My 2 experiences have been great. I have AAA insurance and it has been so easy to get the repairs set up. Everyone has been very friendly and knowledgable about the service. No hidden surprises. I really like the text messages about the progress. Highly recommend.

This is not about the body shop in Woodland, but in Red Bluff CA.Great service, they kept the promised schedule, returned the car in great, cleaned and detailed condition, would recommend to others without hesitation. Also they did all communication and negotiations with the involved insurance company. Overall, best experience I can imagine.

They got my car done and fixed in two weeks. They were patient and understanding through the whole process. The Red Bluff shop is the one I went too.

This is the best body shop! They kept me updated the entired time. My insurance was being difficult and delayed the process so much but they still got my car done before the promised finish date. They prioritized my car because they knew I couldn't afford a rental and they made sure my car was done before I had to go back to work. I can not recommend them enough. Oh and my car looks brand new!

My vehicle was rear ended and they were able to get my car looking new again. The customer service was phenomenal. I was updated about the progress during the repairs. When my car was completed, they had washed and detailed in inside of my car. I was not expecting it to be cleaned by all means. I don t know if that s normal but I was very appreciative of it. I have gotten my car fix there before and I can say the service was great the staff is pleasant and friendly the place is clean and the service was fast. My body work I couldn't even tell where the dents was the service was flawless.I'm taking my car back because my front window was broken by a board and it put dents in the front so I trust the work this is why I GOING back Nov for my appointment.

Unfortunately living in Sacramento the last 30 years I have been rear ended in traffic four times! I have a little experience with having our cars fixed. These people are amazing! They got us in right away for an estimate let us know there was some hidden damage that the insurance approved through their efforts and had the car back to us in three days total!!! The end of August my vehicle was rear ended by a distracted driver. I picked Woodland Body Works to complete the repair. The first person I spoke to was Amber. She was super sweet, helpful and answered all my many questions. They were available to give me a quote the very next day and get my vehicle in and serviced within the week. All 3 ladies I ve encountered in the office have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable & above and beyond helpful (they even helped with setting up a rental car!) fantastic automotive and customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people at Woodland Body Works are ver professional. They removed some paint splatter from my vehicle and it only took a couple of days 1 day shorter than their estimate. Not only that but they also removed some from the tailgate of my vehicle where I failed to notice it so it never got put on the estimate. I m so happy they did the job. I had to cars fix by the shop within a month. My first car was my personal car which it got painted really bad the trunk and the the rear quarter panels had some dirt and over spray and also the trunk had some nicks that didn t get fill in before painting. the Color it s not matching and after I received my car I turn in my second vehicle which it got the paint mismatch also. I left a feedback and the person in the shop call me regarding about my feedback she was mad and not worried about my disappoinment about my cars. but then the owner call and he said he wanted to see my vehicles which I did bring both in to the shop the week after. He agree that me personal car was done wrong and he said he was gonna fixed. He pointed all the work that needed to be done specially paint matching the color. They said they were gonna make up to me by even removing a dent that wasn t even cause by the accident which I agree. the manager was supposed to call me which she never did cause she got fired. I waited for a month an half then decided to call, because I have really expensive audio equipment that laying on the house waiting on my car to be fix so I can put it back on. So I call and found out they had forgot about me.then waited 2 more weeks to find out what they we re gonna do to my car and then I was told something diffrent from the new manager from what we had agree after talking to owner. I decided to talk to my insurance hopefully I can get my car fix somewhere else . I will not come back here next time nor my family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was so impressed with Woodland Body Works and their repair program. They communicated directly with my insurance company, a rental car was arranged and dropped off at WBW when I took in my car. Paper work was explained and handled efficiently.I received periodic updates on their progress and had my car back within a few days. Their staff was upbeat, helpful and accommodating of my potential needs.Woodland is fortunate to have such a well managed program in town. Glad they work with Triple A. Thank you all!

Woodland body works I can t say enough good things about this shop. To the women and men in the office, the owner and the people working in the back, you will not find a shop like this. From the very first phone call I made to them, they were super friendly and patient with me, seeing as though I have never filed a collision claim with insurance or had a car repaired. They explained everything, step by step, and followed up along the way throughout the whole process. I scheduled a fender repair with Woodland Body Works and not only were the staff friendly and helpful, they serviced my car and had it ready to pick up when they originally said they would be. Both times we ve used Woodlane Body Works we ve had nothing but positive experiences. They ve taken such good care of my car and have done such a good job of making it look brand new. When I was dealing with insurance after my accident and they determined that the other party was at fault the first question I asked was if I could choose where my car went for repairs and if woodland body works was in their network. Thankfully it was and they did a wonderful job with the repairs. Can t even tell it was damaged. Thanks guys.
