My experience at Hoblit Jeep Dealership was nothing short of fantastic! Right from the start, both Mr. Frank Roman, the Internet Sales Manager (handling emails, quotes, and calls), and Mr. Anthony Hernandez (guiding me through the entire sales process at the dealership) were outstanding in their communication. They made sure I was kept informed every step of the way via emails, texts, and calls until I picked up my Jeep Wrangler 4xe! The transparency throughout the entire process was truly refreshing there were no hidden fees or haggles to contend with. Overall, my experience with Hoblit Jeep dealership was not only awesome but also remarkably fast. As a long-time loyal Jeep customer, I anticipate continuing our repeating business relationship. Highly recommended!

I went to the dealership because they are one of the last family owned dealers so I drove from Elk Grove to Woodland only to be scammed and told my jeep was certified service and never been in an accident. I put $15,000 down thinking this is my dream Jeep however within less than a year it has been the Jeep from hell. I have been going back-and-forth to Woodland trying to get the service that I need to repair the Jeep since January in the issues still persist Benjamin in the service center was awesome with his attempts to try and rectify the problems and repairs needed. However, this Jeep should have been inspected and not sold to anyone needing repairs such as head gaskets shocks oil filter kits the engine screws not being bolted down and so many other problems.. I purchased extended warranty, however, I am losing out on work hours and security that I am driving a safe vehicle with my children. Save the drive and don t go to this dealership because obviously they don t care about their customers

We had been looking for a Challenger with specific features for several weeks A suitable car showed up on the Hoblit website. We made an inquiry and were contacted by internet sales manager Justin. We had some questions that we needed answered before making the 2 hour trip to look and drive it with our 7 yo granddaughter in tow. Justin was super responsive in getting us the answers and additional pictures.We made the trip, drove the car. We decided to go to lunch to talk over the purchase where we decided to move forward.Justin and the finance guy(didn't get his name) made the purchase very easy. There was no pressure and several finance options were presented. They were even accommodating of our granddaughter, which we really appreciated. All in all a great experience. And we love the car!

Great team! I had initially bought a challenger but the very next day had buyers remorse because i wanted a charger..spoke to Frank on the phone and him and his finance team manager - Meysam made the switch for me! They were so friendly and accomodating to my needs & wants! They truly are a HASSLE-FREE DEALERSHIP!! I highly recommend this place and if you want an upfront/ no gimmick deal, please ask for Frank Roman!

I bought an awesome Jeep Wrangler from Iran. I love the car, and Iran made the purchase easy and stress-free. He was an all-around great guy to talk to while buying a car. The car ended up having an issue that could get missed in any sales inspection. (nobody can see through steel) Most dealers wouldn't have taken responsibility and left the consumer to deal with it themselves. Especially since I had the car shipped to Utah, they couldn't perform the work needed in their shop. Matt, the used car manager, was excellent, made sure to make things right, and paid a shop here in Utah to perform the work. I'm positive they lost quite a bit of money selling me this car, but it is nice to know there are still honest dealers who care about the consumer's experience.

I bring my car here for warranty work. They do excellent work and are friendly and helpful. They also have a very comfy waiting room. There's a small shop in what I believe to be the parts dept with unique and interesting items.Make sure to get a phone extension number for Benjamin or Blas, this makes it much easier to reach the service department.

Bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. In these days of paying over MSRP, I was pleased to find a dealer that isn't screwing their customers. Daniel and Iran were super helpful and put me in the vehicle I wanted at a payment that was reasonable. The best part was how Iran handled the sale in a manner that was very easy going and not a pressure sale. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I should also mention that from walking onto the lot, to test driving, to negotiation, to financing, to finally driving away in my new Gladiator was less than 2 hours! I've never purchased a vehicle faster!

Excellent experience, the whole team was easy to work with, and I did it all from 2,500 miles away! They even drove the truck to the port in Oakland! I got a killer deal, it was made even better because this was right after COVID and no one had any trucks on the lots. I got the bed sprayed for half of the cost of doing it in Hawaii, too!

