When they said Lifetime warranty, the staffs and management are trained to push you away making loads of excuses not to honor your warranty. They made me remove an alternator three times and made me pay the mechanic three times playing us around! Even the mechanic said to them to honor the warranty. it's not rocket science. Will never shop here again.

This O'Reilly has a great friendly staff that turned me on to L.A.B. auto here in Woodland who in turn sent me over to Elite (also here in Woodland) all of whom were great and honest with me and I really feel like they were all trying to get me the beet work at the best price and I will be going back to all the above.

I've been having a terrible time with my battery holding a charge. So I brought it back and Jessica took care of my issue hassle free. With her proffered customer service and knowledge of cars.

We took our used oil and they said " it's full come back next week. The other customer said you can just take their cans and put them in the back. And the idiot said no. Clearly we won't be shopping here again. They rejected us at the door. Not a great business model

Adrian was Beyond helpful, he was hustling to get everyone in and out while still maintaining great customer service and conversation, he s really a valuable asset to your company. I ve been here a few times each a great experience but Adrian is the reason I ll be shopping here first rather then the competition.

Unlike Autozone, these employees don't treat it like a burden if you need them to put new windshield wipers on or help changing a bulb. Great service.UPDATED REVIEW 12/22/21- thank you Issac for the great service today. Went above and beyond trying to help me change a very difficult headlight bulb on my car. I appreciate your help and awesome service

Okay ISAAC is the S@$& !! He helped me with my key Fob it was struggle he even looked up a video on YouTube to help me. At first my key didn t work when he finished. Then he took his time to make sure the second time everything was properly placed correctly and wasn t rushing at all I appreciate his service it was really genuine of him he was great help!

This place really went over and above when it came to customer service. They were friendly, helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and they all showed me something that seems to have sadly been forgotten in most other establishments; manners. And manners is a basic thing that only takes a second to perform if one is thoughtful enough. But I guess its too much of a hassle to teach our kids anymore? I could go on, but I think you get my drift on the subject. Auto parts aren't any fun to buy, but they at least make it bearable at O'Reilly's. Thanks-Ron Iverson.

My grandson had stoped in front of the store since his truck was over heating and then he went inside since he has no knowledge of cars nor trucks and as I said he went for the truck over heating but had told him he needed a new battery which had nothing to do with the truck over heating when the battery was just fine. And it even five seconds later he tried to get a refund but they had dined him from a refund.

People should know that the behind the counter employees are trained to get that extra $$ from each customer. We need to be aware of this pathetic sales strategy. Instead of providing great customer services, and the reason customers return, they choose to steal from us.

Adam peters-If a credit wasnt paid back for a return after 3-5 business days.we gladly would have asked for paperwork and issued you a return same day. Returns do take 3-5 days to issue any longer then you can call and speak with the manager sorry for any inconvenience. If you still feel you did not get the credit please call.

+2 stars for how corporate handled the situationLike I said before, I've had good experiences with O'Reilly in general, so, since this seemed out of character for them, I emailed corporate to see if there was anything they could do so that others didn't share in my experience.They immediately forwarded my message to the regional manager who gave me a call to get the details of my experience so it could be addressed for the future and then insisted on refunding me the purchase price of the rotors I'd bought to sort things out with my car.Original 1 star review follows:Awful customer communication: I needed my brakes done urgently. I called this location to ask if they could turn my rotors and they said that they could, so I drove up (from Davis) only to have them tell me that, despite what I was told on the phone, they couldn't do it at that time because there wasn't anyone there trained in it. I was, however, told that the guy who did it would be in first thing the next morning, so if I came back then, I could get them done. Showed up the following morning only to be told by that guy that he wasn't doing them that day, and I'd need to wait again until the following day. If they had told me from the outset that I'd have to wait two days (as another location did) I might have actually been able to get my car safely usable before the end of the weekend.Just for the record: I've had good experiences with O'Reilly in general, it was just an issue with this location.

Hi Fred Espitia,Im the manager at this facility he asked if the battery would over heat his truck we told him NO but we are not allowed to diagnose vehicles the most we can do it check charging systems and check engine light....so he requested we check because of the "truck was not starting sometimes" it FAILED so he requested a battery and for our help installing it which we did as a courtesy service we love to help. As i stated before we will gladly return the battery he purchased I appoogize if there was any miscommunication on our end.

Unbeknownst to me my car was out of water. I was at the doctor's office and was freaking because my engine light came on. Someone assisted me by adding water and checked my oil. The dip stick has just a teeny bit of oil on the tip and he suggested that I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and no where else and said they would help me.The clerk helped me to get the right type of synthetic oil and even put it in my car for me. The customer service was top notch. Thank you Joshua (From Gridley) for your awesome service!

Everyone eventually has car problems! We also have trouble finding parts! O'reillys has REALLY helped me out quite a bit. I've went through sk many parts finding the rights ones good prices! I dont have to pay to have parts ordered makes a major difference.

Kragen O'Reilly's always has the parts I need and if they don't they'll get them the same day or the next morning. They have one of the best warranties being lifetime on items like alternators, starters and CV axles just to name a few. Also some of the best prices for quality parts. I highly recommend Kragen O'Reilly's for all of your automotive needs.

They either have a parts or can get them in a reasonable amount of time. A can be busy at times but they always make time for each customer and a doesn't feel like they are rushing you.
