I forgot dudes name who helped me but he was a younger Kat and truth be told I m not that knowledgeable when it comes to mechanics on cars and I was ready to have my tires replaced even though they were no where close to that point yet my tires the front ones kept losing air and the passenger side back tire I was told by BMW that I had a nail in it but one day it would have to be replaced. Make a long story even longer they could have burnt me and made $ but they were honest and just replaced the stems core I think and the nail in the back tire was a screw that was not even a quarter inch and yes it was stuck in but after pulling it out the tire was good so this place will definitely get my business over and over.

Now this is no ordinary tire company. They will help you, even if they will not get the job; better even, you can call them again for advice and they will remember you and your car and tires, and give you the free advice. Because they have an excellent work ethic! They are friendly, and they know tires! And when the time was right for new tires, you can bet your bottom dollar who I called? That s right, American Tire Depot, Yorba Linda. Thank you Jacob for excellent service. I m enjoying my new 275 40 R20 Goodyear Eagle A/S tires on my Dodge Challenger RT. Those 245s had to go.

FEMALE FRIENDLY LOCATION. Joe and the team here are great. I came in with my H3 for an alignment after installing some new tie rods at home.I felt very comfortable with how Joe listened and asked questions, he also treated me like I had worked on cars before instead of assuming I was just a young girl who didn t know anything about cars.I will definitely be back for any future repairs and I will be sharing my great experience with my neighbors and friends as well.

Don t laugh BUT I had no clue American Tire Depot offers Free tire repairs. Came in for low air pressure and got my tire repaired within 20 minutes!! Super friendly especially JACOB, THANK YOU!! Will definitely come to check out tire rates when I need them.

Great service. Always friendly and fast. have been coming here for 5 years. Will fix my flat no charge (prob should have charged me.) I shopped online at tire Rack and then checked American tire depot and it was cheaper at American tire depot.

Joe took great care of us today. His team did a great job getting my mother in laws car back up and running in a short amount of time. Price was very reasonable too!

Jacob did an outstanding job in customer service. He even showed me my old worn tie rods and the mechanic explained their purpose, how they functioned, and what the issue was.Although I wasn't expecting the additional service needed on my truck on top of the tires I purchased, I'm glad they found and fixed the tie rods at a fair price. No one likes to spend a small fortune on their vehicle, but at least at this place they do good work at a reasonable price.

I have a nail in my tire. Joe is the one who toke care of my case.Joe is very friendly and take care of my case right away.He told me that he has been doing it for more than 20 years.We had a good chat and he also introduced his partner Jacob to me. The job is done quick and I enjoy the whole process. Will go there and chat with them again.

Came here for a flat tire repair. Very happy with Jacob who helped me out and was friendly. They weren t busy so they were able to fix my flat immediately. He also mentioned I need alignment which I passed this because of my time constraints but I plan to come back and get there three year alignment plan. No pressure by him. The three-year plan seems to be a good offering.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now with 4 different cars for buying tires and getting tire services. They're always professional and give their opinions on what needs to be done. No pressure on sales or services. Never had any issues and overall decent prices.

Outstanding experience at this store. Respect, professionalism, and fast service. I will absolutely give them my business. I had flat tire fixed there. Other stores/businesses told me I need to buy another tire because it is not fixable. This store was honest and fixed the flat tire with no problem. Loved the experience.

The only place I take our cars too for tires and brakes for years and different vehicles now. The best mechanics and service every time even when I kept coming back over and over with a nail in my tire they always fixed it no charge too, so will continue going there forever! Thanks guys!

I wanted to take the time and say that the gentleman who helped me, Joe, was very kind and knowledgeable. He took me into the garage to show me exactly the maintenance my car needed. I m not too knowledgeable on cars myself, but he took extra time to explain this to me and actually show me what was wrong, and I really appreciated it. Additionally the manager, Joshua, was very helpful too. Highly recommend coming here for your repairs!

I was able to make an online appointment to take my Tesla Model 3 for the wheel alignment. From the moment I walked in until the work was completed took 45 minutes even though they were busy and the total charge was 40% less than what Tesla wanted to charge.Joe is a friendly person to deal with.

That's rubbish. I made an appointment at 12:30, but no one came at 1:40. I wanted to have my tires rotated, but they changed them in the wrong position. Then they started charging $200 and told me that my tires needed to be rotated. balance. It's just a money grab. This is a scam shop, very dishonest

Got my rear tire repaired with no charge when everywhere else charged and decided to add an oil change with great service. I went on a busy day but the customer service is very welcoming I highly recommend ! thank u

I went American Tire Depot because of the reviews I read online. Jose was the person at the counter that helped me. I knew he was going to be good, because the woman in front of me thanked him three times before she left. Jose greeted me and gave me an estimate of how much my shocks would be, and how long it would take. He was very nice, polite, and personable. The work was done according to the cost and estimate. I would not hesitate to go back again, and refer them to my family and friends.

Top-notch! Every time I come here they always take care of me. Took me in last minute to help me out with one of my fleet vehicles to get it back on the road within a couple of hours. Great team of guys over there.

This is my goto Tire and Maintenance shop. Amazing team members, quick in and out. Joe is always a hero when it comes to getting me back in the road! Had an annoying shimmy due to a missing wheel weight, team got me in and out quick!

John assisted me today and his team were fast and made my first visit there so smooth! They even helped me save some money without breaking my pockets in one day by showing me a no fee payment plan as well. Everyone I spoke to this weekend was so pleasant and helpful (Harrison, Andrew, Joe). Joe checked my car in, and front start to finish he made sure I was well informed about my options. He also kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated! My car drives much smoother and the peace of mind was worth every penny. Will definitely be back again!
