Wonderful experience getting a leveling kit, new rims and new tires. The guys finished it all in 1 day when we requested a quote in the morning. Great customer service

Probably just needed a patch on my flat but he insisted I get a new tire that cost 160. Tired to tell me my front tire was going to explode because it had dirt on it. Don t take your car here unless you want to get hustled. I def won t be back. Next time l ll just wait till morning and take it a reliable honest business. Also they tried to claim the card reader was broken to hustle me for cash when i used the card reader it worked first time no problems. Not honest people and the inside is filthy and has mosquitoes. This isn t a good shop they think they can lie and act like there experience makes them smarter yet can t explain anything and just laugh at you when you ask questions. SCAM!

THIS IS THE WORST TIRE SHOP! don t come here it s a waste of time and they take forever to get things done. The owner was forcing me to to get tires that were in really bad condition and he got mad cause I didn t want too. He is rude! Don t come here! He is a thief

New kicks for the boat what an experience dealing with this business we had to lift my fenders because they ordered 16 inch tires instead of 15 inch tires even though they didn't ask me for if they did ask me they should have ordered the tires that fit the trailer now I have to lift my fenders so I don't damage my tires they try to install the fenders with about a half inch clearance from the tires and I told him no that is not going to fly you guys know better but they still try to insist on putting on the fenders on low. So I told him know you have to make it right so I could be happy customer so they take the fenders off which we had to cut the bolts off because there were so rusted they made me pay for the stainless steel Bolt which one it was their job that caused all this so I wasn't happy that I had to go spend my money for their mistake but after dealing with these guys for about four or five days of waiting on my tires. I'll be getting to the finance part what led me to this place as we went to go get air for the tire got a quote on some tires I seen the sign about financing my bad I didn't read the fine print and I call scammers it was a scam if I did pay out the payout price before a certain date I would be able to have leasing the tires for about 3,500 $ thank God for my nephew that knows the business he saved my butt from these Crooks furthermore to carry on the Woodland name on their business is a great insult to every woodlander especially Bill Lo and Sons that place used to be the top notch tire shop in Woodland and now a big rip off I'm sorry I'm leaving a bad review no I'm not sorry I'm apologizing because I was a crook and I know how dishonest people think and these crooks are dishonest and all liars it's what I seen in other comments and that is true he tries to push you off with his words when I was in his truck to go get to the bolts that I had to purchase he got a phone call and he straight acted like he didn't know what they were talking about I'm not in the office right now is what he told them just(which was true ).so he could push him off the phone he's not computer savvy he has to wait for his employee overall I got what I paid for I'm semi happy but I'm never going to this place ever maybe if I get a flat on tires and tires they installed the only reason why I would go back.

The guy over there is a Thief. This place should be closed by the city. Took my car in for flat tire. He changed the tire and was trying to put another old tire. I caught him.

Really bad service about four months ago buy tires to this guy pay cash didn t ask for receipt went Back to get rotation they denied to do rotation because I didn t get receipt I even showed up the guy a set of Tex messages that I had back and forth with the guy at tip moment of purchase.

this guy got over on me. went there for flat tire and he just plugged it rather than patched it. and then charged me $20 just to plug it. the tire was off the vehicle and everything. worse part was 3 days later tire was flat again! he should have patched it rather than plugged it.took it to les schwabb and they patched it for free! now it still holds air!

Had them put on tires on my truck about a year ago. Good price but when I was at the register paying, they asked me to pay more than what they told me on the phone. On the phone I asked them for a price out the door but in the store they said I need to pay for tax, disposal fee, and a bunch of other fees, roughly $300 over what they said on the phone. It just leaves a bad taste after dealing with people that try to take more money than they ve quoted you at previously. I ended up paying for tax, which was $150 over what they ve quoted me on the phone.

I bought tires from them then after couple of months I checked the tires in another shop and I realized that the sensor of all the tires TMPS were missing when I went to check on the tires in other tire shop ..so check on your tire sensors after they fix your tires .. because that affect lives safety on highway..

Amazing service! The employees were kind and patient when we unexpectedly got a flat while visiting Davis. They went above and beyond in their service, and stayed open late to accommodate us during an unexpected emergency. 10/10 would recommend this efficient and friendly car service location.

I had an okay experience with this place. The dude didn't bother to balance the tires after mounting the new tires until I mentioned it. Also he forgot to give me back my hub cap and I didn't realize it until I got back home in Davis and had to drive 20 minutes back to the place. The price was okay for the quality of the job. On the plus side, the shop does open late 'til 9pm.

