On Thursday, my car started over heating, lucky for me it was close to my neighborhood Auto Zone. Andres came out to took a look at my car and said it was my radiator hose. After buying some coolant he kind of fixed the part of the hose that was broken, enough for me not to miss work the next day and have it replaced. He was a life saver..He went over and beyond helping me out and I appreciate it very much. Thank you Andres and Auto Zone!!!! You have a forever happy customer!!!

I came in needing new wiper blades for my Nissan and I wasn t sure if I needed a certain type but John was super helpful and suggested which ones I should get. He even helped me put them on afterwards. I would come back again!

Went in there for headlight bulbs. Michael was great in helping me pick out what I needed also he helped me install them. Overall great experience would recommend everyone to go.

Mike A and Andres are literally life savers they gracefully walked to my car a mile away and fixed my issue and installed my battery feee of charge. These are the people that make the world go round and I recommend this location to the world

Every time I have to go to AutoZone to get help with my car or need a scan done Shane is always there to help me out and he always helps me find what parts I need or what I should look into for my car.

Vittorio C. was very kind and patient. My mom and I came in for some parts and he was extremely helpful and made our experience easier. Definitely recommend this place. We ve only had great experiences coming in. Before that, we ve gotten Scott and he is just as wonderful.

The guy who helped me was very friendly I wish I had remembered his name he did a great job at researching to figure out what the best windshield wipers would be for my car and after finding the perfect ones for my price range he continued to put them on for me! I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back next time I need wipers!

Always excellent! The people that work there are fantastic. I truly appreciate the Customer Service. I myself managed Custom Service for large companies for over 40 years. You have people at this location that should be training others in other locations. I visit this store 4 to 5 times a week. Be Safe and have a Blessed Day I share with all the Customer when I exit the store.

My headlight went out after a year of purchase here, and the warranty was out. However, the female manager was very nice to replace a new one for free. Rudy was very helpful too.This manager is awesome and is always very helpful and responsible. Thank you!

Awesome experience yesterday! Scott S. checked my battery and replaced it for me even though it was insanely hot outside. He also walked me through what he was doing without being condescending which I really appreciated!

Just went to the Yorba Linda store in Cali and was helped by Shane. He was awesome and even helped change my wife s car battery. Great customer service and went beyond.

My car was having a tough time starting, so I jumped it and brought it to this location. Kristin promptly helped me out by testing the battery several times as well as the starter and converter in my car to make sure we weren't missing anything strange. She was knowledgeable and patient with the process and quadruple-checked to ensure the battery was the problem. I ended up purchasing a replacement battery and everything seems to be in working order now. Fantastic service!

Both Kristin and Clint were amazingly helpful, friendly, and customer focused throughout my entire visit. They identified the problem, and fixed the problem with my brake light. It was far more involved than most cars, requiring the entire housing to be removed, which I was not looking forward to. Thank you, Kristin and Clint!! I'm sold on your service, and would recommend you to anyone.

The manager Kristin is always helpful and hospitable. Today she spent one hour helping me to replace my horrible-designed Hyundai turn signal bulb. Thank you, Kristin! You are always the best!!!

Technicians were very helpful and friendly. However the manger could not have been more unpleasant in everything she did. Definitely will not be going in there again if i see her, shes absolutely awful

AutoZone employees are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about various vehicles and motorcycles. Not just that but also different fuel purifiers and fuel injector cleaners as well as Radiator cleaners and various items like those. Every time I've gone there they have been very helpful and I've always gotten extremely great Advice. About my vehicle and what I need to do in order to either fix it or enhance it. I will definitely come here over and over again. Whether it be for my current vehicle or any vehicles I have in the future! Also I love their lifetime warranties because they actually honor them! There is no hidden agendas or hidden obligations that they didn't tell me about at the time they sold the items to me. Got to love that! They've also help me do small things such as put on new windshield wipers or put in a new light bulb for absolutely no charge in the parking lot as long as there was not a long line at the checkout. They wouldn't even take a tip when I offered! They said that if they did they wouldn't feel right doing so.Wow! Now that is unheard of!Thanks AutoZone Employees!!You Guys Rock!!!!

Thank you Kristin A for all of your help today!! Definitely helped me out with my battery along with some much needed fluids!! Ladies and gentlemen please come here for all of your car needs!!! I have never been comfortable with walking into an Autozone before but now thanks to Kristin I sure will!!
