Highly recommend Rafael and his team! They installed a 4'' lift and 35s on my 2021 2dr JL. They Jeep looks and drives great, both on and off road. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, including discussing different lift kit options and pictures documenting the building process. I will definitely go with SOS again for future projects!

I have taken my truck in multiple times to their shop for different upgrades and each time I have been impressed. I like how their skill and knowledge base encompasses just about all 4x4 vehicles. The manager Rafael takes his time with you to find the right products for your ride that fits your budget. Even if you not exactly sure what you want, he can help with exploring options.I highly recommend this shop for someone looking to get aftermarket stuff done to their car or truck.

Sacramento Offroad Solutions guys are awesome. They are very down to the ground people, which is very unusual in their field of work.They went above and beyond to install my JL lift kit. Everything went pretty smooth, from the initial planning (Rafael answered all of my questions and suggested some really good solutions), to execution. Only delay was because of the part manufacturer was unable to supply them as promised. However Rafael communicated it to me clearly. Rafeal and Tim are awesome! My Jeep had a bent fron axle housing that needed to be replaced. They fixed multiple issues that they found when swapping in the new axle. Rafeal keep me updated throughout the enitre process. I brought in my axles that had unsatisfactory work done to them and were no condition to be driven with. Tim, Joe and Rapheal are great guys to work with and are completely transparent. They replaced my bearings and seals in both axles and corrected the previous work from another shop. They definitely make you feel like family while your there and would love to bring more work to them. Highly recommend for axle work!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolutely the best crew in the area! Not only was their work completed in a timely and professional manner, but the customer care is next level. The tech Rich is one of the most knowledgeable that I have ever came across and the manager Rafa goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I live in the bay and the 2 hour drive to get my vehicle the best service in the state is absolutely worth it! I have used Sacramento Offroad Solutions to complete a number of enhancements to my Jeep. I am very satisfied with the work done on my AEV Lift-Kit, KC Lite installation, and new 37" tires with new matching wheels. Great shop to work with and highly recommended.

I had SOS install my winch and hardwire my radio and mount some other small. They were knowledgeable, did a clean install, and answered all my other questions with a great deal of knowledge and experience. The guys at S.O.S. are the best! Took my Tacoma in to install new suspension, wheels, and tires and it was the best experience I ve ever had at an auto shop hands down.All the guys are extremely knowledgeable, super communicative, and take the time and effort to make sure things are done right.If you need Offroad work done to your vehicle Sacramento Offroad Solutions is a no brainer!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Such a great group of guys, was traveling from the East Coast to do the Rubicon and can not believe the hospitality we received! Got us right in to do an inspection for some death wobble we were experiencing and can t say enough good things about them. Rafeal is a real ambassador of the off road world, wish I was local to let them do any and all my work.Women, please note that if you have a jeep these are your people, Rafeal s wife s a wheeler and he is very enthusiastic about women being involved and driving their own ride! He engaged my entire family in all the conversations and got my wife enthusiastic about learning to drive also.I seldom feel compelled to write reviews but these guys truly deserve the recognition for the service they provided us as well as a team of jeeps that came from NY I know would agree that they were provided exceptional hospitality and service!

Rafael and crew are the utmost professionals. They took on a huge project with my rig and it came out the other end better than I could have expected. I do most of my own repairs and installs , but I use SOS exclusively for things that are beyond my skillset. They did a great job torquing down bolts on my suspension and aligning my truck! It's been about 6 months since I had gone and everything feels great! Would definitely recommend for lifted trucks and offroad vehicles!
