They worked very hard to fix the issue I had with my car. After almost $1000 they couldn't figure it out, so the REFUNDED ALL THE WORK THEY DID & suggested I take it to the dealer. That is the BEST service I have ever received from a car mechanic shop! Honesty & Decency trumps all. Thank you for doing the the right thing for the consumer VS doing what makes the $. I will always take my cars to you for this reason.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They went out of their way to fit my car's tire replacement into their busy schedule when I had a flat. Waiting in the lobby area was quiet and comfortable. While I did have to wait quite some time due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment, I was grateful that they fit me in the day of rather than sending me away.

This is the only place I go to for tires, oil change, tire rotation, among others. Never had a problem with the way the take care of my car, prices are decent & the crew is friendly. Im like many who hate my seat/etc to be moved, they don't touch that & mess it up. On a busy day it can take a few hrs or more. But they get a 5/5 for me.

I used to use their service for my car maintenance in the last year and everything looks well to me until I brought my car to another auto service shop for an quick oil changer. They showed me that the brake pad on the front tires is completely worn out. I asked the current service provider about the time it takes to get into that bad situation and they told me that the Firestone should have informed you of this issue when they did the car maintenance for me 3 months ago. I even recalled I asked for a full inspection on my car when Firestone did the maintenance last time and nothing was found. This is absolutely awful service. Their technicians do not know what they are doing and put their customers in risk.

I called on the phone asking to get a brake and light inspection for a salvage title car. They said I could come in. I missed my class to get it done and waited for 3 hours, only for them to say they don t do salvage title cars. They just said sorry we cant do this here you have to go somewhere else. 3 hours of my time were wasted and they did not offer anything to make up for the time they killed. Completely unprofessional. I don t know why they told me to come to the store in the first place if it s a service they do not provide.

I took my vehicle for balance and tire rotation. I have given very clear instructions, that do not worry about any other service we will take care of after word. Still, they opened the air filter, Cabin filter (person who worked on my car tore the cabin filter) over tight oil filter housing and damaged it cost me another $ 75.00 for just part. I will contact the corporate office to compensate me for my damages. it was a horrible Experience. Over all I do not have good experience with firestone.

I was in a pickle. I had just returned from a long work trip. I drove to Santa Barbara, Bakersfield and back to Orange County and discovered a tire with low air. But I need to get to LA for a conference and had to leave that same night. I stopped into my favorite Firestone in Yorba Linda and James immediately took care of me. We discovered I had a nail in my tire and I needed service. He was able to help me repair my tire and service my vehicle and get me back on the road for my meeting. BIG shout out to James!!By the way this isn t the only time he has saved me. This is just one of the most recent stories.Thank you to James and all the technicians at Yorba Linda.

Employees were very courteous and pleasant to talk with. They answered all questions. They even performed a little extra when I asked technicians to look at my sway bar and A-arms because of noise. A written recommended services suggestion sheet was done and I gained a lot of information that I needed to know. Great job. Very pleased.

Manager was great and helpful. They almost had my business until one of their guys rolled out my spare tire from repair and dropped it face down right in front of me and he just rolled it up and handed it to me with no apologies and walked away. I wonder how they treat other cars when no one is watching.

Here is the picture after the incomplete brake fluid flush, I don't know why this happens and they don't either. I contact customer service on the website to avoid any bad comment but trust me not works. Everything here you have to take risks by yourself, and the lesson to me is don't be lazy, do it yourself to save your life and money. Thank you have a great day.Service: Brake service & repair

Recently had a set of tires installed along with a front end alignment.The wait was a little longer than expected BUT I will say NO ONE was standing around doing nothing! EVERYONE was working and they stayed after closing to get cars back to the customers. I didn't mind the wait at all.

Felipa Mora the store manager got me right in the mix for a tire running at 18psi.Got there around 7:30am on Saturday and there boys in the shop pulled out a nail and set it right under an hour.$21.00These dudes do business right. if you don't know anything about cars like me go there.

I had to attend a prepaid conference in Irvine and that morning lights were flashing on my dashboard saying I need to inflate all 4 tires. My dealership was far so I went down the street to Firestone and James had another young man put air in all my tires. They both were so nice to help me and Did Not Charge Me! Bravo Firestone! I sent my son for an oil change.They performed a synthetic oil change for 90.99 and charge me extra oil change on an invoice.I called this place to get an explanation.Worker answer my call, his name is James, very rude guy.I asked him question, and he replied back saying ask question to Hyndai not me, and he just hung up on me.I called back speak to a manager, his name is Philipe, he was just protecting his worker.I will never go back to this place again....Service: Oil change

James, Felipe and all the Firestone guys are absolutely the most helpful, knowledgeable and kind guys! I am very grateful for their honesty with my 20yr old car! We used to go to Firestone Brea and service there has gone down! Yorba Linda Firestone customer service is so much better. Did a good job on my alignment. Long overdue. Did a good job communicating some other issues with the car, and we are pleased that the issues were resolved. Working on cars is tough, all are so different. Our cars are old, and they handled it.

