The owner wouldn t honor the lemon buy back on my 2024 AT4 2500 with 7000 miles. Slimey owner and to think I even went out of my way to this dealer. Finance department never got back to my messages over canceling my extended warranty until the 5th day of calling. Only thing that place has going for them is General manager Jimmy is solid. Owner is a penny pusher. Who sales a lemon and doesn t take care of the GM customer who gets the approved buyback from GM. Absolute clownWorst experience I ve ever had with any company by far.

I appreciated the no hassle negotiation. Quick and fair Compromise. Signing process was smooth and done in a timely manner. Delivery of my truck to my doorstep was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated for my work schedule did not allow me to pick up my truck within Dealers hours. Although Mr E Garcia was willing to meet me at any time, again outstanding customer service. Delivery was flawless and the gentleman delivering my truck were friendly and courteous, very pleasant interaction. I am very satisfied from beginning to end.

I was greeted and treated with respect. The service didn t take that long however, while waiting, I was subjected to a light that was going out and it kept flashing and ended up giving me a headache. The woman at the checkout said that they had ordered a new light, but it had not yet come in.

This dealership did not do anything to support our warranty claim when our engine blew up at 30,000 miles on our 2017 GMC Denali Duramax dully while pulling our 5th wheel trailer. They allowed the regional technician to immediately void our warranty because we had installed a bypass oil filter on the engine. They never explained how this filter caused the catastrophic failure of the engine. The dealership replaced the engine which due to Covid part shortages took 6 months. Then they would not release the truck back to us after they did agree to pay for half of the replacement cost of the engine. Our half was $16,000. We ended up suing GM under the California Lemon law act. After 18 months we just finalized an out of court settlement with GM corporate on March 7, 2024. We were not required to sign a NDA so I can now let folks know how badly we were treated by Woodland motors and GM corporate.

Woodland auto repair is actually a 10 Three times now had my car in and each time they excelled!!Even their waiting room is Five Star!!!plus they even have a separate area for parents with children.I honestly can not thank you Woodland Motors enough

The service director Patrick was very thorough, professional and resolved my issue without any hassle. Richard in service kept me informed and communicated during the process. The overall experience was the best I ve had at a dealership. I picked up some accessories in the parts department and they too were great. The turnaround time on my truck was also impressive. I ll continue to use this dealer for any future service needs.

My daughter, and grandson broke down on the weekend while visiting Woodland from Nevada. Our Buick was towed to the dealership in the early morning hours. Marco, in service, contacted me first thing Monday, parts arrived by Wednesday, and my daughter and grandson made it home safely that afternoon. Excellent service, and a genuine concern for the situation the kids were in. I was also impressed with how fast my calls were answered, and how quickly I reached the people I needed to speak with in service. Great job!! Thank you, again!

While traveling on a trip from Seattle to Southern CA, we noticed a whining noise while idling or driving. After attempting to go to other Chevrolet service departments in the Sacramento area without a guarantee of getting it fixed quickly, we made one last inquiry to Woodland Motors where Marco took care of our issue immediately upon arrival and fixed it in the hour promised!!! We couldn t be more happy!

My Sales person Kurt Kaszubinski was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I has all my questions answered. He sent me pictures of the vehicle and recored Video for me as well. Really nice! These guys helped us pick out a car, and made the deal work. No hassles or problems, just good service and assistance. And, the facility is nice. Lots of nice seating in the waiting area. Tons of magazines, TV, snacks. Great environment and people!

I worked with Kurt and Vinny remotely to hold a car as I was down in the Bay Area and could not see it the same day. They did their best to work with me and get me a good price. I am very happy with the customer service provided by these two salesmen and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I found this truck on their website and emailed them I was interested at the price listed they called me said it was a mistake on the price but would honor it so I put down a deposit and drove 50 miles when I got there they told me I couldn t have it at that price and wouldn t make it right! What a waste of time we are a Chevy family but will not buy from woodland ever! If they where honest and said that they couldn t do it in the first place I would have be fine with that

I had scheduled an oil change and had to cancel it and Richard was able to my car in the very day I called rather than rescheduling days or weeks out. I really appreciated it! Richard and the GMC service dept. are the best!

Vishal Vinny was amazing in my purchase process. He made it simple and efficient. He started taking my information so that by the time I got to the dealership, paperwork was printed and ready to sign. I think I spent about a half an hour from signing to leaving. Everyone was very professional and customer friendly.

So I was in the market for a 2019 Sierra to pull my new boat and had visited pretty much every dealership in the Sacramento area. Being that it was late in the model year, it was getting harder and harder to find one I was interested in (i.e. color and features). I eventually found one at another dealership for a really good price, but it was bought out from under me literally minutes before my wife and I could get to the dealership with check in hand. In fact, we watched it leave the lot! Somewhat dejected, I hit the web again and thought hey, what about checking in Woodland? There's a lot of farmers and ranchers out that way so they ought to have a lot of trucks. So I found Woodland Motors website and lo and behold, there was the same exact truck I was going to buy at the other dealer. I contacted Woodland Motors through their website and received a call back from Josh Lohman within minutes. I explained to Josh that I had just missed out on a Sierra at the other dealership, and he told me they could pretty much match the deal I had on the other truck. Also, Josh mentioned that if we were Costco executive members (we are), we would get a $700 gift card as well. This actually made the cost of the vehicle LESS than the one we had missed out on. SOLD! We pretty much handled everything over the phone and by text, and my son and I went to the dealership the following afternoon. We were literally in and out with the new rig in UNDER AN HOUR! While we we there, I mentioned to Josh that I had bought a Tracker bass boat last June, and he said the owner of Woodland Motors also owned West Coast Boat Center, which was where I bought my boat! I had a similarly excellent experience there. Long story short, this was, BY FAR, the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. Judging by the other reviews on Google (a 4.3 rating with 160 reviews), I am not alone in my appreciation. THANKS JOSH AND EVERYONE AT WOODLAND MOTORS!!!
