Was told that it would take 1.5 hrs for tire installation. Took two hours before they even pulled the car into the bay. By then I was tired of waiting and my groceries were getting warm. I had them pull my car around and got a refund. It should never take two hours to start on a vehicle with an appointment. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service and DO NOT RECOMMEND.Took car to Les Schwab Tire and was taken care of asap.

Economical. Work can taken a while, there are a few Starbucks nearby to hang out during the wait. Nice people. They stock tires and batteries but not for every make/model car.

Multiple people waiting over 2 hours for their cars to be pulled in for tire change. Assistant store manager was not helpful. My recommendation is to go elsewhere for your tire service.

The tire center isn't worth the wait. It doesn't matter whether you make an appointment or not they'll take hours for even the simplest of service. I just needed a patch in one tire but made an appointment anyway. I figured I could do my shopping and it would be done by the time I was finished checking out. Nope, it took an hour and 45 minutes for what I was told upfront was a 30 minute job. The Costco warehouse is great but that quality does not carry over to the tire center.

Even with an appointment it has taken 2 hours so far to repair 1 tire and check the tire sensors and we are still waiting. When we dropped it off, we were told that it could be 60-90 minutes and when we inquired why so long (have heard others have long waits here) it was explained to me that walk ins could be put in front of me even though we had an appointment. We may have to go back to purchasing my tires elsewhere, like America's Tire where the customer service is much better and faster. This is not the typical level of customer service that we are used to with Costco.

Terrible customer service, you can tell they don t love their jobs ! Les Schwab in Woodland has better customer service and shorter wait times. Costco has gone downhill, not worth and not renewing my membership. Food quality has increased my use of tuna for heartburn! Highly recommend Les Swab! I was in and out in 30mins. Nice waiting area too! On a Friday!

Horribly mismanaged and constantly lied about the estimate of how long my service would take, I had an appointmentfor noon and I spent 5 hours sitting in the entrance just for a tire change. wouldn t been a problem for me I thought it was just a one time thing, but someone in my family just went again with a 3:00 PM appointment and was told it would take until 8:30 PM. costco is nice but their tire center is horrendous.

Based on the bad reviews, I wasn't going to call them for a new set of tires. But thought why not. I was given confusing price over the phone, so finally I asked for the price of 4 tires without fees and taxes, so just tires and labor, the person said "I don't know, you will have to write them out", essentially he was done helping me. With that attitude, not going there.

Ordered tires to Costco Tire Center, but when I arrived, they said they could not remove my old lug nuts because they were "swollen", and I should go to a real tire shop to have them removed. Cancelled the order, and getting tires somewhere they can actually install the tires!

They try to upsell you hard. They had told me my chrome plated lug nuts could not be serviced on saying they are swelling and amongst other things. However that is not the case, clearly the manager has poor training ability, attitude reflects leadership. These people had a forced nice attitude, and that changed once I found out they tried to get me to buy lugnuts when I had a perfectly good set. Do not under any circumstances listen to this unprofessional people. Their specialty is tires, and only tires. They no nothing more even though they claim they will, I've been a tire tech myself and they do not. I repeat DO NOT teach you anymore than you need to. Good warranty on tires, however terrible service and the manager could only make excuses, extremely pathetic and unprofessional.

I tried to go in to get one tire because I had a tire that needed replacing, they told me I had to purchase two they would not just sell me one, and so I sat there for almost 2 hours and waited for them to tell me they couldn't do it because my lug nuts were stripped. After that I took it to Les Schwab, they sold me one tire, and they told me that my lug nuts were fine. Definitely won't ever go there again. Learned my lesson!

I got a flat tire and rolled in 1hr before close last Friday. George helped me get it fixed quickly and saved my weekend! He even stayed after closing time to help me troubleshoot a dash light that wouldnt turn off!

Plan on waiting 4+ hours for 2 tires. Appointments are booked out for 2+ weeks. Not worth the savings. Go to American Tire. Faster service at the same price.

Forget the other lower star ratings and reviews. Compared to other tire services i've been to in the Sac area, this one has excellent service and prices to REPLACE your tires. Just make you plan your day properly and canvas price points from other vendors (consumer's due diligence).PROs:-Saturdays / Sundays are first come first serve opening @ 9AM-Appointments required Mon-Fri-Depending on your purchase, free tire rotations service-Free tire nitrogen fill up ANYTIME, just park near the garage door and ask for service. The best time is during the wind down in the evenings.CONs:-Be forewarned, experienced customers line up @ 8:30AM or earlier depending on the promo (it's almost like mini black fri)Advice:Don't be a moron and walk in at your convenience when the sun shines on your face when you wake up and expect them to bow your heels and part the sea for you. I wouldn't tow your car here or come in with a plug-in kit expecting immediate service since it's extremely busy. Take it to another experienced vendor geared towards tire repair. This is one of those places to co-ordinate your time and purchases carefully.-Rott

First in line and my car is still parked outside 1 hour later. Apparently there was an appointment ahead of me. They have four service stations and only one is open.It is now 12:45 (3 hours later) and I m still waiting on my car just for a tire rotation.

Be prepared to wait a long time (like, hours). Also, their warranties are worthless, so don t include that in any kind of comparison to other places-they ll stiff you, even if they have the decency to act sorry about it.

Just to start I've been a Costco tire customer for years I picked up a screw in fortbrag ca couldn't find a tire repair shop that was open on a holiday and I can't drive 180 miles home on a donut so I bought a plug kit and installed a plug went to Costco next day was told that they could not fix the tire me plugging it voided the warranty not going back to Costco tire center
