

Integrity Motorcar was recommended to me by a colleague in 2005. Integrity has been maintaining my vehicles ever since. I can always count on Sevan and Juliana to provide me with courteous, professional and efficient service. Sevan has deep knowledge and experience in problem troubleshooting and care of German cars. One conversation with him makes it clear that he has invested heavily in his craft over the years. I don't always like what I hear when my car needs an expensive repair, but I do know that I am getting the truth and Sevan (as busy as he is) will always take the time to explain things to me. If you feel stuck with BMW, Porsche or Mercedes dealerships for service - give Integrity a try!

I appreciate the thoroughness in the explanation of repairs. The family owned feeling that you will be taken care, is reassuring. And the "go out of their way" approach to making sure you are taken care of, is refreshing. Its good to know there is a reliable BMW repair shop in the community, that really knows this car.

OUTSTANDING EVERYTHING!!!!!Integrity Motorcar serviced my 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML55 AMG last week and I could not be happier with the results. Sevan and Juliana were extremely thorough and helpful, as this was my very first visit to Integrity Motorcar.I will definitely be returning to Integrity Motorcar for all of my Mercedes-Benz's service and repairs!!!!!!!Thank you very much for all of your help with my ML55!!!!! My 2001 540i has been serviced at Integrity for many years. Their service is always reliable, technically excellent, and reasonably priced, with outstanding attention to every detail of the work. In addition, they stand behind their work. Highly recommended.

If I lived in SoCal this would be the place I got my Porsche serviced. Ended up not needing a PPI but Sevan spent time on the phone letting me know how best to proceed in order to keep the P car alive. Thanks!

After several disappointing experiences with the local Mini dealerships service dept., I found Integrity Motorcars. Do yourself a favor, stop wasting your time. Bring your car to Sevan. You'll never go anywhere else.

Great place to take your pride and joy! They respect their customers cars as if it were their own, better service on my Q7 then any of the many Audi service centers I have been to, so refreshing to be able to have a discussion with someone who knows what they are doing, I have a TDI Q7 and its hard finding a competent shop with fair prices, would recommend to any German car owner!

I visited severaly auto repair shops but none were able to properly diagnoise my Mercedes 2007 R350. Sevan and Juliana from Integrity Motorcar not only repaired the car but also discovered that my car was associated with a class action suite against Mercedes USA. I'll report back once we get the final details from Mercedes.
