We recently replaced a large picture window and Sameer was wonderful to work with. I called several companies and Sameer was the only one who actually came out to look at our window and discuss options. His bid was equal to the other companies. The glass was ordered and installed within a week--much faster than I expected! He also noticed several screens that needed repair (they had been on my to-do list for a while, but never made it to the top). I am very grateful for his efficient process, great communication and attention to detail. He will be my go-to glass and screen guy from now on.

Where other companies told me i had to replace a minimum amount of windows for them to come out to give me a quote, City Wide came out, quickly sent the quote and installed new windows in a professional manner. I m very satisfied with my windows and so happy we found someone local to provide us the service we were expecting.

This business really took care of us. They were able to come to the home quickly to assess the glass needing to be replaced and worked with my busy schedule. They were professional, kind and helpful and the end result was beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Great service! One of our windows broke, City Wide responded to our call in less than an hour, they were at our house within minutes, replaced the window quickly... and in the rain! Kind, friendly, professional, affordable and efficient. We highly recommend them for any sized job!

Excellent service! Installed a custom window entrance for our dog, and even painted the woodwork to match both the interior and exterior of the house. Incredibly knowledgable, responsive and super helpful. Amazing value without compromising any quality, would highly recommend!

Somone broke a window of my small rental unit, which is over 100 years old. I called City Wide Glass and got an immediate response. The technician came out the same day, did measurements, and returned the next day with new glass and a complete repair. Highly professional and friendly, too.

Woodland glass the best! We were burglarizedAnd our glass to our sliding was going to take a few days to arrive. So the owner went out his way to put plywood in the mean time for us! Thats what i call excellent customer care! Who does that now days everthing is about money.I can tell you this, they will always have my business from now on. I will recommend them to all my friends! Thanks again!

Worst customer service called them weeks ago to come out and they said that they would measure it and order it the next day two to three weeks go by with them not picking up any of my phone calls and when they finally do they say they're just now gonna go measure. Do not recommend
