I went to USA Tire in Woodland to get a nail in my tire fixed and they were super kind, quick, and affordable. I was offered freshly brewed coffee and donuts that they had just purchased (the box was still unopened). Yet I only managed to eat half the donut before my car was finished. I got up to pay and the employee suggested I should just relax and finish my donut. A sign of great customer service is someone who can turn an annoying event into a pleasant experience!

5 years ago was coming back from a rapid road trip drove from California to Seattle Washington on my way back one of my tires blew and I had my spair but I had to buy a tire for my 18" rim and it had to be a low pro so after looking for 2 hours came to the place across the street witch only had new tires and wanted $180 couldn't afford it saw this place people here were real humble told them that I had about $100 and needed a tire and enough gas to get home so $40 bucks was the charge so I thank you guys here at USA tires for helping me out in the time of need!!

I had a blowout on I-505 heading north from the Bay Area. After calling a competitor who did not have any tires to fit my car, I was directed to Ali who "would take great care of you" at USA Tires. That's exactly what happened-Ali was kind, professional, and had my car with two new tires, in and out of his shop at astonishing speed. Hands down best auto emergency I've ever experienced. I'm tempted to drive all the way to Woodland in the future when I need tires as I was so impressed. Thank you, Ali and all the guys at USA Tires. I appreciate you.

We had a flat tire an hour into our twelve hour drive and found USA Tires on Google maps. They were so helpful and we were in and out in no time. Their customer service was amazing and their prices were not bad at all.

Recently I was in a financial spot that had me searching for new or used tires at a bargain price. I had spoke with Ali in hopes of finding a decent used set. I also needed an alignment due to having it knocked out via pothole.Ali is upset because I didn't buy the tires from him. 4 new or used. Ties wasn't in my budget and I found 4 almost new tires for $100.00 bucks!I took them to Ali to have them installed. Ali told me that the size 275/65R18 won't fit and will rub.This was his 41 years of experience moment. I don't buy such things without knowing they will fit. I spent several days researching this tire size before making the purchase.I brought the tires back a day or two later and confirmed the fit. Ali installed the tires and hated every minute. Knowing that his 41 years of "experience " didn't make the cut.He sent me on my way with my new tires mounted. Man they look great! But Ali wasn't going to allow me the small victory.One wheel was left just out of balance. 60 mph is about the top speed. I take it back and Ali says they are new tires and need to wear in. Bring it back if it don't go away in a couple of days.Guess what? Didn't go away! So I bring it back. But before I do I hide a small mark behind the wheels that will tell me if my wheels have been removed. Just a few minutes later the work is done and Ali says the tires are dry and cupping. All are balanced correctly. I say nothing to him and walk out to the garage area. An employee is there so I ask him what he thinks. "You obviously need new tires" new tires I ask, "yes these are worn out" "you might need something else" but had no idea what that would be. The tires I bought are very close to new. The wheels never left my vehicle so tell me how did you balance them?Cheat, maybe in most cases you are strait up. Probably not. Check the work they are doing for you. You might be surprised.

The people who work here are so and one guy how I'm assuming is the owner is the kindest soul ever. This is the best customer service I've ever received in my life! And it I can add 5 more stars to his rating I would. The place was also kind enough to have donuts and coffee. I was genuinely surprised because they went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back, I recommend every comes here, and the prices are extremely inexpensive. 10/10

U S.A Tires is simply the BEST yet. One of my tire was a mess, we were recommended to U.S.A tires, and they attented to us promptly, giving us a seat inside, and immediately restored, and replaced the tire with a much better one and reasonable price. There was no stress, no attitude, they were kind, and courteous. I can't say it any better then excellent. They provide excellent , and quality work. The work environment is clean, and inviting, the customer service is excellent. Wonderful people, and excellent work. I would recommend them any day.

