I just needed some basic repairs on my jeep and the guys over here did a great job at a great price.Honesty is a big deal to me in an industry that is so entwined with the frequency and will to rip people off but that was not the case here.Even if they were more expensive than I was expecting the piece of mind to be able to trust someone this day and age is priceless. They are trustworthy.Thanks Omar and co. Great job!

Worse place to get your lift or anything done. I had my life done last year and everything was good until I started hearing a ticking noise. Brought it in for the retorque after 500 miles and they said that should fix it but it didn't so then I Brought it in again in early Dec of 2023 for the noise all he did was "retorqued" it AGAIN but guess what it didn't fix it and then mid December I was driving back home with my kids and my truck does a hard brake out of nowhere and it wouldn't move foward. Just to find out that they forgot to put one of the bolts in the caliper. Even after doing retorques TWICE. I was lucky nothing major happened to me and kids. But that's not it now I've been waiting for 5 months for them to be able to get me a rim replacement which I stay have not gotten! I'm being extra nice and giving them time but I am getting frustrated and might have to start taking other actions. So if you want to avoid this issues I would honestly recommend going else where and do your research!!

This place has a really really huge variety of rims and tires to choose from i went there to get 18 inch rims and the owner was beyond helpful and the staff is really friendly. I went back 6 months later and got another set of rims and tires for my other car. I would 10/10 recommend!

First off I want to start with. All the negative comments I can almost guarantee they re false. Jr took care of me and my truck to the fullest. He was honest he returned calls he was very professional. I m from Sacramento and I will go all the way to Elite for ALL MY future trucks. 100% more the happy.

By far the worst place I ever been for anything. Customer service sucks. Took 5 months to get a lift in. Even though they will tell u it will be in next week the entire time. I been to prisons with better customer service. True story. Dropped my truck off for an appointment a week and a half ago. Still no call

I placed an order for a lift, tires and rims over 3 months ago. I can't get ahold of the owner JR or the manger Mo. I was told various times "next week it should be in". Now no one is answering the phone and Im out $10k.

I pieced together exactly what I wanted to do to my 2020 Ram 2500 and turned to Elite for tires and installation. the truck turned out better than I could have asked for.all the guys were knowledgeable and good to deal with. I'll definitely be going back.

Great work but customer service was lacking. Service manager did not call to tell me parts were in . I had to call store. When I arrived for my appointment he had no idea I was coming and had to reschedule for the next day. I asked for a discount on the job, he said he'd work something out. When the job was completed, he was nowhere to be found.

Horrible customer service. Felt very rushed. Told an alignment was done and was a lie. Car handles worse than before. It was so bad the next week I had to take it to another shop for an alignment. It was definitely not aligned as the new shop supplied with the alignment paperwork and it was not in specs. . Refused to fix a broken lug nut. Was charged 100 to change two tires. What a rip off. I highly recommend everyone stay away from them. I will not be going back.

Went all over town to get an alignment on my lowered cadillac cts-v and only elite motorsports had the inground rack and got me in last minute, gave me a great deal and I was in and out in less then 30 mins. I highly recommend this place for tires, wheels, or alignments.

Elite Motorsports installed a 3 inch lift and a front alignment on my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. They did an excellent job and the truck handles better than stock. They give the best prices in town. I dealt with Junior and he was very professional, pleasant, and upfront.

I was happy I got a good deal with rims and tires from them but then turns out they left my tires unbalanced for my pick up- then when I went to get them balanced, I left my truck there all day and didn t hear from them, so I took it upon myself to go and ask and my truck was still in the back untouched yet they claimed they did something. Very bad experience since my tires were dramatically wrong. Laziness and unprofessionalism for sure!!

Everyone is saying about ELITE MOTORSPORTS is a bad place to get your truck service or repair That s not true ELITE MOTORSPORTS is the best place in town the Owner is like my brother we never had any problems with them so all of u guys posting comments about ELITE MOTORSPORTS isn t true because they always fixes any issues u have Babar Ghaffar he will make customers happy and will give u discount on tires and wheels or parts I know the owner of long time he is like my very close family. Junior brother don t worry what people say about your business keep up the good work u do brother don t worry I will help u out my buddy.This place needs 5 star review best place to get your truck done. I recommended people to go here.I also recommend TIRES 4 LESS a 5 star And also USA Tires Inc (Woodland, CA) they are the best place as well 5 star All 3 of these companies are the bestIn woodland CA

After shopping around I finally found this awesome shop. Well worth the hour drive to come here. Junior, the owner, knows his business, the prices are better than anywhere else and the service is very good. I ve bought tire, wheels and had my F-150 lifted here.It really pays to shop around, I got tired of the boutique off road shops, their prices and attitude. Really glad I found Elite.

