Been going here for years with our high mileage vehicles. They always give it to us straight with honest assessments. The best part is they give great recommendations to help us make good, affordable decisions. Would recommend for diagnostics, maintenance , and repairs.

Amazing customer service they did a great job explaining and inspecting my engine on a used car I bought recently. I recommend getting your vehicles work done here they re honest caring people. I had them inspect my engine once and they diagnosed a lot of problems, had it fixed under warranty and came back a second time to make sure the repairs were complete correctly and they helped me free of charge, they re genuine kind people

Despite my beat up but loved old car, they treat it and me like family. My dad began coming to Good Guys years ago. They remember us, our cars, our stories. They've always gone an extra mile to accommodate my schedule and help us quickly when car troubles strike. I wish businesses of all types communicated as promptly and honestly as Good Guys! Man life would be easier if they cared for more than cars!

Was really impressed, very detailed felt like my vehicle was in really good hands, after the job was done they send you a link showing you the complete inspection with pictures, again very detailed much better than the dealers. Also the price was really reasonable

I have 98 toyota Tacoma, 254000 miles on it. It needs some work. Was able to work with good guys to prioritize so I didn't have to drop a ton of money today. Truck runs great and I'll go back in a month or two to knock some other stuff off the list. Lube oil filter, no prob. Brakes much better now. Belts all replaced - i have no idea when that was last done.

After receiving an exorbitant quote from the dealer where I always get my Buick serviced, I asked good friends for recommendations for trustworthy mechanics. A friend passed along the name of Pete and Good Guys automotive. I made a call and Pete was extremely helpful over the phone and very nice to talk to you. I sent him over the quote from my dealer and he confirmed how outrageously expensive their quote was. I had my car towed to good guys and the process was smooth the entire way. They communicated with me throughout my car being repaired and they saved me over $1500 for the same work. My dealer was going to do for me.I feel like I ve found the place that I ll continue going to four all of the cars in our family. I could not be more pleased with Pete and the team at Good Guys automotive and I highly recommend them.Service: Brake service & repair

A few years ago a good friend recommended Good Guys to me. He told me they were very good, honest & reasonable. He was right! I have been using them ever since. Best auto service business ever! We found them when we lived in YL, and still keep going to them even though we moved 20 miles away! We trust them like no other. Our sole auto mechanics for over 10 years. We own a 2000 Mazda and a 2017 Nissan. They service both our cars with top quality work, care, and professionalism at very reasonable prices. They stand above and beyond their name truly Good (best) Guys all around!!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) to Good Guys Automotive in Savi Ranch (Yorba Linda). They provide the best, most efficient service, they are friendly and personable, they take time to explain what the issue is and what your options are, and they have extremely reasonable and fair prices. I have been going to Good Guys for the past 20+ years. Pete and Mark are the most knowledgeable, fair and honest owners of Good Guys. Great service on point with the expertise of taking care of my cars. I ve paid for only the essentials and they track my maintenance history. Love their integrity to give the best service.

Best automotive repair shop we've ever been to. This is not an understatement. They are so valuable, and they even provide photos of exactly what they are seeing when they provide an inspection is so easy to understand.When we moved away, we needed to find a new mechanic, and Good Guys were as friendly and helpful with us finding a new mechanic as they were working on our cars.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Good Guys for almost 5 years now and have recommended both family and friends. They give honest, dependable service for very fair prices. If there are less expensive alternatives (nice for a very old car that may not last for years and years), then they explain that option, as well. I trust them to keep our cars safe and reliable.

I love these guys! I cant rave enough about how courteous and knowledgeable they are. They have worked on two of my vehicles now and I wouldn't trust anyone else but them from here on out. They are honest when it comes to diagnosing vehicle issues and also very reasonable on pricing. This company is absolutely brilliant and I think everyone should use them.

My truck broke down on the freeway and had to be towed in for service. I spoke with Janine on the phone and she was very helpful in arranging a rental and overall a total professional. Mark was upfront with pricing and got me the lowest price for the fuel pump I needed replaced. I paid cash and got a 5% discount, couldn't be happier with the entire experience. These guys (and gals) truly live up to their name.

This Shop saved me a lot of money, frustration and time. I have a 2001 Toyota Camry V6. The previous owner's didn't maintain this Toyota, but I know Toyota's and she just kept on running. I took her in for an inspection and it was comprehensive, with photos of my actual car. They care for their customers as much as they do about cars. I'm so grateful to have found this shop. This shop will continue to take care of my Toyota.

Good guys are great. If you want excellent customer service and fair prices, you need to try them. They are one of two top rated repair shops in the OC by AAA. Their shop is spotless and they have wi fi if your going to wait. One thing I like about them is that they are very honest, if they see something wrong with the car, but it really doesn't need to be repaired they will tell you rather than to try upsell you.Keep up the awesome job!

As a 3rd generation car enthusiast, I am extremely particular about who I trust to work on my cars. I have trusted only two repair shops over the last 20 years and have solely used Good Guys for the last 7. They are by far the most knowledgeable in their industry - period. I haven't had a problem that Pete and Mark couldn't help me address. If you are like me and demand that your car be taken care of right, there's nowhere else you should go but GoodGuys Automotive in Yorba Linda. They tell it to you straight and don't try to upsell you on services you don't need.Michael Dodge, YL Resident

I got lucky. Well, as lucky as someone can get who suddenly has a car problem 750 miles from home in the middle of a dream vacation. I was lucky to stumble upon Good Guys.The fear of the "out of towner" is always that we might be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous repair shop. But thanks to Mark and the Good Guys team, what might have been a crisis became only an inconvenience. They diagnosed and repaired my truck in the short time I had available and it now runs like a dream. Sadly I don't live nearby, so I can't be a repeat customer. But if I could, I would. Thank you for treating a stranger like a neighbor!