If I could give it a negative star I would because I went and got these tires from them they mounted my tire the wrong way the wall of the tire said inside and it was on the outside so I asked him to switch it and the guy said not my problem luckily my friend with me work for a tire place and told him what was up and they needed to fix when I got my car back it was dark so I didn't see the reason why they had it on the wrong way in the first they sold me a tire that was sliced and had a bubble and now they won't fix itI reported them to the better Business bureau

I came to this shop to buy some Tims and tires, first they told me one price and I paid and then after he the owner gave me another price ended up charging me $281 more all they want is to rip you off they give you good prices supposedly but NOT TRUE THEY SCAM YOU!!! Also I got home with the tires and wheels and one of my rims had two dings NOT RECOMMENDED!! Someone was there complaining he had went couple days back for a lift and they left his alignment trash

*BEWARE* I went in for a lift kit which took 3 MONTHS to complete! Every time I called or showed up they would always have an excuse of why it s not ready! Sloppy and unprofessional work, did not align the truck and cut my muffler. DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it. You get what you pay for with these guys! I would rather pay more and get the job done right and in a timely matter.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went there the buy some rims for my suv and we agreed on a pair so they took all the tires off not knowing the rims I picked were the wrong fit. So I said just put my tires back on and ill come back another day then the guy who runs it said they will not put my tires back on unless I pay 200$. Worst customer service. I had to call to police for my car to get the tires back on.

So my daughter with her newborn baby was traveling from Redding to Sac had a blow out on I5 9 miles from this business. My husband called for a quote which was 98 dollars for a tire out the door balanced ect. My daughter got there baby was screaming and before she cold ask questions the tire was on and they charged her 154 for the tire. I talked to the tire guy and we went round and round. He said he did not know who the owner was, who his boss was. no supervisor, or how he gets paid. He acted like he didn't understand english and proceeded to hang up on me. When my daughter got home the receipt said 234 dollars and the tire was the wrong size and there was a 5 dollar tax error and a 31 dollar math mistake,. I was pist. Called back again and got the same response. The worker told me that 98 was for a used tire but did not have it in stock so he put on a new one. At no time did he ever say that was for a used tire or that it wasn't in stock. My husband then called the next day and finally talked to the owner. He said he would take care of us but would not give any details. My husband drove two hours down there. Because I gave a bad review the owner demanded we remove the bad service comment and give him a five star rating or he would not fix the mistakes. So I did that. They put on the right tire did fix the math error and gave us 24 for gas, We still and to pay 154 for the tire. So because he did fix the errors I gave a 2 star rating. I do not recommend this business.

F..... Bad work on my truck. They damaged the sensor of my tire, when they lost balance they left it vibrating a lot ... and the bad alignment ... they are not good for having inexperienced people with them. But to charge you the work they are the best. I'm not happy with my work and I never recommend it ...

I went to this place to buy some rims and tires for my jeep they said they had the rims I wanted in stock and they quoted me a price over the phone . I drive all the way down there and they don t have the rims and the guy that was working there quoted me a price that was $1300 dollars more this place is a scam and I would never do any business with them at all be careful they lie about everything

The guy is a scam artist, went in for an alignment and my truck came out the same as when I brought it. I had to take it USA tires to get the job done right way. All he did was take my money and waste my time by going with him he took advantage of me because he seen I was a young 19 year old at the time. Now I understood why I seen broken windows in the front when I first came in probably all the people he screwed over That got mad at him. All in all, just make sure to save yourself the time and money by not going there.

We were totally ripped off by this company. My daughter with her 1 week old baby had a flat tire. We were able to get her to this tire shop who quoted us 98. for a tire out the door. We had the service tech repeat the total. AFter they installed the tire they charged us 298 dollars for one tire. I called and he said that price was for a used tire. At no time did he ever say it was used. He put a brand new tire on with out even telling us. Then he told me the tire was onlY 154. installed. THEN BILLED US FOR 298 DOLLARS. I called for the manager mind you this guy pretended not to speak english and said he did not know his manager his name or the owner of the shop. Then proceeded to hang up on me.

I gave one star because zero wasn t an option. I had a nail in my tire and went to get a patch. He took a chunk out of a tire taking it off the rim and then lied to me and said it was already there. Then tried to sell me some cheap off brand tires that he swore had good reviews. I couldn t even find them on the Internet. After he charged me $20 to put the spare on, I m now at a legitimate shop spending $1000 on new tires because the owner couldn t do his job properly. What a waste of my time and money...

Walmart decided to 'close early' so we had to find another tire place. These guys are open late, we're totally friendly, and put the tires on quickly. Price was good. Can definitely recommend them as a late night option!

Very good prices and service.Best place in town to install lift kits at a reasonable and cheapest price then anybody else.I recommend you go there before you try anyone else.The owner will give you personalized service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I should ve known I was at a bad shop when the customer right before me wanted to talk to a supervisor because they messed up their tire as well. I went in to get a single tire, used/new didn t care. Got a used one that matched the tread on all the other tires. I went to get a haircut right next store and realized there s a gash about an inch long on the side and I could see the wires on the inside. I go back and talk to the guy at the desk and tell him my problem and that I was there an hour ago and he looks at me confused. I tell him again and again and he just looks at me. He tells me to bring the car around and when I do he s not there. I wait about 5 minutes and the guy who changed the tire is the one checking it and says oh no it s fine, if it was where the tread is then that d be bad but on the side it s fine. I couldn t believe these people so I just left infuriated.

Went to get my tires replaced and got the lowest price with balancing. The owner is nice and takes care. They even have a repair shop and took care of my brakes too. Best price, best service.
