I took my brand new Lexus to Fix Auto Yorba Linda and I could not be more pleased with the repairs. It looks perfect like nothing ever happened! From the minute I walked in and Myra greeted me and asked if I was okay through to my Estimator Zotero who was empathetic as I was very concerned about the repairs restoring my new car to perfection. I picked up my Lexus and you would never know I was rear-ended! Thank you so much for the easy process from start to finish. Everyone in this shop was great!! Obviously I want to give credit to the technician who did the perfect repairs, along with the clean detail they also did on my car!! Thank you everyone 10 stars to all! Teri C.

Super happy with the service. Gregg was honest and very knowledgeable, told us straight up what was needed to complete the service. Did not try to push any extra work needed. My wife's car was rear ended and my insurance agent recommended this place for repairs. To schedule an estimate and drop off was extremely easy. When I took it there everyone there was absolutely helpful and got the paperwork going in no time. They said most likely they will get it done in two weeks. Then I got a notification that it was going to be done in 8 days, however it was done in 5 days. Communication was awesome they kept me updated all the time. Lastly the work and the repairs were excellent, they did a phenomenal paint job and it looked better than when we bought it. I will definitely go back if needed and recommended to anyone.

Overall good experience, the people were all very friendly and the waiting room was nice.They initially had my wheel repainted with a noticeably different sheen to the other tires, but once I pointed it out they were active about getting it fixed and within a few more days I was able to take my car home. The other repairs were good.

My first experience with Auto Fix in Yorba Linda was very good. Everything was fast and organized. Very friendly people and they are very responsive to the clients and their needs. I was very happy with the service. They fixed my car perfectly.

Unable to work on different types of vehicles, I came in person and I was told they could perform the job and I ll get a call back in 30 min but I received no call back. I reached out and they said they couldn t perform the job because they didn t have the right tools, a size 13mm torque wrench for the bolts and a screw driver to remove the screws. They didn t even bother to reach out and tell me either .this is a car body shop you d expect them to have the most basic tools right? All they needed to do was jack up the car two feet in the air and remove the front wheels in order to access the bolts to remove the bumper. The job takes a minimum of 30 minutes. Don t expect good customer service

We took our truck here to get the bumper and side panels fixed. After a few weeks of them working on it, they called and asked us to help them find a part that they needed to replace on the truck. We pushed back because that's what we're paying them for and they eventually found what they needed and fixed the truck after a total of 6 weeks. We picked it up and everything seemed fine. The second time we turned the truck on to drive it the check engine light was on. We checked the error code and it was a knock sensor. After some research it said this could come from rodents eating the wiring. We called the auto body shop and they said they didn't work on that part of the truck so it's not their fault and we'd have to prove that the rats came from their shop. Obviously we can't prove where a rat came from but we've never had problems before and the second time turning it on after leaving their shop, we had a problem. It gets worse, about a week later the check engine light came on in our second car for the same reason. We paid out of pocket to fix that car so we could have a functional car. It's going to cost too much to fix the truck so we're worse off than before we took it to fix it originally. We have now found rat poop in both our cars still and in our backyard. Again, we did not have any signs of rodents until after bringing the truck in. This is a literal nightmare, do not bring your car there!

Avoid this shop at all costs. The estimator Zack was very difficult to work with. My insurance company approved paint repair work to be completed, but Zack refused to complete the work. I had to bring my vehicle back twice, because they did not properly install the plastic molding on my tailgate. I just took photos of my tailgate, after picking up my truck for the second time. The molding did not even stay affixed for 72 hours and the shop has refused to fix its mistakes. My insurance claim handler explained that Fix Auto Yorba Linda has refused to complete anymore work on my truck. Their "Lifetime Warranty", isn't worth the paper it is written on.Know your rights as a consumer. If you have shared a similar experience, and Fix Auto is refusing to honor your Lifetime Warranty, file a compliant with Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). It is a simple process that is meant to protect consumers.If you enjoy being treated poorly and shoddy work (see photos below), Fix Auto Yorba Linda is your shop.

Very good quality in the body workI experienced poor customer service from the front office on multiple occasions.No one accountable when you ask a question and no one seems to care. Always told how busy they are so maybe they just have too many customers .

I do not recommend this place.Very poor communication, caused me a lot of extra unnecessary stress. I felt like they didn t care about the customer experience at all. Totally regret getting my car fixed here.

I was recently rear-ended on the 91 fwy and sustained damage to my 2012 Subaru Outback. We took the car to Fix Auto Yorba Linda for repair. We were greeted by Greg (Manager) and Teri (Office Manager) who were careful to go over the damage to our car, photos, documentation, and next steps. Ray was the repair technician assigned to our car. Ray kept us updated daily on the progress of the repair. Nearing the completion, a necessary part was on backorder but they made the effort to call around and located the necessary part in San Diego. Someone drove to San Diego to pick up the part to minimize further delay. We picked up our car the next day. I was very impressed with Ray's exceptional customer service, something so rare these days. When Ray said he would call again tomorrow, he did exactly that. I love my car and was very grateful to find the repair would be done and according to my State Farm policy protocols. Our experience at Fix Auto Yorba Linda was excellent thanks to the team in place there.Service: Body & Trim

The people in this shop are shady and EXTREMELY unprofessional. My fianc� and I had our car fixed here, and when we got it back, the front seat suddenly wouldn t move. It wouldn t slide back and forth, and the seat back won t recline. Weird, since our car got rear ended on the driver side, this wasn t an issue before we took the car in, and only had exterior bodywork done. We called the shop and told them about the issue, and they said to bring it in and they would fix it no problem. When we went in, there were two other guys in the shop who had the EXACT same issue, but the manager refused to take responsibility and fix it. He said they didnt cause the problem, even though there were two other people with broken passenger seats, and this was not an issue before they worked on our vehicle. Very shady, take your car somewhere else.

I liked how I received a call everyday on the progress of the repair and the approximate day it would be complete. The process was easy from beginning to end. I did not have to wait when I took my car in and did not have to wait when I picked it up. Their service is efficient. Fix Auto exceeded all expectations. I had accident repairs done and the final result was exceptional. They called on the phone each day to update me and worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Repairs were completed sooner than originally quoted. I m really glad I chose Fix Auto. They also buffed out and repaired a minor door ding which was not part of the repair.
