This is by far the most wonderful company to work with for repairs that I have ever encountered. Fast and friendly service and easy to communicate with. My glass was repaired expertly. I will never use anyone else for windshield repair or replacement! Thank you Dove Autoglass!

prior to scheduling an appointment, I called every auto glass repair shop in woodland for a quote and all of them wanted to charge me $300+ but Auto glass quoted me $250. not only was scheduling the appointment on their website super fast and easy, but they re also remote! they came to my home and took them about 45 mins to finish! they were super friendly and helpful. definitely recommend if you re looking for a fast, affordable and reliable windshield repair service :)

These guys were fast and thorough. While not the absolute cheapest(just a bit more than than the lowest quote I got) they had lots of good reviews(which means a lot in my decision) and I can add to their list of 5 star reviews. Didn't come out due to rain, which is fine, but no one notified me. Second time they came out, they had the wrong glass. Third time, installed proper glass. It went smoothly. The installed window fell of the track, and I scheduled repair only for them to not show up.

After a break in, i used Dove s Auto Glass. Their prices were reasonable. I had a bad experience with them regarding an insurance claim. They weren t being honest regarding tinting.Anyways, what prompted me to write this review was due the incorrect installment.When they came out to clean and install the window, they claimed that my Window s regulator broke an hour after messing with my car. It will cost an extra hundred.Ok, i guess i need it right?Days later, they came and installed the regulator and the window. This is when my car started acting up.First a message popped up roll driver s window up and down would not go away. The driver s door would NOT lock when I pressed the locking button on my keys. At this point I was upset due to the experience I had with them regarding my car insurance. So i ignored it for a while, and manually locked my driver s door. They also did NOT clean the glass inside the door. Every time I closed the door, I heard shattered glass. So weeks later, I took it to a mechanic to clean it out properly. He showed me how easy it was to clean it with the RIGHT vacuum attachments.A year & $3k later, the authorized Chevy dealership fixed the locking security issue on my driver door. It was a pain and very costly to diagnose it. The regulator they installed was causing the module to lose it s memory & codes to pop up. Seemed like it was an after market regulator.Their techs seem inexperience and feel like they used my car to practice. Would not recommend.Service: Glass installation

I was looking for a auto glass company that had experience with classic vehicles as I needed my windshield seal replaced. Dove is knowledgeable and has glass techs with experience in classic auto glass.( Jimmy was my tech). I asked if they could come to my location and remove the glass and return at a later date to reinstall with a new seal that I would provide.They had no problems with all my requests and were super friendly on every level of this job. They did a pre fit check on the new gasket/seal & I was able to do the restoration repairs around the windshield frame area before they reinstalled the glass.I will be doing future business with them and highly recommend them for all your auto glass needs. I had a great experience with Dove Auto Glass. I had contacted another company in Woodland and they were asking double the price for a new windshield! I called this place and they sent someone out the next day. The price was great! He also gave me a discount because they were a little late getting to my house. They have good customer service and very professional. I would definitely use them again and they come highly recommended.

If you re looking to replace or fix your windshield then stop searching and choose Dove Auto Glass. Kenny is by far one of the best in the business and his quality of workmanship is amazing. I had a rock hit my Tesla Model S at the end of my windshield resulting in an immediate line crack. I didn t even bother calling Safelite and had to recall Dove Auto Glass because they fixed my windshield for my other car 6-7 years ago when I saw their pop up tent near Target in Woodland. They did such a great job that I knew that I was going to use them again if I ever got to the chance to again. Fast forward to now and I stayed true to my word. You won t regret it at all. I loved everything until the weather turned I lost the name of business and need to discuss with them about the fact that my windshield has a lot of condensation going on compared to my original windshield. Please reach out as this was the only reason I put this at a 4* will be adjusted to 5* once we talk. As a follow up these guys came through and delivered in amazing fashion I would give them 20* out of five if I could. Great work at connecting with your clients

I worked with both Kenny and Robert to get my windshield replaced. Both were amazing to work with. There was a slight hiccup because my new windshield was damaged but they were able to get a new one the same day and they came out to my workplace to replace. I have already told all my coworkers - I highly recommend. Excellent service and the best price I could find.

Dove Auto Glass. Awesome service! Awesome price! I checked around for pricing and Dove beat everyone else! Called one afternoon and the next morning I had a new windshield! I've called numerous windshield repair companies and they've all quoted me anywhere from $440-$320. As soon as I called Dove windshield repair they offered to fix it for $266 and they will come to my car and repair it. Kenny was super professional and they scheduled me an appointment for the very next day. I am very grateful because my insurance won't cover it so I have to pay out of pocket and I feel that Dove is by far the most affordable and professional!!! Thank you guys!!!

The service was great. Had a chip in my windshield and they came out and fixed it within the hour. Also assisted on getting a claim set up to replace our other vehicles windshield. Would happily use them again.

On the first windshield they installed they stripped multiple screws, left parts of my van UNDER my vehicle, and cracked the new windshield in the last 5 minutes of the job. It s easy to give a high rating when everything goes as planned. However, I believe how a company handles honest mistakes is indicative of how a business is operated. We started off on the wrong foot, but Dove auto glass corrected the issue and did right by the customer. Additionally, good workmanship and being a mobile service are reasons why I highly recommend using their services.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I actually had an appointment scheduled with safelite (a worldwide company) who had me waiting for weeks to order the glass for my 2009 Ford Focus, thank god I ran across Dove Auto Glass & they got my window installed the day after I called them...thank you so much, keep doing what your doing

This was the worst experience ever getting the windshield replaced on my wife s Mercedes Benz. They sliced the windshield wiper fluid line and then refused to pay for the $500 repair. Do not take any car you value to this place.

I tried calling for an estimate to fix a window that is stuck in the door. My mom lives in Marysville and I live in Sacramento and I would like to have her window repaired. The man who answered the phone repeatedly talked over me, would not answer my questions, and didn't listen to the issue we have. In the end when I asked him to listen so I could explain what I needed, he hung up on me.

Great experience! I had no idea how to proceed and the fact they answered the phone on the weekend was a true blessing! Hopefully won't have to use them again but definitely only ones I will call if I do need them!