I had a shock go bad under warranty they supposed to order a new one they try to give me a used as a new one and grinded the ends off to make it fit. Dont under stand why would you even try to do that just say we forgot to order it and not try to screw some one over like that

Back a couple of months ago i was in need of new tires and rims on my honda civic. I've seen the place in passing and wanted to see what they had going on. The name implies curiosity for me.Being that the past year has been rough for many businesses i opted out of just ordering from my online sources and chose to use local business for the much needed repairs that I needed.Driving on the LYFT and UBER platforms puts a ton stress on your car and it can be hard to keep up with everything. Needless to say the car needed some love. While i was there they helped find some decent rims and great tires that i love today. They are very professional and i can have a lot of questions and can be pretty indecisive too, so to maintain that professional composure is hard but they were and are very good at that.Thats when i decided to address my suspension and i have asked around Woodland at certain businesses just to get a feel of how they operate, only to find that most don't care to treat you like a paying customer. Even when asked if they could install my suspension for top dollar i got the cold shoulder. I could be standing their with cash in hand and they were still skeptical . Not at Elite motor sports though.I was pleased with the first job they did and so i asked if they would be willing to install a suspension kit in my car, they didn't hesitate in saying yeah. Other places turned me away which blew my mind. I don't need to do business here in our area, but i took this path and im glad i did at least with these guys.The suspension has taken some time to get and thats understandable, I've called i dont know how many times asking when they might have it and every time they are professional in answering and not bugged at least on the call haha, but the thing that gets me here and will be what brings me back again and again is that when a situation came up were i needed some of the work done that would be done on the suspension install (camber ) before a long trip i was taking... they got me right in and done before i had to leave.I appreciate that more than you know, and out of all the work i've had done to my car in our area this place has been on another level than any other experience i've had around woodland. Ill be even happier when its all said a done i have no doubt. I'm glad i gave them a shot and not let the other experiences ive had around here carry over. I suggest stopping in if you have been like me curious about the place...Thanks,K.C

I purchased 4 tires at once because I had the money to do it, and the tires they took off were not in bad shape but they didn't even suggest I take them home with me, luckily I asked for 2 of them tires before I drove off the property...food thing I did that, somehow I managed to get a flat on the way home that day, I call them and i tell them and they didn't seem particularly caring or not caring they 1ere closed on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday I had to go get one of the tires I kepted and had it mounted and put on my rim. That tire too popped soo I had to use my spare, on Monday they didn't replace my tire for free or warranty it, I had to buy another tire, ,,

I would seriously caution you to put your money elsewhere we ordered parts In July they took $2700 from us told us they shipped our parts even gave us a tracking number... they never did ship the parts and here it is November so we came to their business and stand at their door to get our parts or our money. They did not have all our parts orderd ?? no calls ,shoddy service, no follow though not a professional shop.. not trustworthy. .. mannager lied repeatedly said he shipped our 2700. Order. Never did.

I had taken my truck here a couple weeks ago to Get an alignment done on my lifted truck an fix a broken torsion bar bolt. I specifically asked them to shake down the truck and make sure that it was safe to drive on the road because I had a long drive home it was towed there because the suspension was just redone with new a arms an needed an alignment. I understand I didn't spend thousands of dollars with them getting a lift kit or wheels through them but business is business. They fixed the bolt but whoever did it cranked the bolt all the way up an maxed out my a arm on that side. My truck was sitting over a inch taller on the passenger side then the driver side which completly eliminated the alignment that they did. When I did go to pick up my truck I asked If they had shaken the truck down as I asked when I dropped it off an he told me no they didnt! I don't really understand why no one drove the truck or inspected the work after it was done. Needless to say I was less than satisfied with my experience.

Once my lift was installed. I asked to have my steering aligned. Was told not to worry if steering was off they would fix during the re torque of the lift. During checkout I asked to have a dual steering stabilizer and brace installed. He mentioned that they would need to be ordered and I would have to come back the next weekend to have the lift re torqued, so he would order parts and install then. I came back the next weekend to be run off and told to come back the following weekend. So I can back after He retorque my steering was even more off I asked to have it corrects and was told it was because I didn t have a dual steering stabilizer( btw the parts were not ordered 2weeks at this point) was told they were backordered yet showed in stock on website.I left instantly( a dual steering stabilzer has nothing to wheel alignment in terms of your steering wheel being straight.I wouldn t recommend this place unless you want your brand new truck to have problems and get the runaround when trying to get work done. Once they get your money you become nothing. I was ready to order quite a bit more parts ( over 5k) I will now drive further to 4wheel parts because they corrected the problems I should of never had.8-12-18Update: felt a weird vibration in my steering wheel, crawled under and found the jam nuts on my trailing arm completely loose(could spin with my fingers).