Good spot. We got a set of trailer tires for our old beatup trailer and the rims didnt hold air. Had em put some bead seal on affer having cleaned the rim up some (you gotta clean your rim up/standard protocol) they put some bead seal on and we're good to go. In and out easy-peasy.Ask for Ali

USA Tires deserves an A+++They are a pleasure to deal with - they are honest, knowledgeable, efficient and go above and beyond to deliver the highest quality customer service.When I had an unrelated issue that occurred later in the day after buying tires, the owner s nephew drove over to where I was stranded to help me out and give me advice on what to do. And this is for an issue that was not at all USA Tires fault but they still wanted to come by and help me out.The tires are great, but you can get great tires anywhere. What sets USA Tires apart are the people that work there and the leadership team. Reputation is everything in this business and these guys are the very best!

My tire sidewall cracked on the way to work. No other tire center in woodland could order the particular replacement tire within the same day. USA Tires got it within a couple hours! Replaced it, no issues. Also, when I thought I lost my house keys (was a long day), Ali was kind enough to search for them with me. Wonderful, kind people and competent shop that made that crazy day so much easier.

I'm impressed and appreciative of their reasonable rates and prompt service both times I've gone there to have my tires replaced. Coffee and donuts for customers in the waiting area. Great business and highly recommend!

This place is the absolute best. I went in to put some tires on my wife s car because she was driving to Texas and they took me right away. Gave me the best tires for the best price in Woodland. Their customer service is the absolute best. They really care. The owners son is an awesome dude.

DONT BUY TIRES FROM, they sold us used , patched tires from 2013 & 2011 , and claimed they where new, had a blow out with 1 and had to replace the other! Total Ripp off!

I bought my Cooper tires from USA tires. The price was right, and the service was excellent. With the purchase comes free rotations, flat repairs, and pressure checks.

I have been coming here for years and when I do business with people I trust what we agree upon. I am bothered not so much by the price I was given but that the price I was given was not honored. I went to big O tires, happily paid more for a trustworthy service and warranty.

Had a screw in my new tires. Asked them to look at, he came back in and said it's fixed. There were a few people ahead of me. They fixed it quick. Love this place

Amazing guys! My tire blowout on my way to a doctor's appointment and I took my car there. They understood I needed my car changed fast and they handled it fast and politely . I will definitely be back.

As always the owner of usa tires is very nice very helpfull. I needed one used tire for my vehicle the size I need is hard to find sometimes. Usa tires always has one for me I payed forty dollar for the tire five to have it put on a rim. It took less than five minutes to have his part done. The owner walk the wheel out to my car and then I went in to pay. I'm pretty sure in all it took less than ten minutes and I was on my way home. I have been going to usa tires for about five years or so and have not had any problems the owner always goes above and beyond for me and his prices are much lower than others in town or out of town for that matter. I strongly recommend usa tires Inc. to everyone price and quality are top notch so is hospitality.

I am disappointed in their service. I should of never went back since the previous time they have ruined my lug nut caps by jamming a flat head to pop them out when they could of just asked for the key in the trunk or just use a small allen wrench to take them off. I got 4 tires for $500 and the total bill was $780. If I was going to pay that price I would have just went to Les Schwab where I would have got my tires balanced and car alignment for free. They charged me to remove a threaded lug nut and sent me on my way with 3 missing lug nuts. For the price I paid they should of had them but instead I had to make another stop at Auto Zone. They lied and said I had 6 threaded lug nuts that they needed to fix for $20 each. A total of $120 extra on my bill. They damaged my rim and scratched up my rims by working carelessly. No coffee in the waiting room. My car still shakes so since they removed my tires they could have told me what needed to be done but no! They just want you to swipe your credit card so they can go for the next one. Never again will I do business with these guys. It s the Holidays and they are out to rob. BTW don t bother to respond with your repeated same response with your personal email as I have already emailed you twice.

Extremely friendly and respectful. Understood I was financially challenged and managed to put four new tires on my truck within my means. Super fast installation from a very friendly staff. Need tires? This is the place to go.
