A trusted auto shop is worth its weight in gold and Precision is just that. I have had multiple cars serviced at Precision over the past 20 years. I won t go anywhere else. Carlos and his entire team are such a pleasure to work with. I trust their assessments and timelines on needed repairs and maintenance as well as the quality of their work. They truly are the gold standard.

On my first time here i was very impressed with the service and the courtesy. Dropped off my truck and had a friendly conversation while i waited for my ride. Actual price was less that the quote so i know they are focused on the customer and not price gouging. I will return with all my automotive needs.

They are the best! The only place I will go. It is like going to a friend's house with the girls. Carlos the owner is so nice and makes sure that you are taken care of. I have never had to go back a second time for any problem.

Precision Auto is just the best. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They all go the extra mile. All repairs are thorough and done on time. I have never had any problem with anything they have done. You can't possibly do better than leaving your car care in their hands.

Carlos and his team at Precision Auto have serviced our 3 cars over the last 10 years and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. They are trustworthy, service oriented and really care about their clients. I wouldn't trust my business with anyone ele.

Very pleased with the quality of work performed by the mechanics on my Durango. Office staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Hopefully I do not need another vehicle repair anytime soon, but if I do, I will certainly return to Precision.

I have always enjoyed coming here and the owner is very knowledgeable. I have never felt taken advantage of etc. I recommend this play quite a bit online when people ask on FB etcHowever, today changed that. I got quoted $200!!!! To check my tire sensors. I told them nevermind - to ensure I wasn t just being cheap I called three places while waiting for my oil change. All three said they don t charge to do that and quoted me the replacement price if needed and not my tire pressure.Precision did check my tire pressure and told me I had a nail or something included in my oil change price if $157. (Synthetic)

I left my truck in storage for a year due to back surgery, came back and rats had chewed up all the electric cables. These guys were so backed up but they fit me in because I was on the way back to Alaska and they wanted to help me out. Carlos is a fantastic individual (owner) and the front desk person (Amanda?) was so helpful, detailed, and professional. They have an extensive team of highly trained experts, but they also have the human touch. They drove me to my airbnb, picked me up when I dropped off the rental car, and they were just the best service experience I have had. My car was leaking coolant crazily, called Precision auto care as they're one of the nearest places that repair BMW's. They took my car in and got back to me the same day. They take great care of my car every time I go even though they're busy. Amber and Stephanie are very kind and receptive when I call and come in. I appreciate their service greatly. We had some work done at precision auto care today. We drove from Canada and specifically went to Precision because we trust them and they always do such a great job! Today they put on new front shocks and did a check safety check of the entire truck! 5 star. Carlos & the team are the best! Highly recommend taking your car here. They are great at what they do and take care of their customers. I love the maintenance report they send via text, you can see what work needs attention and so on. They are honest and price for service is affordable. Carlos and his crew are knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help. I always feel like my vehicle is in good hands with them. After an oil change, they send a service report with a summary of the items inspected and what needs to be addressed. The people at Precision are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the post service recommendation emails that let you know what s been fixed, what needs future attention and what s been checked out okay. They try to fit you in ASAP when your vehicle is the only one you have at your disposal. They even delivered our car to our house once when we couldn t logistically pull off picking it up before they closed. They make our lives easier we like that. The office staff were very polite and helpful. They performed a diagnostic on my car and did a really good and careful job and provided a detailed and very competitive estimate for repair. We decided not to repair the car because of its age and mileage. Precision then let me keep the car in their lot while I arranged for donation to a nonprofit. Throughout my interaction with Precision, they were polite, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is expensive than a dealership. I don't think they have real mechanics. Guessing games paid 75$ just for leak inspection and they couldn't able to pin point exactly where it's coming from. They wanted to sell me degreasing plus dye service for leak for additional 110$.That's almost 200$ dollars just for a very minor not important leak. My advise stay with dealership atleast they are specialized on their own brand cars .I asked for for struts, ball joints and wheel bearing inspection but the never did that.They put car on lift remove covers and then put the covers back on.Not recommend at all.Just before me they charged a poor old lady 2000 $ for a job on beat-up 2004 acura mdx. Ridiculous.I am not sure how this place have so many positive reviews.

We have had a really good experience with Precision Auto. We have had to take our Audi in to be repaired twice. Both times the entire staff was very professional, efficient, personable and on top of their game. We are extremely happy with their customer service. They are the only place we will take our vehicles to from here on out. Professional and courteous! The all around inspection is very useful to be made aware in regards to the status of the automobile. Love the shuttle service...just genuinely nice people! Recommended by Josh at Big O Tires as my Prius had an issue with the head gasket/cylinders based upon some diagnostics. Called them and they promptly gave us an estimate and a timeline for completion of work. They performed a confirmatory diagnostic and confirm the head gas and cylinders issue. They called us to let us know their test results. We left the car and within two weeks (estimated timeline was two weeks) we got a call from the Precision team. They offer a 10% AAA discount too. We just got back from driving from Woodland to Visalia and back; ran like prior giving life to an old car...... Thank youService: Engine repair