Sonny is great! He took care of my daughter's car on Friday so I brought my son's car here today. It doesn't matter if it's a big or small issue, they will take care of you. Today I'm here for a simple light bulb change in a headlight.

Had some issues with vibration on my car, their team did a fantastic job with alignment, checkups and some other things. They helped me figure out the issue and communicated everything perfectly, even giving me a complimentary tire balance & switch.

I've used this location before, and had fairly good experiences until my last visit. My son's Civic had the driver window fall off the track and would not close completely. This last visit has changed my mind and I will never return to this location.We asked for the AC to get recharged and to look at the window and see if they could fix it. I was quoted ~$50 each for the two items for inspection only. No problem here.I made a 9AM appointment and dropped off the car on time. They called at 3:30PM and quoted about $870 to replace the window assembly ($465), replace the cabin air filter ($70) and recharge the AC ($335). They also offered tires, which I declined at the time. I agreed to the other services and they offered the car completed the next day at about 4PM.This window offers auto up and down with a single press. When I pointed out that this did not work like it should (clearly labelled AUTO on the window button, and worked before I brought it in), they said "oh no problem, it just needs to be programmed."THE COMPLAINT:The next day, they explain that the Window goes up and down, and that's all I paid for. In short, they did not know how to make it work properly, and told me I got what I paid for. After multiple discussions, they would never admit they did not know how to fix it and claimed it worked just fine.If they had simple offered a small credit (maybe $50) on the service and admitted they did not know how to make it work, I would have been fine. Instead they were condescending and rude, claiming it was not their problem.I asked if they could fix my window and they gave me a quote. If I had wanted it fixed improperly, I could have done it myself for about $100.I give 2 stars because the AC works great./ But horrible service from the Store Manager and sale associate will make sure I never provide them any business in the future.Service: Air conditioning

I bring both of my cars here and they do decent work. I've had a few issues here and there but they've usually fixed it when I come back. I can't say I completely trust them as I still get the usual air filter and battery need to be replaced almost every time, even when they're new. Overall though, better than other places I've been and close by. The prices can be a bit high but that's what you get with a chain mechanic shop, I usually find some coupons on their website before coming in. The lifetime alignment is definitely worth it as you pay a bit more upfront but then they will align your wheels whenever you want for the time you own the vehicle. I purchased it for both of my cars and they've both paid for themselves multiple times over.

Made an appointment yesterday (July 6th) to bring in my car today at 7am for an Oil change, tire rotation, alignment and to look up a code for the check engine light that came on yesterday morning. Talked to the front desk to dropped off my car and told them I will be back between 3-3:30pm to pick up my car. They told me that they will try to get the guy to look at the light but everything else will get done. Had a coworker pick me up. Haven t received a call and usually I do between 11am-12pm to give me a status update on my car (based off prior service with them). I called at 1pm and they told me that the guy that check the light hasn t done it yet but they are working on the oil change now so I m thinking ok great as long as they are working on it, it should be ready. Went there at 3:15pm and they told me they haven t check it can you wait 30mins? I m like ok but you guys had my car for 8hrs. What work has been done to the car? He told me nothing. I just took my car and left.Overall, it was a waste of time for me and my coworker who took the time to take me there and back. Not only that they lied to me saying that they are working on the oil change but really they weren t. I m really disappointed with this company and very frustrated that they lied. If they can be dishonest with something like that then imagine what kind of work would they say they did when they charge you. Stay away from this location!

Went in for an oil change and they tried charging me over $90 for 5 qts of synthetic oil alone. I questioned them about it, and the worker told me it was probably due to rising oil costs in the past year. I went to Walmart and got the exact same oil for less than $30. Scam.

They fixed the problem with my car. I'm very happy about that.I wish they were better staffed so when they say the car will be ready in 45 minutes at 4:30, I don't get the car until 40 minutes after their closing time.But they did get me my car fixed.

Took my car in for an oil change and 50k service, when I picked up the car it ran very bad and the mechanic said he put a cleaner in the gas tank and not to worrie, I got about 8 miles away when the car died so I had AAA tow it to the dealer and it cost me $4400 in repairs. Came in at 9 am for an oil change, didn't get the car back until the next day and left with more issues than I came with.-unorganized-low technicians-Questionable integrity regarding "RECOMMENDED" services-rude hispanic guy at the front office (other guy was nice)Would NOT recommend THIS location.

We received great service. Replaced road hazard tire purchased out of state. They looked it up and determined out road hazard covered cost. We were out in less than an hour from our appointment time.Thanks Frank for taking great care of us.
