I came in for a battery check and thought I needed to get it charged or buy a whole new one but luckily one of the workers tested it for me and informed me and it was old but still in good shape. He did inform be about the corrosion and recommended me a cleaning kit which I bought and even helped me clean it while teaching me how to do it. The product was pretty effective. Another worker also helped me out and they were both super helpful and funny. Would definitely recommend coming here!

These people really need to be taught some sort of customer service. I should have went to another place from the start. Stood there at the counter with two workers searching for something never said someone will be with you or anything. Finally after I started to grow roots someone from the back says I'll be with you in a moment. And guided me to the part I need it. I had to go back in there to get another part. Once again waiting while it looked like there was only one person helping people. Then all of a sudden a guy comes from the back. And helps a guy that just walked in. I'm at a loss for why the guy that was with a customer couldn't have called back for some help. I tossed my part I was going to buy all the counter and left. I don't plan to come to this AutoZone ever again!

Fortunately "Tony" helped me with replacing some finicky headlight bulbs. I can't say the same for the the other 2 there who were totally disinterested and not helping anyone at the time.

They tell you everything about your automobile when you make an account and log in. You have no idea if your car has a recall, well they will tell you.

Like most places in today's world, they advertise having something but you get there and they do not have it in stock. I unfortunately the monetary costs of having a high inventory, but their website shows automatically update what inventory is available. Sure would make life easier for everyone.

Fantastic customer service! Chris went way above on my expectations. I needed chains for my car and my sons in a short timeframe. They didnt have one of the sizes we needed for my sons car in stock. They ordered it and it came by noon same day. It might as well been in stock to replish that fast. Truly extraodinary! I will definitely shop there again. Thank you Autozone team!

Workers are extremely rude and almost refuse to help solve any issues that occur. Made a curbside order even called before hand to make sure part was in stock, kid assured me they had it, about 4 hours later my order is still not completed I called and immediately get put on hold with no greeting, kid picks up the phone and says "yeah" I almost laughed at how rude he was being, I proceed to ask him for my order he then tells me they dont have the part and that I have to buy the whole assembly which is $300 to get $12 gasket, I asked for a refund since they already charged me, he said he couldn't and didn't know how I can get my money back, i had to make a dispute with PayPal. Workers are totally incompetent and have absolutely no knowledge of anything car related, just completely unhelpful. I dont think I have ever walked out of any autozone satisfied.

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I have consistently been able to find whatever it is I am needing for my vehicle. The wait time varies depending on what day of the week you visit and time of the visit. I have found the best hours to shop are between 9am-1130am. Hardly any wait time.

Don t buy parts from their counter people. They give you wrong parts not compatible for you car and damage your engine. Poor customer service understanding the gravity of their error. Gives a measly 10% discount for inconvenience. Reporting dissatisfaction to corporate headquarters. Lost a customer to Napa and O Reilly. Can t rate zero star

My preferred auto parts store in Woodland. Not only is customer service the best here, parts are usually cheaper and easier to get. My most recent visit, 5/10/17, was fairly easy and quick, except the service member that helped me got me the wrong spark plugs and I didn't notice until today, thank god I didn't try putting them in last night, the thread size is 26, and the ones I need have a thread size of 19. That would have caused a lot of damage. I had even showed him the correct part number I had written down, but in the part number he had put 'M' down instead of 'K'. Will return and exchange for correct sparks.Update 11/24/17 bad bad bad. Purchased online yesterday, picked up today and only 1 of my 4 items was picked. Had to wait 15 minutes while the clerk searched the shop for an item that ended up being out of stock because it wasn't pulled for my order. Had it refunded. Will probably do ship-to-home from now on. I feel the employees here are getting worse and worse.Update 5/21/21 Zero help in locating part, employees would rather chit chat while stocking than show where stuff is. 7 employees and only 1 register, who was busy but not with an in-store customer. Carts and stock everywhere on floor blocking access.

Service sucks. I was tjere waiting for 25 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. I left all I was buying and went to O'Reilly and was in and out in 5 minutes. Never shopping at Auzone again.

They got what you need, and to me, it makes a difference. Like when you're broke down and really, really need a part, they-ve always come through. It is pretty pricey for that convenience, almost double in some cases, but after the initial shock and pain, at least you know you got the right part and be back on the road soon. Y'know what I mean? And the staff is quite knowledgeable, even if you have to nudge then in the right direction. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the Higher prices. On Everything. Always.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Aaron went above and beyond to help me out and I can t explain how much I appreciated that help, especially since I have little to no knowledge of cars. I will definitely be coming back in every time I need something car related!

Had what I was looking for at a good price. My only beef is getting a specific part and they ask me a question they should know, not me.

Updated review, lowered my rating down to one star. I wouldn't have gone to AutoZone if any other store had the part I needed right now. But it was my only option. After calling 4 times and never getting an answer, I just went in. I grabbed my part, got in line, and when I got to the counter, the assistant manager who was running the register answered the phone and took off. Left me standing at the register for 25 minutes. I had to get back in a different line and wait all over again to pay for the item, even after every employee in the store walked by me at the register.

It's like a gas station without gas and a few extra parts--a few. Anything of quality can be ordered for the highest market value and they are open until 10. Nobody there knows what a lithium ion battery is. All they say is "We got some AGM's...I mean I can order one but you have to pay the core fee now

No transaction no. provided in online purchases for a convenient return. Their sly method is not to provide that no. to make the return process difficult at the store. Their products are overpriced, too.

On Saturday, February 20, 2021, in the early evening-time at approximately the 5:00 p.m. hour, I entered the Autozone Woodland #5721 store, in Woodland, CA. I was in need of a new headlight bulb, however, the selected product was sold in a two-pack; one of the clerks suggested that I replace both old bulbs. However, upon going back outside and examining the headlight assemblies on my car, I realized that I had no clue as to how to access the bulbs -- I had thought that the headlights somehow pulled-out from the front; so, feeling clueless and embarrassed I went back inside the store and got back in line to ask for installation help. There, I was courteously greeted by a sharp-looking young man, who motioned for me to walk with him back out to the parking lot to my car. We introduced ourselves, and he told me his name is Joseph.Although, upon initially examining my older model Rav4, he was at first clueless, too, as to how to access the headlight bulbs; however, he smoothly pulled out his smartphone and quickly found and viewed a how-to video on YouTube, as I stood beside him while also viewing the instructional video; then the clerk turned his attention to the car's engine compartment where the headlight bulbs are located and he diligently worked on my car, while getting his hands very greasy in the process. It was quite labor-intensive, as there is a retainer-type clip, that looks somewhat like a paperclip, that holds each bulb in place; and it takes nimble dexterity to detach and then reattach the thin wire clips; and, at one point during the difficult installation process I had attempted to assist with the installing of the other bulb; however, upon my installation attempt -- my large hands/fingers could not fit past the metal assembly framing nor could I even touch the clip on the bulb. So, I'm quite appreciative of and grateful to the exemplary employee, Joseph (Zimmerman), who so graciously and patiently worked to help me. And, afterwards, I offered Joseph, hand-sanitizer gel squeezed into his hands and paper towels to wash his hands.

Dependable and open late seven days a week. Not the only auto parts store in town, but probably the best. Prices are typically cheaper here than O'Reily and usually by a fair amount. Employees are very helpful and if what you need isn't in stock, they can usually have it for you the next day.
