This is one of my favorite quick quack. They even have floor mat hangers so you can vacuum your floor mats easy

I stopped through here today after a trip to Tahoe that did a number on my van. It was a total mess. I pulled up to the drive through and was quickly helped by Natalie. (Wonderful young lady). She helped me pick the ceramic option. The whole thing was super fast and my car looked great. I may be back for the membership because I was super impressed .

The car-wash drive through is nice and easy. There s a self-clean space you can use to clean the interior of the car. Staff are courteous and well-trained. There s a membership option you can sign-up.

Love this car wash! Been a regular ever since I got a membership a couple months ago and have loved it since! It smells amazing when you come through and I love the seasonal projections on the windshield. Vicky was very nice and provided great service for me.

Their employees are super nice. The only thing is half of the vacuums don t work. I had to wait in a line just to get a spot with vacuums that do work. I had a girl fight with me over a spot because of this issue .To top it off they don t have clean towels because their dryer doesn t work :/

It's ok unless you have a truck. It's great for cars, just does not like bigger trucks. Top half great, everything on the bottom, not so much. It's not a horrible car wash (staff is great by the way) but even maneuvers in the parking lot tell you us truck folks were not first priority.

The car wash was great! Love the vacuum stations with complementary towels. Josiah came over to see how everything was. He was nice, pleasant, and very professional. I will be coming here again.

I paid over $26 for a wash and my grill and hood were still dirty after I went through. This car wash used to have people scrub down your car before you enter the wash, but this service is gone. I complained to one of the young women who checks you in and she told me I should wash my car more often. Well, I can assure you the interaction didn t go well between she and I after her smart a** comment, and I won t be back. Horrible!In response to Quick Quack's reply to my review, I suggest that you lower your prices since you mentioned that you are unable to remove regular road grime from the car. You should consider offering washes that do not exceed the price of $14, as I don't believe your service justifies a price of $26. Your service is more in line with a gas station car wash, which does the same job for much less, and many of them provide vacuum stations as well.

The girl who checked me in was very rude. She asked if I wanted to get the pass, I said no that I had it and couldn t get it cancelled, that I had to cancel my card. She said that her system didn t show that I had a pass. Which fine, just sassy-ness. Then goes on to say you don t wash your car often then looking at my muddy car judgmentally. I responded that I do wash my car, I just don t got there. She smirks and says sure . Meanwhile she doesn t inform me that the vacuum station is not usable. Also, prices are stupid high, $22 for a second tier single wash option!

Great customer service and great equipment. The vacuums work really well to clean the interior. Josiah was great to talk to and offered some nice air fresheners.

Quick and easy in and out. Very friendly staff and I you have a pup with you they will offer a treat for them. Also they have the cutest uniforms I've seen around. Love the experience.

Had driven in some mud that day soo i went through the wash and had to go 2 more times through after the initial since my car was still covered in mud. I wish the employees that spray your windshield before you enter could spray both sides of the car. My passenger side (opposite the side that gets sprayed) wouldn t come clean after 3 washes. I had to scrub it. Then I kept getting irritated looks from the employees because I was there for a bit longer than my 10 minute allotted time for the vacuum. Id go back though. That s why a membership is handy, you can go through the wash as many time as you like.

I am writing this review because how unresponsive the store leader has been at this location. An incident happened back in early March and the store leader told both parties to have the insurance claim adjust to reach out to Jessica Gage.Jessica Gage since has not been responsive to my email and claim adjuster and we requested call back in person. Did not happen.It s frustrating as the car in front rolled back to mine during the car wash. Basically the manager has been MIA during the whole claim process.

Love this place! Everyone here is so friendly, especially Josiah who I met today! Being a member has definitely made me keep my car clean!
