My family couldn t be happier with Big O tires. The people at this location are amazing and always go out of their way to take great care of us with all of our crazy cars. They re able to find the right tires and get the cars done on time every time at a fair price.

Always prompt and courteous. Free tire roatationwithpurchase. Waitingroom is clean as are restrooms. Locations throughout the US if tire issues Brad and time great.

Worst tire place I ve ever been. They charged me $60 to balance four wheels. As a prior tire technician that is absurd. Also from my experience in the tire industry I can tell you that they didn t even take the time to take my wheels off therefore, they didn t even balance them. Worst place to get tires balanced.

Came in for a tire rotationConverted me to Big O Tire NationGreeted warmly by Bradand honestly he's simply radHe knew his stuff and went above and beyondSo much so that with this yelp review I had to respond.Not only was he warm and niceHe gave solid service and gave solid adviceCame in for a tire rotation, and alignment. Brad heard what was going on with our car and gave us such great advice. He gave his advice, told us what we needed, and man, I just felt like Brad was so genuine. He really just wants to do right by the customer. Manager, if you're reading this, give this guy a raise. He doesn't only exude warm customer service, but he's knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST.

The guys running this shop are extremely helpful. They listen to your needs and how you use your vehicle to help select the best tires for your vehicle. They also have the right tools to work on Rivian vehicles which is great for myself.I ordered tires from the warehouse and they were delivered to the shop and installed within the same day!

Would not recommend. My boyfriend took my car to get my two front tires replaced because one of them has a slow leak and a very clear bulge on the wall of the tire. They gave back the car and the front tires were replaced so we thought all was well. The next day I noticed that my back tire looked off and I realized they took the damaged tire that was supposed to be replaced and moved it into the back instead. My boyfriend returned to the store and they told him they couldn t do anything about it because the old tires were already picked up and the best they could do is a discount on two new tires. There is no reason why he should have to pay for a blatant mistake on the technicians part especially when there is no good record keeping to show how the mistake was even made. Their procedure is apparently to draw circles on paper to mark which tires needed to be replaced. Not very sure fire and it seems almost negligent for them to put a clearly damaged tire back on my car and not say anything. The front desk guy tried to help but the best they could do is apparently making us pay more money to fix their mistake and that s not cool. Find a different shop.

I really wanted to give it 1 start with everything that happened today but I do want to fair. Never ever had an issue before but today was horrible. Was there for an oil change and tire rotation, Max told me it will be an hour to an hour an a half, gave him my key, got my kids out of the car and went into the waiting room. Pass the time that I was told I went to the front to ask for an update, they ve never started on my car at all but get this, Max lost my car key, he stated I never gave it to him when I know I personally gave it to him, he kept saying, I never got it, I don t have it, you never gave it to me, etc. Finally the supervisor found it, who knows where. I had to take my kids to eat. The manager offered to do it for free, went to get food and came back. They did it within 20-30 minutes, yes for free but that was not the point. I got to say that the manager apologized a few times but Max only did it on my way out, I think because he was told to do it since he was the one that lost the key and kept insisting he never got it, it was very frustrating.Update 2/1/23 Went back again to get a full set of tires for my car. Tim remembered the experience that I had last time & he made sure this time was different. Also, Brad was very helpful & friendly. Very different experience from last time. Keep up the great job guys.

One of the few tire repair places in YL open on Sunday with good reviews.$25 to change a flat tire - seemed to be a fair price; another place quoted $35 minimum; efficient courteous service.Priced out Michelins to replace my tires; total came out to less than what Costco would have charged.*Update 2/2024: Don't let them upsell you on struts, you probably don't need them. Check with an honest mechanic.

I WOULD NEVER SPEND MONEY OR TIME AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Just left the Yorba Linda store for the 2nd day in a row after being told there is a 2hr wait and to come back today and they would get me in and out. Went there at 9.20 and was told a 2hr wait. Asked for an appointment. They don't take appointments. Spent over $1200 I believe on tires. I was told lifetime rotation and balance was free. They wanted to charge $63 for the balance. I have never waited 2hrs for a rotation and balance. I have never been charged for balancing on any of the 8 vehicles I've owned when I bought my tires at that location. They had 2 chances to make it right.

Its great they are open in sundays! I woke up to a flat tire and they are the only ones in town open. But that being said, they were very helpful! Ron assisted me and he was a great guy, very friendly, and even was against getting all 4 tires as i only needed two, so they aren't here to just take your money! Will definitely come back here next time i need tires. Thanks Ron!

I've been going here for decades. I used to get my tires here when I was a teenager and had and old 5.0 mustang and an SVT cobra. I've continued to be a loyal customer because are fair, competitively priced, and friendly. Today I had to go in and get a tire repaired on my wife's suburban. They repaired it for free because it was still under warranty, all I had to do was show up and hand them the keys and take a little nap while they fixed it. This is the absolute best local tire shop in the Yorba Linda area, I can't possibly recommend them enough!

The people there are friendly and helpful! I choose Big O really because they had a sale, I also choose the standard tire, not the nice ones previously on my car. I noticed my car felt different so I took it back, they went on a drive with me checked everything the took them all off and completely redid the job, rebalanced each tire. That didn t fix it so they offered to upgrade my tires and just pay the difference. My car is back to super smooth and they were super nice about it. It was my choice in tire, but they fixed it no problem.