Overdelivered to their promise!I had the most incredible experience I could imagine buying my Ram 2500 Limited. TJ was exceptional. I have been following him on YouTube and Facebook for a couple of years and saw the pride and passion he put in to making the car buying experience more pleasurable. Let s face it, we all have that story of a bad deal, a shady car salesman, blah blah blah. Well, let me tell you, this is NOT that experience. This was pleasant, and enjoyable.I went to talk to TJ and he was off for the day, so I went to another dealer to see the Mega Cab that I wanted to check out in person. It was a mistake. The other dealership and sales people created a bad experience. Because of the scarcity of the vehicle I was buying, it required me to order custom. The other dealership was marking an additional $20k over invoice. That made me think I guess that is how it is . Well, not true! TJ and Hoblit did not charge me that markup.I am so pleased with my beautiful custom truck and the exceptional service I received during the entire buying process - from order to delivery. Expected it to take 4-6 months and it took under 2. What a pleasant surprise.Many thanks to my friend TJ and Hoblit.

Was going to pay Hoblit a visit and when I was looking at the inventory online I noticed some very sketchy price gouging on the pricing. These greedy shysters adding $5000 to $20000 on top of msrp. Never will ever buy from a price gouging sleazy business like this. I pulled other dealers off the list of who to for the same reason. Hope you sleaze bags saved up your gouge cash because I expect you will be heading in the toilet very soonAdding to this because I couldn't respond to your response. This week you have $5000 add ons for your overpriced hellcats. Two weeks ago you had slapped $20000 add on for a hell cat then listed $17000 in factory incentives. So basically you denied the consumer to obtain those incentives. Seriously, the cars are already overpriced at $75000 to $90000 and $20000 in add on. Even $5000 is obscene.

Frank Roman is by far one of the most patient men I ve ever met. We roll through with the whole family and set up shop on his desk. Pure chaos. We have a vision and a price range. This man spent the better part of 11 hours making both align. My wife likes detailed explanations and my 7y daughter has the energy of a tweeker fresh out of rehab and running. Not once did any of the Hoblit crew give us the stink eye and my wifes questions were answered in detail.Top notch establishment. Top shelf crew.If you ask for Frank Roman i can guarantee you will be pleased with your experience as im sure you would be with any other sales associate there.F Bomb!!!!! You keep the dream alive brother.

After looking at trucks online for several months, I decided to make the hour drive to Hoblit Ram. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an older gentleman. When asked what I was looking for, two of the three trucks he knew to be sold. Went inside with him to look up the third. He told me it was available in the computer but went no further with me. However, I did ask if I may walk the lot and look for it myself. He replied, knock yourself out. While walking the lot and not locating the truck, same said gentleman walked by me never saying a word to me about my quest. Continued walk and passed another salesman which bypassed me and went to another couple.My conclusion to the events that took place.I am younger and covered in tattoos.What they don t realize.They will now receive bad publicity. I will not buy a truck from them. I have $20k to put down, make $6-7k a week (Probably much more than any one of the salesman there) and have an almost 800 credit score.Could have been an easy transaction.After reading other reviews, it doesn t appear they care about customer service.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our used Dodge Ram at Hoblit. TJ was our salesman and he was great; very responsive to our inquiries about the vehicle without being a pushy sales guy.The purchasing process was very smooth; we also received an excellent finance deal. We drove out in our truck the same day. We will absolutely come here for purchasing vehicles in the future.

The internet brought me, but Naveed made me a satisfied customer. I live 45 minutes away, so I gave this guy 3 chances to stop me from coming. I told him what I wanted and he promised me that he would take good care of me. Sadly I didn't like what I came for, but he helped me find something even better. Naveed you are the man! Bought a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from the internet car salesman, Daniel (Danny) Gigena, who made the experience the best I ve ever had. I ve purchased new cars from BMW, Toyota, Honda, and Chevy dealerships before, but this was a far superior experience. We talked about the price online then arranged a time to come in, over the phone, Danny was incredibly responsive the whole way through. This guy works hard all day long, for you. We were in and out in just about an hour, just like he said.I would recommend this dealership, the honest people there, and above all Danny (5/5 stars to him). He went above and beyond every time to get things done, no bs. Even when we didn t show up on time, he was flexible. I wouldn t recommend any other dealership in NorCal, just this one. It may not look much on the outside, but the people inside is what matters. They are the BEST! Staff is friendly, atmosphere is laid back, and the prices are great. I emailed nearly every single dealership in the bay area and noticed that this dealership doesn t BS you. Buy from them is my only recommendation.

