The Woodland Big O Tires location is great. The long time owners are Woodland here. Daniel the service writer was able to get me set up with some tires. They have a good alignment machine. They are very knowledgable and want to keep you going on the road for years to come. Quality service. Check them out.

I want to say that Big O tires is a stellar place to go. I went for an oil change but had the time wrong. Jenna helped me and worked me in within an hour. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about my questions. Even though they were busy, she was able to get me in. Highly recommend this establishment

I want to commend the entire staff at Big O Tires. In particular, Mason who coordinated the removal of my tire and attempted patching and eventual appointment and purchase at another tire store. He searched around tire stores to locate a tire needed for my Tesla, which required a special size they didn't have in stock. He called numerous tire stores and located one and made arrangements for me to get it replaced. I drove to the store he located and had it promptly replaced. I was traveling from AZ to Oregon and needed it repaired asap. Mason is a "straight shooter" with excellent customer service.Written for Ken, Chandler, AZ.

In Woodland CA. Or a small out of town drive to this particular Big O would be well worth it. The owner Josh and all his staff are amazing. If your current shop: oil change, maintenance, tires, alignment is making you frustrated.... This is your shot(chance) to change. Why not Big O tires W. Main Street woodland CA. You will not be disappointed. You can thank me later.

I came here to get new tires, and they provided me with new tires. They did advise me I needed other work done, and gave me a quote. After looking into my options I decided not to have the work done here because of the high cost. The employee on the phone became rather aggressive with me and talked about how as a mom I should do the repairs to the car. It just seemed a bit out of pocket but my tires are fine.

SHOUTOUT TO THIS BIG O!!!! I needed something tightened under my hood & stopped by on a whim to see if they could fix it. The woman with the blonde hair at the front desk was so kind to let me pull right in to take a look. Josh the technician fixed my issue in minutes & even took the time to correct a few other things he saw. On top of all this I eventually realized they were about to close!!! I appreciated this so much, I m a young gal living 2 hours away from her dad & the staff here made me feel so welcome & taken care of. I will surely be coming here for any future car troubles. Thank you!!!

I am very happy with my recent purchase of new tires and repairs at the Big O Tires in Woodland. Genna McGinty did an excellent job explaining in detail about my car repair needs at at no time did she pressure me to buy anything I didn't want to buy. In addition, my car was done when they promised me it would be done. I highly recommend this place.

Haven't had great experiences here. I have oil all over my driveway now due to a family member going here and Big O forgetting to tighten the oil filter. :(

Once again Josh and his incredible crew took my 2005 suburban with 170000 miles and made it handle like new, noticed problems and brought them to my attention, great bunch of people, it's like I now have my new burban back,

I had a flat that was unrepairable. They saw me same day and replaced tires in a timely fashion. Price was comparable to other places. Owner drove me home and picked me up while they repaired, super nice guy. Two months later, get a flat in a different tire, not one they replaced. Dropped it off in the morning, owner drove me home, even though they were fully booked that day. 3 hours later, they drop my car off to me, tire repaired. Best part... Totally free just because I bought tires from them recently. Good guys here.

My family and I have been coming here for years now, and after today I just HAD to write a review. My left rear had a relatively large metal piece stuck in it, and my appointment was at 3:00pm. I was ready for the bad and the worst, needing to leave my car overnight and around 200 down the drain for new sets for tires. NOPE. They got done in one hour at 4:00pm. And because the tires was theirs it had warranty, so the repair was free of charge. Therefore, I had a tire repair free of charge completed in less than an hour on a busy Saturday. I have to say, I am very much impressed.

Big O Turned a bad situation into a great one. Had to tow my car here after picking up a nail. Once they said it was fixable and the tire rotation was free because I bought my tires there year prior I felt much better. Conveniently even got an oil change there and was able to pick it up an hour later after dropping it off un announced.Thank you!

I have been a member for maybe 6 years. I have not found anything wrong. The only down side is that it is pricey, but car maintenance is pricey in itself so there's really nothing to complain about. Big o Tires has excellent customer service and they take care of your car to a high standard. Thanks! I recommend taking your car here.

Good tires and good price. Many warranty plans and bundles. I think they should give a diagram to illustrate to customers clearly and for decisions.

I used to come here until I bought a new car at a dealership. After warrantee ran out, I came back to Big O, Josh the owner was exceptional along with his staff. I won't stop coming back. Absolutely the best then and now!

Taylor is always awesome to work with. Paul, Josh, and the rest of the crew are pretty great too. I have been a customer at Big O for years and I have never had a problem with the staff or their service. They are always so friendly and helpful.

The team at Big O was very helpful and courteous. The quote I received in person was greater than the one I got online when I made my appointment, but the staff was able to straighten everything out and gave me a great deal on a set of new tires. I'll be coming back to this place as long as I'm still in the area.

The business, employees, and price was great but the manager was arrogant and condescending toward me for no reason at all. Made a rude comment and when I went to speak to him just ignored me. He later came out and cut me off while speaking to the person at the front desk. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was very surprised to see a manager act this way and was honestly the worst I ve ever been treated by someone in a professional position, but everything else was great so I m still giving you 5 stars. Corporate may want to send in a secret employee to see how this man is treating certain customers however.

I had a half hour to get from Davis to woodland in heavy traffic. I called and spoke with Josh in a panic because I too a wrong turn and knew I was not going to make it by 4. They told me not to worry and that they would stay open for me because if not my car was stuck in a parking lot 4 towns over from home. They took care of me and my tire quick and without any irritation even though I came in late and saved me and my wife's a#% so they went above and beyond and I honestly couldn't be happier giving them a 5 star review they honestly earned it and I will be returning only to this big o tires from now on.

Took my car here for a free alignment inspection in the morning. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They even printed and gave my alignment check results without charging me any fee and gave me advices about how to interpret my alignments result.

We went there for an oil change. We had just changed the air filter a few weeks before that.They said we needed a new one. They finally brought it out to show us and it was clean as new. Mechanic just trying to make easy money.Then we were very concerned that he may have done something wrong during the oil change.fast forward to a smog check and when they open the hood the connection to the air filter to the engine was totally disconnected. So they never reattached it after they took the filter out that it was sucking in dirty air directly into our engine.absolutely do not go there!!!!

Bought 4 new tires & when I drove them on highway they were not balanced. Took them back the next day & they balanced part of them again but is was not spot on. We told them we were going on a long trip & they didn't care & didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
