This location is the best kept secret for taking care of DMV needs! They are always friendly, and the wait is usually no more than 5 minutes.

I like renewing vehicle registrations at AAA. Very convenient and you get tags on the spot if you have all paperwork & smog done (if needed).

Much faster than the actual dmv to register your vehicle. Plus as soon as you walk in, someone wants to know what you need there. Than sit in a chair instead of standing in a line until your called up to a window.

Excellent and courteous service in getting my International Driver License. The charge was $47 for the passport fotos and the license.

Absolutely terrible, don't update Google or the internet with closing times of dmv services, what a disappointment. Raced here after work only to get turned away. Well now I have to pay extra to renew online because I work in Tahoe.. thanks guys!!

The two stars are going to reflect my experience today as I ve been coming to this location for over 15 years. In the event that this review shows me to be at fault then I would stand corrected and leave a positive review. However, today I arrived from Davis to utilize the available DMV Services and was greeted at the door with the question of why am I here, to which I replied I d like help with my vehicle registration. At that time I was informed that DMV services close at 5:30 PM. Upon inspection of my phone it showed the time to be 5:31 PM. I brought this to the representatives attention without attitude explaining that I would have to wait until Monday, without her knowing or me telling her that Monday is a day too late for my situation. Even still the representative held firm (which as an employee I understand it s a good thing) telling me they were unable to help. In spite of my severe agitation I did give two stars as the representative was kind enough to share with me that the Vacaville location would be open at 9 AM tomorrow. Thank you so very much for that information. I m not much for leaving reviews but felt that this was something I d like someone to see. In my opinion this is not good customer service. Maybe I am wrong

The service was excellent, the registration of the owner's license was completed smoothly, the ideal insurance was purchased, and the cemetery next to it was strolled smoothly. Good service is a soothing mood.

It s a small office but still very helpful. My only problem is that they don t always help u with getting pricing for their park discounts. You pretty much have to be ready to purchase for them to provide you with prices. And if u have membership then it s a great service to renew your License plates for your car. You get the sticker there and your good to go.

They lost my paper work and blamed the postal service. They could not get the paper work resent to me. If you can go to the DMV on your day of just go. At least that way you will get your paperwork processed correctly. I am not renewing membership here.

I continue to find excellent customer service at the Woodland office. I am experiencing frustration with Ca DMV concerning liability insurance and having my registration suspended. DMV can't do anything online or automated except take my time and money; I have been going round and round but to no avail. I walk into AAA, and Ms. Quiroz stops the problem from the paperwork I present to her before I can even bring her up to speed and on the phone to DMV, correcting the situation before I can finish. Her title is Member Experience Associate, and she and AAA can teach the world how customer service should be!!!

Never had issues with AAA for many years. Today I drove across town. Arrived at 5:37 PM on March 9 and they had their doors closed. This was very inconvenient specially with high gas prices. Why close business 30 minutes before? If advertised open until 6:00 PM. I hope this doesn t continue to happen in the future.

This was my go to for insurance in woodland. Sanjay is the man. He gave really good advice about what coverage I needed to make sure I had my family covered in all areas of our house and car insurance. Can t beat the ability to buy a truck and get the insurance and title done in less than a couple hrs.

Wow!! I am handicap and stopped in to the AAA office in Woodland, CA to turn in license plates from the C-Max I purchased, regular plates and transfer my handicap plates from the vehicle that was destroyed in an automobile accident. Super friendly fellow patrons and staff. I was given a chair to sit in, fellow clients kept my place in line, then a DMV employee assisted me with the LP transfer!! Done and out!!! Super day and awesome people!!!

The beginning of the month has always been stressful for me. Catching up on bills, trying to just make it by but today was a bit better thanks to the people who work at this branch. I didn t catch her name but the woman who helped me get new plates and renew my registration was so patient and helpful. Apparently my time at college didn t teach me how to fill out forms properly so after the 2nd attempt she was kind enough to walk me through it. Thank you for making today a lot better!

I've been a AAA member for 25+ years in Northern CA and Southern CA before. This is by far the worst branch in the system. Rude women in the front, not helpful, did I mention rude? I was there about 2 weeks ago and it's still the same. It's worth it to me to drive in to Sacramento where they give great service.

The Woodland Triple A branch is doing everything right! I was greeted as soon as I entered the branch with a genuine smile. I was set up with a car insurance agent within 15 to 30 seconds of me being there (without an appt). Jillian Pilling was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about my needs. She was able to set me up with a membership and car insurance within no time. She then introduced me to Carmen Vasquez for a life insurance policy and Carmen was just as nice and professional! I think I spent about 30 minutes in the branch total and was able to get everything I needed accomplished. Thank you very much to everyone at the Woodland Triple A branch. It's rare to find great customer service and support - they definitely have this here! Also - very affordable and I regret not being with triple a from the beginning! :)

Avoid calling this location if you can. Answering staff had an odd combination of being confused and condescending, and was unsure of AAA membership benefits or how to proceed with a situation that took only 2.5 minutes at another location.

Well when I finally got to representative she was very good and explained how to avoid the 15 minutes voicemail hell you had to go through to get through to them I was on the verge of quitting..Still I think I put them on probation... The best battery turns out to be the premium AGM at Napa now with a $20 rebate mail in

The reviews on here are either paid to review, or are AAA employees rating themselves. If you want real reviews, you have to use Yelp. Having been to this office multiple times, I can say 100%, that there has not been 1 time that was a good experience. After the last 3 times of horrible service, or no service, I finally called the main AAA number and was told to go to Natomas, that they were thought to be better, have more operating hours and better service. I'll never go back to Woodland again.

Great staff. Very helpful. I requested a tow and a truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. The truck driver was great and did an awesome job.