I have to say after shopping around multiple dealerships, purchasing my new RAM was a very pleasant experience. I contacted TJ online and the response was immediate. By the way it was after hours and still got a response. After that he asked what I was looking for and recommended a truck they had in their inventory. I had many questions that were answered very promptly. I made an appointment and all the staff were very accommodating while I waited for TJ to arrive. I was early to the appointment. The purchase process was smooth an friendly. They advertise no pressure, no hassle, and that was the exact experience I had. Purchased a new truck and there were some small issues with the detail department. My trade was cleaner than what I drove off with. Not a big deal but washed the truck when I got home. My experience was top notch and I definitely recommend. Thank You Hoblit RAM!

Just bought my new car a month ago from TJ Blackwell and he was awesome. When we got there he was busy with another customer but still took his time with us and made the process super easy. He even had us go home as we waited for the finance department to get to us. Since leaving with my car he has checked in more than once to make sure everything was still good with us and our car. We will definitely use him again and refer him to friends and family who are in the market for a new car! If you are in the market just ask for TJ!

Even Sandy picked up an over charge with my DMV paperwork and I'll get a bit of a refund. So glad you guys cross yours T's and dot your I's. Brought my Jeep vehicle to a Jeep dealer for expert Jeep service.my experience:I brought the Jeep to Hoblit Service for a coolant leak. Blaz was my Service Advisor and he recommended a HD aftermarket radiator which would take a week to arrive. Blaz referred me to a nearby car rental agency while Jeep was in the shop awaiting repair.A day later and trying to be efficient by using the waiting period to service other routine maintenance items, I called Blaz and asked if they could also complete:-transmission service (fluid)-tranferscase and axles service (fluids)Blaz said yes and phoned a couple days later recommending also servicing:-Rear Main Seal-power steering fluid service-brake line fluid servicesThough my driveway indicated zero oil leaks I agreed to his recommendation. In fact I was happy my Jeep was going to have literally every fluid changed and applaud the thorough recommendation; my Jeep nearing 20 years is well, to use Blaz s words, spotless. And so, the plan was:-service ALL FLUIDS-REPLACE THE REAR MAIN SEAL-install new RADIATOR.RADIATOR(aftermarket) and REAR MAIN SEAL(OEM MOPAR), out of stock and several weeks elapsed while I incurred rental car costs.After paying about $400ish+ in rental fees, Blaz offered me the use of a loaner car(free) for the last week. I graciously accepted and returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas(received the loaner with half tank of fuel).On pickup day Blaz was busy so an employee by the name of Regin took my ticket and processed the transaction $3500-3900 and said, there ya go, here s your keys. I don t have my receipt in front of me as I write this but it was in that range.Isn t it usual and customary to go over the 3 page receipt to affirm the complex and numerous itemized repairs? Nope, not the case here. Enough with my old fashion values. Yes, Dealer shop rates are higher BUT I left thinking my Jeep was serviced by JEEP EXPERTS and that I wouldn t need similar services for another 100k miles and that I could hop in and drive with confidence to New York right?Wrong. The very next day I noticed oil spots on my driveway and also the parking space at work. Just to reiterate, prior to any repairs there were none chassis, engine bay, interior/exterior kept clean as a whistle but now there was oil dripping on the ground at the rate of about 1tbsp per hour.I thought the oil might ve been just excessive spillage during repairs and hoped it would burn off but the leak worsened and I called Blaz after a week. He asked that I return the Jeep and that I would again need to rent a car BUT THAT HE WOULD REFUND THAT RENTAL COST.At the shop, Blaz asked that I show the mechanic the leak which I did; the leak seemed to drip from the area where the transmission meets the engine (rear main seal location). This is when my frustration was compounded exponentially.While the mechanic and I were under my Jeep, I asked if the the leak could be from the Transfercase? He responded, what? No why? I said, maybe something s loose after the 4x4 Service. Again the mechanic responded, no, I never touched the transfercase; nobody said anything to me about changing those fluids so the new Rear Main Seal must ve failed. Worth noting that my receipt indicated 4x4 service (transfercase and axles serviced) at about $700. Very frustrated and I left to get rental car again.Blaz phoned a week later that the oil leak was a defective auto parts store-sourced aftermarket Rear Main Seal as opposed to a Mopar/OEM seal that had been on back order, and that my Jeep was ready.I returned rental car and paid $222 before picking up my Jeep again from Regin. I asked her about rental reimbursement and I quote, don t worry, I ll take care of you, as she trained a new employee and I left thinking that meant refund via USPS. I returned several weeks later to ask that and she responded, I never said that. SMHIn summary, 2 years later the Jeep s at another shop to fix new radiator. $4200ish Hoblit experience n zero confidence all services completed.