First of all they offer coupons on the web but don't honor them. They even mail them to our addresses but don't honor those either. I took my car in for rear brake inspection and was later told over the phone that it would cost $628 dollars because my rear brakes were no good. I'm talking drums and shoes and even wheel cylinders oh and let's not forget the hardware kit. When I went to pickup the car I asked to see the old parts and they said they were in the trash. So,I said,well get them out of the trash. Believe or not there was about ten oldtires on top my old parts . Look I'm no professional mechanic but I know the difference between old and new parts and whether or not the parts needed to be changed. The only parts that should have been changed was the brake drums. What they basically did was tear out my still good brakes and replace them with new ones and I mean the whole brake assembly. So, remember to always take the time to go to your mechanic and look at what they're try ing to replace before you approve the work Big O Tires in Yorba Linda is a straight rip-off do not take your vehicle there cause they will try to decieve you if you just drop your car off and give them that trust. In a nut she'll they are thieves

I was really happy with the service Pedro offered. He suggested the right tires for my car at a reasonable price. He offered to check the alignment (which was good!) and did not try to push any services I did not need. As usual, the Big O Team in Yorba Linda pulled through for me again!

Think twice before you go here. Brought my car in for alignment. Several months later it was still pulling, so I took it back for them to fix the alignment again (under warranty). Dropped it off and they said it would be an hour. Service took 3.5 hours. No problem, we are in a pandemic and people are busy...I understand. Couple of days later, my car alerts me to low tire pressure. All of my tires are under-inflated. I guess I would have assumed a tire store would check pressure, but I was wrong. Regardless, the car was STILL off. Took to another shop ...and indeed the alignment was way off. Very frustrating to say the least.

DON T TRUST BIG O TIRES IN YORBA LINDASaying I had a bad experience with Big O Tires in Yorba Linda is an understatement. I purchased new tires for my truck and made an appointment to have them mounted. After the job was done I showed up to pick up my truck and after inspection I found scratches and gouges on my powder coated rims. I had just detailed my truck the day before and know there were no scratches on any of my rims. So I brought it to the attention of Tim, the store manager, who denied doing the damage and said there is no way they did it. They say they normally do a camera taping on every car before servicing it but just happened to not do that on my truck. Prior to taking my truck to Big O, I called and spoke to Tim and he assured me they would be careful and would not scratch my wheels. What is more disappointing besides their bad customer service is the manner in which they spoke and treated me. So I was forced to call corporate as Big O in Yorba Linda refused to acknowledge or do anything about the damage they caused to my rims. Only after corporate was involved did the owner, Ryan, offer to do anything which was to have one rim powder coated. However after the damage they created, I could not trust them to do the repair work or anything to my truck. I figured if they already damaged all four of my wheels trying to mount and balance the tires, then they will cause more damage again. I also could not be without my truck for a week to have this done. Using my spare isn t an option since in running 37 s on the truck.I went back to pay for the cost of the tires since the bank cancelled the original charge which is the honorable thing to do. I went to Ryan and apologized for all the grief and mentioned that I wasn t trying to cause any issues. I just expected my truck to return to me the way it was dropped off and he had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude with me right off the bat. He told me that he wouldn t have worked on my truck if he knew I was so picky and I should use a different shop in the future. Having tires replaced and leaving with gouges and scratches is not me being picky. I will no longer do business with Big O Tires and discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to Ryan and Tim.

Big O Tires is great! Ron, the owner and his employees are very friendly & helpful. They try their best to give our family great deals on tires and other services. I had a flat in one of my Mercedes tires a couple of years ago and he was able to patch it for $25! The parking lot is small, but I can usually find a spot to park. They have an air conditioned waiting area with a TV and drinks and snacks available for a small fee.

Have nothing but good things to say about this location. Got the exact services I requested quickly and at a very reasonable price. I worked with Tim and he was very willing to take the time to ensure I understood the results of my wheel alignment check and other services that I requested. Highly recommend.

Friendly attitude, great prices, awesome and fast service. Had full set of tires installed at crazy low price. Did professional alignment. Tim and his crew are knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely will be coming back for more tires. Highly recommend this place

Great! Tim and the boys here did such great work for us at a very reasonable price. We used them because they were recommended by a Pro Cut representative for our EBC brakes. I called them several times throughout the day asking to do other things while they had the car and they never seemed annoyed though I am sure I was anmoying!! I called a lot. They did everything I asked but still charged the same price they quoted and they explained the work they did and went over my bill even though it was what I expected to pay. Great place!

Great service officially my new service location. Went in for a oil change,tire rotation, and alignment. Everything done in a timely fashion Pedro customer service is excellent seemed to know all the clients stopping in. I noticed my truck was running a lot smoother than when I use to take it to Sears (never again) . Thanks to the whole team at Big O tires.

These guys are always good here. Never disappointed. My go-to for anything wheel and tire related. They earned my loyalty after getting my lifted Tacoma in to alignment better than any of the nearby shops; eliminating steering wheel vibrations.
